I will not be going here ever again and heres why... first of all my car is lowered 1.5 inches, which is not much. I had already had parts installed elsewhere to adjust the camber back to stock settings so my tires would wear evenly. I had Vic Williams do that alignment over a year ago. A couple months ago I noticed my rear tires wore unevenly and were almost bald. I ordered two new tires from Vic Williams. They got them in on a Wednesday and I asked if I could come that Friday to have them installed and another alignment with camber adjustments. They said yes. I got there Friday and they said they could only do the tires because their alignment guy was out... emergencies happen, I know that, but I also know they have two guys that do alignments. So I came back Monday and dropped my car off. When I returned to pick up my car the passenger side skirt (rocker panel) was hanging off and the when I drove it, the alignment was still off... my car was pulling to the right. I complained and they said they could fix it the following afternoon. I called the next day to make sure they could see me. They said it would be 30 minutes before they could look at it. 1 hour and 40 mins later they decided to look at it. They fixed the side skirt, but said there was nothing they could do about the alignment. Not only did they not fix the alignment, but they also put my directional tires on the wrong side. When I got home I had to put the wheels on the correct side of the car. I had to leave work early 4 TIMES to get these guys to work on my car. My time is precious, it is how the bills are paid. These guys have wasted my time and money... DONT LET THEM WASTE YOURS.

This is one of the best tire places I have been to. They are amazing and work quickly. I was in and out in less than a hour for an oil change. I am absolutely going back.

I came here to just ask about new tires for my car.. the nice lady at the desk gave me a quote and asked me to speak to the owner. They were 3 quotes and he took time to explain pros and cons.. I liked that.I came back two days later and had my tires changed. The price was the best.The location is very accomodative as you wait for your car.. I was able to do my work in a very neat little space at the back... (There is coffee!).. the work on the car was done fast and they also advised about an alignment..which they did for a competitive price.

I dont like the fact that they wont make appointments for things like an alignment, but they still got my truck in and taken care of pretty quick and did a great job.

The best in the state of Georgia. When you leave with your ride if you do what Vick tells you. Then its right. He doesnt try to upsell you very wonderful people super Integrity. I would trust anyone of them with my life.

The 5-star rating of this business lured me to use their services. To my greatest surprise, I got a non sincere and unprofessional job with no value addition to the money I paid them. The technician test drove the car, discovered that an alignment would not correct the problem, he went ahead to carry out the services and told me thereafter that alignment will not correct the slanting of the car to the left. He could not even fathom what was wrong with it and as such could not proffer solution. But the business took money from me and left me leak my wounds. This is the height of unprofessionalism and insincerity.

These guys are good at what they do and they do it quickly and efficiently. Vic helped us with the choice of tires and just as he said they looked great on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, a great value, and they run very quiet and smooth. I will be going back there for my next set of tires.

They seemed overpriced. Got quoted $400 more than other well known shops in dallas. But ive hurd Nothing but great things. Guess you get what you pay for will go here for major repairs but the basics will stick to priest auto for more fair pricing

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any automotive repair shop. They came highly rated, and I had hoped those ratings to be a reflection of their work. Sadly, in my experience it was not. I waited for 3 hours while they worked on everything else that had come in (understand they may have had appointments, and other obligations) but I sat with no knowledge of what was being done to my vehicle. After asking multiple times the receptionist finally found an answer for me. The gentleman who told me what needed to be done to potentially resolve the issue was phenomenal, and listened when I told him I’d much prefer to wait and see what I can do for the repair. Once receiving my “diagnostic” bill, I asked why it was almost $100.00 with no answer as to what was wrong with the vehicle. After asking, I was read the receipt, with no further example. When I pushed further, the receptionist, became frustrated and demanded someone else take care of me. For a multitude of reasons, I can say this was not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but I will say if you care about the work being done to your vehicle, and want to understand where the pricing is coming from, DO NOT ask the receptionist. It would seem he’s a little frustrated with his position.

I love this place! Ken and Amanda both have worked with me when it came to getting new tires on my car! I was given a very fair price for great tires! They honor the purchased warranties with no questions! I popped one of my new tires the first month I got it and they replaced it very quickly the next day since it had to be ordered! They even had me come in and make sure my spare tire was on safely and pumped to a safe level! They are timely in their service and they answer your questions! Their office is clean and easy to find! I would recommend them for sure!

Pretty good shop, I was able to be squeezed in yesterday to get my new wheels mounted on my existing tires. I was quoted $60 in the phone and when I went to pay it was $80. There was a $10 charge for wheel weights....kind of odd, have never been charged that before but the wheels look great.

Hmmm, good thing I always come back and check my old reviews after a year or so. It seems Vic Williams Tire is able to pay Google to remove bad reviews, and my friend, they had a lot.These people run a bait and switch game on customers. They did it to me, and they did it to my wife. They will quote you one price for tires, then when you arrive to have them installed, all of a sudden he made a mistake and the tires are a hundred dollars more! This happens time and again with these people.They will also tell you that there is a refund available for the tires you bought, and they will take care of it for you. Guess what? They NEVER come through with the refunds, just lies and excuses.Ill be watching to see if they remove the bad reviews again. You dont want to do that.

Prices are great as well as the people that work there. Nice to have access to this type of place so close to home. Warranty work honored without a blink of an eye.... I definitely recommend this place.

I took my 2015 Fusion in to get oil change, new tires and an alignment. The alignment took forever and when finished the car was vearing significantly to the right. The next day I took it back. They were very polite and attempted to fix it. But once I got back on the road it was still the same. ...so I had to take my car to the dealership the next day. They showed me the before stats (how Vic Williams FINISHED) and, like I suspected, all 4 tires were way out of spec. So an additional $110 (paying for an alignment TWICE within a week) and the dealership was able to get the car to steer like it should. ....So if you need an oil change, you should be fine. If you need tires, should be fine. But dont order or pay for an alignment with Vic because they cant get it right: yeah once may have been a fluke, but twice is they dont know how to operate the equipment correctly.

Called ahead of time to ask about an oil change, spoke with Amanda. She was very polite. They had my car done in about an hour, price was really reasonable! Love these guys!

The folks at Vic Williams have always given me excellent service. I have been a customer for many years and sent friends to them as well. The mechanics take time to explain whats going on with my car in terms I can understand. The staff at the desk are some of the nicest folks youll meet. Its good to have a place you can trust for quality work and excellent service.

We have been taking our vehicles to Vic Williams for almost 6 years now. They are usually quick to get to our needs (depending on workload). We feel they have been honest with us with repairs, not recommending unnecessary ones They handled the replacement of a transmission a number of years ago (4?) and it is still going strong (weve put approximately 80,000 miles on the vehicle since).We dont particularly like that they dont make appointments and will sometimes put our vehicle down the repair line if we dont wait with the vehicle, but this has also worked in our favor on occasion.We have been able to call them to explain what the vehicle is doing and they will generally take the time to talk us through it so we know the urgency of the problem.We dont feel they are overpriced. We dont feel they do unnecessary repairs. If they have been in the wrong (brakes) they honored their commitment to quality. They have even asked about the transmission on occasion (even though they service it every couple of months) to determine our satisfaction. When they recommend a repair, they will explain the reason for the recommendation with no pressure.

The tire folks were able to order a set of tires for me and had them delivered and installed the same day! The service was very friendly, and the price was surprisingly better than several other tire stores along the same road. Discount Tire couldnt match the price. Neither Kaufman nor Pep Boys could get tires in on the same day. Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE experience. Brought my truck to have started put on, was told on the phone it’s be $117 and then when i checked out it was $208!!!!! And on top of that they crushed my amp for back speakers and subs and refuse to give money back to fix it! Definitely last time using them! And when asked to get some money back they were very rude and raised voices at me in front of 3 people. Terrible experience. Vic was very rude and didn’t bother to give me a discount on next visit or give some money back to get speakers fixed that THEY broke.

Called Ken and Terry about a tire. They ordered the next day. Went in and they were very friendly. Could have saved $20 by going to a big store but you cant beat the local service, coffee, lounge and popcorn machine? Yes.

I have been a Vic Williams customer for about a dozen years. Over that time, they have done whatever work that I could not do myself on my cars. I have taken them parts and tires and had them install them. They have done expert wheel alignment several times on several vehicles. I have watched them deal with customers in their waiting room and they are always pleasant and friendly. They provide options for repairs when available and even suggest when a repair can be postponed for awhile. They never do work beyond the initial repair without calling to review the situation.

I had a flat tire and drove my truck up there Friday around 5:20 and was trying to get a tire that I brought put on my wheel. I told them I would help them so we can get it done faster! I used to do tires for 8 years and they told me they couldn’t change it cause it’s a 22 inch wheel! How are y’all a tire shop and don’t have a tire machine? Did y’all not see that the clamps on the tire machine extend out? How do y’all do factory 20s and 22 inch wheels? 👎🏼 Thanks for (All Tires Inc) next to the old hospital had it done in 15 mins for $30.00

Was $45 to patch a tire. They took over an hour and took their time when I said I just wanted it patched instead of buying a new tire. They really stuck it to me because they could. Kenneth is not someone to deal with at that shop..

Friendly, Honest, Caring about your needs. My first visit with Vic Williams, placed my Murano on his rack to check behind some other shops work. They were very reasonable, friendly, honest and caring about my needs, so I returned again. I returned again behind some other shops inspection of my engine light, a shop called Street who taken me, charged me for shinning a flash light under my Murano, added oil, then charged some $140, which my Murano stopped on me and they wanted another $136, (beware). Vic Williams Tire & Auto is not just a tire shop, they are friendly, honest, and caring about your needs. They resolve my problem with my Throttle Body and my Murano was then put on the road. Great Job!
