The buying experience was really good from start to finish. Once i got confirmation that the car i needed was available, i rushed over there. Perry the sales consultant was very professional and helped me through the process seamlessly. They were very rigid on the pricing and was unable to negotiate much. The pandemic dis not help either. But KUDOS to Perry Willis for helping me wrap this process of buying my new Highlander rapidly. No nonsense process. I had an issue with the my 2010 corolla where the front of the vehicle made consistent thumping noises while going over bumps. Approx a year ago, I took it to Toyota of Richardson where they fixed the issue. One week later, the issue resurfaced. This time, I asked for a recommendation from my Honda rep and he recommended I go see Sport City Toyota. Upon arrival, I was helped by Salma. She listened to my problem and took down notes as I explained all the new and recurring issues. Since it was busy, she was quick in arranging a rental for me and was consistently in touch as the car was being repaired. Once the work was completed and I got back possession of my car, I found the work to be of top quality. The noise was gone, and all other repairs were completed as promised. Overall, the customer service experience was great. The staff was courteous and the quality of work was top notch. Ill definitely be choosing Sport City for future purchases and repairs. Kudos to the entire team!

Overall the buying experience was good. I liked the sales consultant I worked with. His name is Perry Willis. The fact that Toyotas production of new cars is down is making these dealers sell cars at astronomical prices. Price wise these guys are way overboard. I know I could have done better had I waited for some more time. But It is what it is. The customer service was great and if you willing to spend few extra thousand dollars you cant go wrong with this dealership. Use them at your own discretion.

My sister bought a used Highlander from Corey Hubbard at Sports City and got a great deal. But that is not all to this awesome dealership. My sister was diagnosed with cancer shortly after and while she was doing chemo I came down to help her out. After about 5 months she got a flat and her permanent tags had not yet come in. Josh on the Service team was so caring in getting the tire sorted out quickly for us. And Corey went above and beyond helping us figure out the issue with the license plates. He took many occasions to meet with me and call me (gave me his personal cell number). Called the Tax office to help me figure out what I needed to do to get her temporary tags renewed. Then kept working with the dealership’s finance director until we got the permanent plates sorted out. It’s rare to find people who care and follow through these days and it was so appreciated. Get yourself a great deal from Corey - you will be well taken care of from start to finish.

Pretty straight forward and easy to work with. I got a rental car super easy, which is SUPER helpful for me with only one vehicle in the household. The rate they gave me was way cheaper than similar work I had had estimated before.The only issue was when they give you the report they do a little of the scare tactic where it says everything requires immediate attention, but when I asked what was up with those items they said it was just routine and for the mileage.I would choose either this one or Richardson. NOT Cowboy.

Always had my Lexus seviced at Sewell or local toyota dealer .had my lexus serviced here back in 2019 they overtighten my drain plug and stripped the oil pan per Toyota of Richardson . I only put on only 4k miles in last 2 years so i reached out to Galilea in Jan 2021 and she said someone would call me back. no call backs and LVM for service Manager multiple times. Crickets .10/25/2021 finally had the chance to come up there today as i am never in town. John the service manager said due to time that passed by there is nothing i can do to help you . not even a discount to fix . I understand people make mistakes we are all human but seriously. what you dont understand is i own 4 toyotas and one lexus. I guess you dont need my business . Totally disappointment and wont be back.

I, do not service my Tundra where I bought it anymore, Dallas Toyota on LBJ near I35, because they were always pushing me to get service that is not required or before it is needed. Best experience buying a car I have ever had

I had a 5:30 appointment, but got stuck in traffic. I did not arrive until shorty after 6:00 with the expectation that I would have to reschedule. To my surprise the staff were very courteous and understanding; i did not have to reschedule and did not have a long wait while my car was being service.OUTSTANDING is the only thing I can say for these workers.

First time at Sport City Toyota and I came all the way from Dallas(Oakcliff). My best friend introduced me to this place because it was near her house by minutes. We parked the car in front, I walked out and I had my eyes right away on the Toyota Tacoma. They have plenty of new cars during this difficult times(pandemic). I was shock to know I get to experience seeing new cars on the lot and then I came across this wonderful salesperson outside, Avery. He greeted me and my friend nicely and asked if we like to go inside for a cooler area to discuss. Walking inside the store, it was welcoming, the lighting, the sitting area, and the people there too. Furthermore, we were greeted to have a sit with Avery, I gave him my set preferences on pricing, models, etc. minutes later he gave me options, I was surprised to see were available to me. Before I sat down with Avery, my eyes glued on this beautiful Red Tacoma TSS Off-Road; lifted, black wheels, it was beautiful. I told him, I want that truck! I bought it right away with the pricing option I was comfortable with and yes I put a few thousand down to save me from having a high monthly payments and etc. Later we had to meet the Finance Manager, Moe. He greeted us into his office and the experience with him is also wonderful. We talked, laughed, and got super comfortable. He later on gave me options about the red truck I wanted. My original idea was to lease it and after Moe’s option given toward me, I was surprised to know I have the opportunity to own it! Shocking to say I was pleased with the numbers and decided to own that beautiful red truck. I walked out as a brand new Tacoma truck owner and it was my dream to own a beautiful one. Even though the numbers were high on the monthly payment. He would given me 8 months and then come back to refinance to give me a lower numbers to work with so I can be comfortable to pay for my car without any future distress. I surely do not want to lose this truck, I want it, I love it and for sure the best investment I made and super happy about it😊. After reading my experience, I hope you find your dream vehicle. Thank you Avery, Moe and Sport City Toyota. You have please me from the FIRST TIME and I cannot forget how you made me feel comfortable working with you guys. I have a wonderful experience! I usually go to Sewell Lexus in Dallas and it usually takes 2 or 3 days for an oil change. I didnt have time for this inconvenience even though I always received a loaner suv. Working with Josh, I received the same excellent customer service experience Im used to at Sewell. My service was fast and I am more than satisfied with the Service, as my Sun Roof Opens again!! I mentioned it to Josh, who mentioned it to the Service dept! Thank you So Much! All these people are headed up by the general manager Gary.This guy and his crew did everything they could do to lie cheat and steal extra money from us. I mean everyone we talk to was a liar and a cheat. They tacked on warranties that we did not request and we caught them, not once but three different times. This Gary and his crew eventually got away with sticking us for an extra $2000 claiming it was forTaxes and that is how it is done in the state of Texas.I took it to another dealer and he said it was all A big scam. When my husband approached Gary about this surprisingly an extra $2000 was taken off of our loan.I am serious, these are the sorriest most slow down group of people we have ever seen in our 60+ years of dealing with people. They will cheat you!!!

Great experience! Took care of my pillar trims in under 30 minutes SAME DAY on my new 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback only having 5,000 miles. They actually honored my warranty unlike the other service center I took it to prior that were trying to charge me for it and treated me very well also understood my situation! I had combatted the prior service center and corporate for a week, then corporate told me you will have to go through the dealerships but thought I was in the right so instead of going to the prior service center, I took it here and very glad I did. Even let me know if the pillar trims continue to come off they will replace them under warranty. Will definitely be taking my car there for now on. THANK YOU SERVICE TEAM of SPORT CITY TOYOTA!

Raymon was my service representative and kept me up to date with the progress of my radio replacement. He greeted me with a smile when I arrived and provided excellent service until I departed.

They were not honest with me and my husband about the price on a used car we purchased from them. They sold us the car overpriced, without us knowing (first time buyers) that led to negative equity! We also purchased gap insurance (without knowing) and never received our money back. Feel like they took advantage since it was out first time. The guy that sold us the car said he needed no money down! But as soon as we got to financial they were asking us for money. Negative equity still haunts us today sigh….

These guys got me in a car with an absolutely low down payment! I think I’ll buy all my cars here!

I came in looking to trade out of a relatively new Honda that had been a nightmare to own and was very pleased with what Chris and Sam were able to do for me. If I could rate this place a zero I would, this place is not loyal and they lie. Suzanne she is pushy and tells you to buy more then you need. Gorge, is a horrible manager no wonder his employees are the same way (Felix or Fabian). Cant ask for you to do better than your upper hand. Management is not around after 5pm on a Saturday... According to Suzanne, Wyatt is no where to be found. Giovanni did take our situation and made changes to the contact to help is out. But in reality they should have allowed us to return the car. This place will not be a place where we find comfort in purchasing a car from ever especially with the 5k additional cost due to shortage of vehicles in the US. We work at Park Place and WOW we go back on new car contracts upto 2weeks out. Because we believe in doing correct by the client. So please come to Park Place for new or pre-owned vehicles! We would love to make you part of our growing family! This one Experience that I would have to spread the word about. We do pray in Jesus name that we would be the last time a dealership takes advantage of us. The car was 2021 Toyota Camry sticker price of 28k marked up to 33k due to the recent shortage of vehicles. Then after speaking with Suzanne the additional cost for added coverage packages was an additional 16k then of course the financing overall cost was like 9k. Wow overall cost was going to be around roughly 58k remember this is a sedan not even a luxury car. Just a simple Toyota with no leather wow. We are definitely the laughing stock of the dealership for the week.

Oil change took over a hour and we were the first ones in line. Way to long. After oil change drove on the highway and car dragging when accelerating. Called them and went directly back. Open the hood in parking lot. Noticed the screw on the air filter was broken. Was not broken when I came there. Changed it last month. Service guy NEVER mentioned that He broke it. They replaced it. Went home and next day there were oil leaks in the garage… Took it to Valvoline oil change near house… Sports City stripped out the oil drain plug and NEVER TOLD ME!!Never go there. Not honest people and their service department is looking to break things so you come back and they can charge you more…. Bought my last 2 vehicles there but because of their service dept. Will never again.Ed Cordero

Steer clear.Cowboy Toyota was honest, upfront, and made a competitive offer.Answer to Owner: This has nothing to do with taxes and fees . Your advertised price was before TT&L and doc fees. Perry quoted me a price before TT&L that was $2,000 higher than the online price.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!I do not recommend this place because they are not honest with customers.I bought a used car from them and they charged me extra for the work that they did not perform.They increased the price $2k because they said they spent $2k on maintenance, however they only did state inspection.I bought my car over 3 months ago and they still have not sent me my title nor my license plates.My temp plate got expired 3 weeks ago and when I try to call them they just transfer me to different departments.

I love coming here to get my car serviced! The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and explains the work to be done as well as the cost. Not to mention the excellent work done on my car. I have no complaints whatsoever!

My buying experience was good, I was supposed to get free oil change and when I showed up for the first one, they say I had to pay, thats sad that they use that kind of scamm to hook you up, how convenient that you are under new management, you might want to let all your selling personal know so they wont lie to people about it.

I just wanted to say my car buying experience was made very easy when I was dealing with Avery. I came looking for good deal on mid size car and not having to deal with salesman talk. Avery made me feel comfortable and not pressured when making my selection. If anyone asked needing a car I would definitely lead them to work with Avery.

I wouldnt recommend anyone here, especially what they sold me. My check engine light turned on after purchasing it 3 days ago, not even a week ive had this car and my check engine light turned on. On top, i was able to find out through another dealership mechanic that the day I bought my car is the day they erased the code. So unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Think twice before buying here.
