I’m so clueless when it comes to car issues, but Ian and the guys make me feel comfortable and they are trustworthy! Ive been taking my vehicle to Mustang Service Center since 2015, and Craig and Derrick have always been a huge help. I had a fuel line inefficiency that I attempted to get fixed while visiting family in GA, and it cost me a ton of money. I got back to Dallas, took my car to Mustang, and they fixed the problem within a day. Im grateful for Craig and Derrick looking out for me as a single woman on a fixed budget. In addition to th fuel line, theyve done oil changes, brake work, and general repairs. If you want good, quality, honest work from men of integrity, take your car to Mustang Service Center on Live Oak.

Craig and Derek are my go-to car repair guys. They are fair, honest and have done great work on my vehicle. They do not try to swindle women, which is why I recommend them to all my friends, especially the women! I love these guys!

Derrick and Craig are the best. My water pump started to go out they had my car ready same day. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

The staff here are really helpful and very fair. I took my car in and it turned out it just needed a wheel alignment, which they don’t do here, but they didn’t charge me for the time they took to look at my car and wheels. I appreciate that they don’t make you feel ridiculous for not knowing anything about cars and won’t try to rip you off.

Had to have my car towed there, they suggested the tow company they use which was inexpensive and reliable. Craig and Derrick were so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had to have my water pump and timing belt replaced. Fast repair, good price, and very helpful. Thank you again guys!

Honest and quick. This is the highest compliment I can give any mechanic and automotive service. My first time there the owner fixed my electric door locks by replacing a fuse. It only took him about 15 minutes, but he didnt charge me and wouldnt even accept my $20 tip! Since then Ive taken my cars there for all my oil changes and any other service needed.

Think it’s the guy who owns it but so very very nice, honest & helpful!! My issue with my car was a bigger problem they don’t do at their shop but was referred to one that could fix it. Clean place, prices seemed good (he didn’t charge me to diagnose the problem) & he has a sweet dog that chills up there! Will def be back for any issue

These guys are MY MECHANICS!!! As a woman, many mechanics try to take advantage of us and our knowledge about vehicles and try to get over. I DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM! I LOVE them and and tell EVERYBODY I can about them! THE BEST!!!

I had an issue with an ignition coil on my truck. They took my truck on appointment and fixed the problem within one day. Even though I wasnt able to pick it up same day, they kept my vehicle safe and locked in a garage over night. Theyre very fair with their prices and have great customer service.

Great experience. I came here because my local Honda dealer claimed that my brakes needed servicing among other issues. However, the folks here determined that not to be true and just performed the work that actually needed to be done. Great service and will be using again.

I have been going there for years with several different cars. My first experience with Craig he diagnosed my Mustang when no one else could, It was a simple diaphragm that had no effect on the cars performance. He could have told me a thousand dollars and I would have believed it. In the years sense I have been back several times. Sometimes the car really does need work and the team does a great job at a very reasonable price. Other times I think the whole electrical system is shot and it was just a loose battery cable. That actually happened.It is a rare thing to find such a trustworthy and skilled team. Dont let the shop name fool you, it is named after SMU, they do work on most cars, not just mustangs. I wish we could leave something over 5 stars, its not like I was just satisfied, I’m blown away. I would not even consider bringing a car to anyone else.

These people could not be nicer. My red (vs yellow!)tire light came on and I pulled in immediately afterward. This nice man told me to pull up to the bay and said that he would check the tires. I am sure that I interrupted him from something. He told me they were a little down but nothing much. I tried to give him money and he wouldnt take it! I took my car there years ago when it was Pats Tire and got great service. When I moved I went to another place closer to my house. I am planning on using these guys when I need service done on my car in the future. Thank you!!!

Check engine light was on and I knew it was an Oxygen sensor. In and out in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable and about what I expected. Had a bit of a small town feel to it

I cannot recommend these guys ENOUGH! Craig, Derek, and the team do an incredible job of not just auto work but even more importantly giving me the best price. I have taken my car (and my families vehicles) their for over two years and they have NEVER given me a reason to be negative. If they make a mistake, they fix it at their expense; but that has only happen once and it was minor.Their primary motivation is to make you happy with the work and a repeat customer. They are not after the quick buck. Countless times I have gone in for something small but they could have charged me a lot of money and they fix it for free or at cost. That is why I take my car their for everything from Oil Changes to Engine work.

Honesty and quick service. I drive a Ford product and expect the A/C to need a repair now and then. These guys found my problem and fixed it for the min repair of $49. I will be back.

Took my truck there on a fri and by sat it was gone had been stolen after leaving it there to be fixed and owner had key by mon i went get stuff out of it i needed it was gone tue my husband went there they handed key back and said it was not his responsibility truck was in parking lot stolen from there but its not his responsibility i geuss if u take ur car there stsy with it

Three years ago, my mechanic in Houston told me I needed to replace my CV axel. As I was moving to Dallas the following weekend, I decided to hold off on the repair. Three months later, I got my next oil change at Mustang Service. I mentioned the CV axel to them and they said it still good. Three years later, the CV axel is still working and Mustang Service still has my business. They never try to up sell me on repairs or maintenance and twice they fixed an odd noise for free.
