I called to see if this location had an item I was looking for in stock. (With an attitude) I was told there was no one to help me because of staffing. She could have gone the extra mile to say I can take your information down and call back. Coming from 10+ years in customer service, that was not a good choice of words and conduct. Anytime I have to return something I end up purchasing something more from that store because I want to keep it in business. This store has lost my business.
