As a first time car buyer I thought the experience of purchasing a car would be horrible just based off of what’s the “norm”, after working with Brian Allen and this dealership I think that this wasn’t the “norm” most people complain about because this was nothing less than an awesome experience all around! Very big shout out to Brian in sales, David the sales manager and Gene the business manager. I had a very pleasant experience with all of those gentlemen and they got me in and out quickly and I’m very thankful for that since I had both my boys with me!
After a failed early bird attempt to obtain service at another local Chevy dealer due to backlog, I arrived moments later to Galleria Chevrolet in hopes to gain more insight on worsened post-repair operational issues with my vehicle. The Service Manager and Advisor, Aaron and Luis, greeted me, listened to my concerns, and began to troubleshoot the root cause based on the information provided to them. It mattered not that I was coming to Galleria after obtaining service with an unassociated repair shop the day prior. They were sympathetic to my circumstance and sought to resolve the potentially hazardous issue with my vehicle as expeditiously as possible. They were confident that they’d reach resolution while offering reassurance that, by the end of the day, my car would be back in my possession. I was subsequently shuttled home via their courtesy transport (Eddie was awesome, by the way) and within a few hours I had a definitive diagnosis. Eddie circled back to pick me up. Luis and I discussed the repairs further upon my arrival. With steadfast compassion and patience, Aaron and Luis worked diligently to repair my vehicle in a timely manner. Ninety minutes later, I was driving home in a vehicle void of the issues I’d originally presented with. Always meeting car purchases and repairs with trepidation, I must say the Lord answered my prayers on this one. I received excellent service, the definitive diagnosis requested, left with my dignity intact, and a car that purrs like a kitten (once again). I will be back for future service needs. The service department was a little difficult to find as there is no direct arrow or sign visible from the service road. Turned in too early for the service department. Once inside of the service department with the gentlemen, the assistance was subpar. The lady at the service desk was very nice when I picked up my truck. Also prices seem very high for maintenance and products. I was happy with the time frame in which my truck was completed. Wish there was a car free washing service like there is at the Friendly Chevrolet near down town.
Was looking for a.Chevrolet dealership that would except my new truck for oil service and tire rotation for next day appointment in the am, because i was headed out of town. . Galleria dealership did not disappoint. Form the customer service/scheduler to the on site service advisor. Got it done gave the truck a good bill of health and off I went. Thank you!

Used to go to Reliable Chevrolet, but usually their wait time is so long and most of the time they don’t have any loaners available at all.My first time getting my car serviced at Galleria Chevrolet, and I’m already so happy and satisfied with the service and definitely will be coming back to this location, their prices are so much better than Reliable Chevrolet and their wait time is so much shorter, even for walk-ins their wait time is so great as well.Louis from the service department was really great and I’m so happy to work with him, and I’ll be definitely coming back to him for any future car maintenance.

The transmission in my Chevrolet Tahoe on Friday July 30, 2021. When we made it to Galleria Chevrolet it was almost closing time, the staff stayed after hours to make sure that my vehicle could be repaired without any out of pocket cost to me and that it would be done quickly. They were very patient in explaining to us the issue with the transmission and that needed to be repaired as soon as possible. My vehicle was repaired on Saturday July 21,2021 and its riding great. Galleria Chevrolet is awesome and definitely a five star dealership! Our salesman Eddy was who made that fifth star come true!My wife and I live in Ennis Texas but we always buy our vehicles in Dallas. Because we have a baby on the way…we were not able to go from dealer to dealer, nor did we have much time to even do much of the Internet shopping. We inquired online on a few different Chevrolet Tahoe‘s and we had responses of various natures. We had a few that never responded back, a few called us back but what they had advertised was simply not available. Things really took a positive change when we met Eddy over the phone and we told him our situation, our shortage of time and how we were generally preoccupied without it soon to come baby. He took charge and at that moment he made us feel like if we were actually at the car dealership by sending us videos, pictures and in detail explaining the entire deal to us over the phone. By the time we drove to the dealer that day in a matter of 30 minutes worth of time we were in the vehicle smiling and on our way to grab some lunch before our trip back home. Galleria Chevrolet is the best car experience we’ve ever had but Eddy was the most pleasant and easy-going car salesman we have ever met throughout our lives. I’ve gone up to Galleria Chevrolet a few times now and have had the pleasure of working with Micah. He was able to get my truck in and out on Saturday. I expected to be there for a few hours and then before they even bring my truck out give me the run around on all the repairs needed, but I was there for maybe 45 minutes and no run around. First, my sales person Miguel was great. I bought a truck for my business, and he cut out most of the time wasting and up-selling you’d expect at a car dealer.However, when I got near the end of the paperwork with the finance manager, I realized there was a misunderstanding with the numbers and ended up leaving. I was actually quite frustrated when I left, and having shopped at 4 dealers over 10 hours that day, said some stuff I probably shouldn’t have. 🤦🏻♂️The next morning Gene, a manager, called me to try to make it right. They did. I’m 100% satisfied with my experience, and have tons of respect for the fact that they’d call an upset customer to apologize for a misunderstanding.I shopped at this dealer years ago when it was owned by another company, and it was a total nightmare. I think it’s worth giving these guys a shot, they seem truly interested in generating happy customers.

I purchased a vehicle from Galleria in Jan 2021. Great salesperson and process an did it mostly online and came in to sign to paperwork. All good. I recently purchased tires and and wheels to upgrade the car and had an appt. for install on 9/30. I flew in from a trip on 9/29 and decided to stop by the dealership to see if they could install early as my day changed to hectic for 9/30. Let me say that Micha in the service department took great care of me and got me in and out without and appointment with 1-1/2 hours. I was able to work and get excited about the update to my car. Now to add an already great experience, I received a call to let me know that I was in fact due a refund for the accessories as had been charged wrong online. Im truly impressed and cant say enough about the thoroughness, accommodation, and follow through of this dealership. I highly recommend and think you will be satisfied as well.

Everything was perfect in the purchase of my vehicle. I was able to completed the deal mostly online. I am somewhat anti-social at times, so being able to do the initial work online, instead of in-person was a big selling point for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was treated very well, and every piece of paperwork was accomplished flawlessly.
Shawn Swensen is the greatest person in the car biz ever. I change cars every 2 or 3 years, I have bought 18 trucks in my lifetime and this was the best experience ever. Car buying should be this easy for everyone. Shawn and his team worked so hard and remained so courteous. You can buy a vehicle from anyone, but the team at Galleria proves there is a difference in how you treat customers. GM should use Shawn and crew as their model.

Service work on 1999 Chevy Tahoe completed 8/4/21. We are happy. Zach was my service advisor and supervisor was Micah. Oil change and checkup. Safety recall came up which they took care of, including locating the part. Price of Mobile 1 oil change was at market.
I originally inquired about a truck months ago and I knew I wanted a Silverado based off the newer body style compared to previous generation I just didn’t know what trim I wanted and when I was ready to buy. I was working with Brian for a couple months talking from time to time and he was very attentive and informative the whole way and made it extremely low pressure go at my own pace type of purchase and for that I really appreciate him. I drive a 18 wheeler for a living so I just needed a pick up truck for a short daily commute. He showed me a 2021 Silverado 1500 custom and he told me based off everything I needed my personal truck to do that it was the best option for me and so far it’s been great. I really enjoyed this buying process compared to others and I buy vehicles pretty often. I will definitely be coming back to see Brian at this dealership.

This has been my best auto buying and auto servicing experience. This is our first Chevy purchase and we were hesitant, but what a great sales team, what an amazing service team, and the ownership group is doing all the right things during the low vehicle availability levels.
This dealership is one of the better ones in the area. I have delt with a few and I prefer to come here. Good customer service and no BS. When it comes to servicing my wifes suv I only come here and would not trust the other dealerships.
I worked with Johnny and the parts department. Hes amazing! He helped expedite the parts that I needed and went above and beyond to help me. I was even running late one time and he ran out to the road to deliver apart to me in the rain!!! Talk about dedication! $0 diagnostic fee on your Chevys! Best place around
This place is horrible they want you to finance through the dealership so that they can get more money. I told them I didn’t want them to run my credit and they push you into it because they say you will get a better deal knowing that you won’t. They also lie about the prices on the website if you are trying to finance through your bank the price will be much high. Like a couple thousand more dollars and that wasn’t even with the tax. They try to say it’s just the tax of the truck but it not. They high jack the prices where you can’t afford them. While we were in the dealership a couple had wanted to pay all cash for a vehicle, and they wouldn’t let them because they weren’t financing through them. Just so that they could make more money off them. Who cares about the money they make off people they need to treat people right. Another person had came back because they though they were holding a vehicle for them. But they told the customers they had sold it already. They also lie to their customers. I think the person we were with was Scott and he did not listen one bit to our needs. He was too worried about the money he was making off the sale.These people don’t care if they rip you off all they want to do is make a sale so they can get paid. They really don’t care about the customers they are just money signs to them.
My car salesman Steve was very friendly as soon as I walked into the door. Asked to see if they had any Blazers and he went and checked for me and found 2. He went thru the car details and features. He was awesome the whole step of the way.
We are just visiting family from out of town. We had scheduled a visit for a standard oil change but 4 days prior to our trip we had to stop off one night in Salt Lake due to some possible leakage. That Salt Lake dealer was not a good experience but when I got to Galleria Marc helped check us in and we explained what was happening and wanted to see if they can help us check again since the explanation at Salt Lake was not through abd we were worried about driving thousands of miles with the family. Marc had the tech check and came back with an explanation on the leaking we kept seeing and caught that the engine filter was dirty and had it changed for us. Besides all of this Marc was personable and fun and sweet. It made the rest of our roadtrip stress-free. When we return to Dallas this is our go to dealership and definitely will be sharing with family when they have needs in Dallas.

My experience was nothing short of stellar. From the initial phone call to see if they still had the unit I was looking at, to the actual visit, the process of buying, and then getting all the signatures signed was extremely easy. I called about 15 minutes before the dealership was set to close and Paul, one of the managers, answered. I wanted to respect their time so I asked when they were closing and when he said 15 minutes I told him I would just call back in the morning. He took my info and a few minutes later my sales person, Jay Zoudi, called back, made an appointment for the next day and everything and everyone was so pleasant. When we drove up for our appointment the next day the vehicle was sitting out, cleaned up and ready to show. It was exactly what we were looking for and my wife and I decided to move forward. They made an exceptionally fair offer for our trade, the negotiation process was easy and seamless, and the whole experience was just so easy.The finance manager, Mike Black, got us a fantastic rate and had us in and out of the office quickly. We took advantage of protecting our new car with a fairly priced warranty and we were in and out of Mikes office quick and easy. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire experience at Galleria. The vehicle we purchased was for my daughter, but we definitely will be shopping here again when it comes time to replace one of our vehicles. From beginning to end, nothing short of what the experience of buying a car should be.

I have financed multiple vehicles in my lifetime. I’ll be honest, my initial experience with this dealership was not pleasant. However after the GM/Owner was informed about my concerns, he immediately and personally reached out to me to make things right. I was delighted to find out how supportive they are of military veterans, and that the owner (Shawn) was himself a veteran. My wife and I love our new truck and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did Shawn go above and beyond to address our concerns, he did it in a professional, courteous, and personable manner.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! My battery died on my car on 7/31/21 causing the security passcode light to come on. I got a new battery, but my car wouldnt start. I read the vehicle manual and it said when the security light is on the car want start. I took my car to this dealership and explained the problem to them. I received a call from the Service manager Micah and he told me that he think I have something in my gas tank and it will be $757 to clean the gas tank just to see if thats the problem. I advised Micah that the security light is on and per the vehicles manual the car want start because fuel will not circulate due to the security light being on. Micah insisted that it was something in my gas tank. I went to the dealership on 8/3/21 along with a tow truck service that I hired to tow my vehicle home from the dealership. I explained the situation to the tow truck driver and he reprogrammed my key fob and my car started. i went in the dealership and got Micah and showed him that the tow truck driver got my car started. Micah had nothing to say because he knew HE WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF!!!!. Its ad how these dealerships RIP CUSTOMERS OFF. EVERYONE PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS. DONT TRUST MICAH AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Very good service experience. Several maintenance projects were addressed during this visit, and the level of work was consistently excellent. The communications from the service tech, Zach Smith, were informative and kept me up to date on the progress of the multiple work items. Zach has his customers’ interests at heart. The Corvette-Certified mechanic, Ronnie, took care with my car, and it was returned to me in excellent, clean condition. I appreciated the outstanding customer service.

As is the norm at Galleria Chevrolet, my service experience was 5 star. The “trickle down”attitude in regards to customer service is apparent the moment you pull into the service drive. I was greeted promptly by my service advisor, explained what service was needed, and on my way with a service loaner car. The tire warranty issue that needed to be addressed on two tires was taken care of with absolutely no angst nor hassle on my part. (I might add; I purchased the tire and wheel insurance warranty at an additional cost when I bought the vehicle). The 2 or three tire claims I’ve had were handled completely by Galleria’s service Dept. Money well spent! Having been a Sewell customer continuously since 1976, I know about customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with how I’m treated at Galleria Chevrolet
Drove a few hours with my dad to look at a used car and to say the least it was definitely worth it. Brian was our salesman and you could tell he was trying his best to respect our time once finding out we live 4 hours away! Luckily for us he was very attentive and made sure we left with all of our questions answered. Since it was our first time buying a used car we definitely had some concerns as well but he explained everything about the car throughly. 10/10 experience, thanks again Brian!

I have been shopping for over a year fir a new truck. So I drove over three hours to buy a truck. I prepared to go make a deal and looked online near where I stayed and saw Galleria Chevrolet close to me and had a good deal listed. On arrival I met Paul I call the Commander who put me with Jay. Jay was awesome and made me feel like a friend and took care of me the whole time. From finance to accessories Gene and Lonnie was great everyone was great and I scored outback for lunch. So if your hungry for a new vehicle go to Galleria Chevrolet and gain some new friends. Ten star experience.
This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Steve called as soon as my vehicle was delivered, when I showed up to get it, he had the vehicle and all the paperwork ready for me. Super easy process.
Stay away from this service department,unless you want your vehicle sabotaged.They think that customers are stupid, you dont know your vehicle,or have a mechanical background.Service advisor Zach and service tech Ronnie,are very dishonest,very dishonest I say.Make sure you take pictures before servicing,if you can.You dont go to a dealership,to get shade tree mechanic work done.You pay top dollar, to have qualified techs service your vehicle.Zero integrity here,take your vehicle to Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson.Took my vehicle there,after the lies at Galleria Chevrolet,and they told me what they believe the other service tech did,which I already knew🤔.They basically claimed an electrical part would fix a specific problem.That didnt work,so instead of admitting that,they basically Jerry rigged a specific wire,to mask the issue,causing another warning light to trip intermittently.That warning light and Jerry rigged wire,which stood out like a sore thumb in the engine bay.was not there,when I brought it in for service.But somehow they just magically appear, after claiming the vehicle has been repaired,multiple times,for days.If your going to Jerry rig someones vehicle like that,at least hide it for Christ sake😂😂(Scotty Kilmer laugh).Little did they know, that am a certified service technician myself.I removed the Jerry rigged wire,repaired the connection,the problem they created gone.You cannot just bypass a wire harness,and put a jumper wire on,without a resistor,its going to trip a warning light guys 😂😂(Scotty Kilmer laugh).They lied from the top of the mountain,all the way down,and kept a straight face,Ill give them that.Remember those names, service advisor Zach,and service tech Ronnie.They will surely bless you,in a bad way that is😂😂(Scotty Kilmer laugh).

All I can say is wow because they have helped me in so many ways to get me a car and to take my trade in as well. I worked with Haley which helped me with my appraisal and application. Then Gerald helped me with the process and was very helpful and was very nice very precise and funny. He also let me say goodbye to my old car and helped me figure out my brand new car. I recommend them 100% because they are the first people who didn’t give me the run around. Thank you again
