They argued with my friend and threatened to hold her car hostage, while they didn’t let her know about any charges before hand for the diagnostic and overcharged for parts in the diagnostic when it’s much cheaper anywhere. I would not recommend coming here. You can get better customer service elsewhere.

Never had transmission issues. It was fixed and replaced in a week! It’s been a month, I have no issues. Thanks big time!!!

Threatened to leave my car hostage because I complained about a $95 diagnostics fee that I was not told about at all not even verbally. Just absolutely terrible. It’s crazy because I got my car serviced before and paid around $2000 for god knows what. If you have no other option pls BEWARE and ASK before they do anything.

Terrible service, very unprofessional. Argued with customers with a raised tone and rude language. Charged surprise fees and took a long time regardless of appointment times. Be aware, do not recommend at all.

Worst shop ever had my truck sitting there for a whole month because these clowns didnt know how to fix it and instead of saying they didnt know how they just let it sit their and did nothing .Then had the nerve to get mad when i had someone that knew what they were doing to come fix it. Worse experience ever and i hope these clowns go out of business.hope the owner see this to straight clown.

They service all 4 cars for my family. They are honest and excellent. They never do any work that is not necessary and when they do work it is reasonably priced and not inflated. They are courteous as well.

Excellent place to go for honest service. Ive taken many cars here over the past 5 years and always been happy with the service. They have recently moved though. I went there today for service and it says theyve moved. I called them and they said they moved to Hiram. I am disappointed to hear this. I dont ever get up that way much.

Very glad I found these guys! I thought I had one problem, but they told I didnt need a new one (like the other shop said). What actually I needed was much less- AND they were fast. Its hard to find an honest shop and I will be back.

Been coming here for a year or so now for oil changes, quick and friendly service without long wait times. I cant comment on anything else they do but for an in and out oil change it fits my schedule.

I got an oil change in 15 minutes. They checked all my fluids and all my lights.

Terrible service. They charged me for parts I didnt need, then when it wasnt right they told me I needed a new computer. Took it to another guy and he said no that I didnt need it and the parts that they put on and told me could not be purchased seperately were not needed. Could have gotten by with one small $100.00 part instead of a $315 one. Stay away unless you have money to burn.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people are scam artist! I honestly believe these people stole my battery! We took my car in for an issue totally unrelated to the battery. The shop called and said the car was ready. When we went to pick the car up, the car wouldnt even start! The owner then says that the battery was dying when we brought it in, which was untrue. My battery was fairly new, and I had had no issues from it. When my husband tried to talk to him about the car, he began screaming and cursing at us! My husband then asked for a refund. It was a total nightmare! The car is in worse condition now, than it was when we brought it in to the shop!! Now I have to pay for a new battery and get the other issue fixed. Please beware of these people.
