I usually have a good experience with pick-up orders from this store but I wanted to share my latest experience so anyone placing pick-up orders can do so without any hiccups.Babybliss failed to notify me when none of my items from an online order were in-stock (usually they send an email the day of pick-up when the order is ready). I called after work the day of pick-up to check the status of my order and learned that none of my items were in stock and no one had tried to notify me. The lady on the phone, presumably the boss since she was handed the phone, suggested I just find new items in the store to exchange. This defeated the purpose of saving time but I was left with no other option since the order was for a time-sensitive gift. With one hour before close, I rushed over to find new items, and it took almost a half hour for the employees to determine how to handle the situation and exchange the items on the register (they said their boss had already left and appeared to be on the phone with her for instructions on completing exchanges on the register). The ladies helping were very, very kind and apologetic, and I knew this most likely wasn’t on them so I did not make a complaint to them. Although, I was surprised they weren’t told to offer some kind of compensation for all the trouble.So when placing online orders, don’t assume your order will be ready. Call in advance to check that your order is ready and all items are in-stock.

Ordered online for a baby shower which I noted in the sales notes. This was quickly delivered and they even surprised me by packaging the items together in cute wrapping that was shower ready.

Steer as far clear from this store as physically possible. Relocating from the UK, we wanted to arrange redelivery of a Childs car seat to a friends house, in order to put in a rental car. Babybliss failed to deliver on the order, despite the order being in stock at the time of ordering. We were forced to scramble to order from another website, incurring additional delivery fees for next day delivery. We have now waited one month for a refund, despite texts, calls, emails. The customer service of this place is non existent, and we will be shortly camping out in their store until a refund is paid.

Spent about 15 minutes walking around this store. I’m six months pregnant looking to spoil by baby and no one would say one word to me. No hello, no can I help you find anything, nothing. I was thinking of having my registry there or at least picking a bunch of really cute things out there for my baby but the 4+ store associates wouldn’t even greet me, with a total of 3 customers (including myself) in the store. Awful customer service.

I was looking for something special for my new Great niece in Dallas. Since I was out of state, I found Baby Bliss with the help of your wonderful reviews. They lived up to all expectations and even delivered my gift since it was so nearby. Excellent service and I hear the dress is ADORABLE!

This place rocks! My first visit was just now. I went in looking for a mobility- encouraging gift for my one-year-old grandson. Their inventory is comprehensive and eclectic, and I left with a unique and perfect set of gifts.No fewer than 4 friendly staff approached me offering assistance, and they all had great advice that helped me decide. Finally, the gift wrapping they offered was festive and tasteful.Ill be back as my grandson grows, since they have creative options for a wide range of ages.

Beautiful store. I think the person in charge of choosing the merchandise does a wonderful job. My favorite associate there is a lady named Martha. She’s very kind, elegant and very knowledgeable. She’s given me great advice about different products and I’m very pleased with them.

I went into this store and there were two girls working. Neither looked up from their phone or computer to assist me. Were very rude when I asked a question. I left and will not be going back. Cuter store two doors down!

I walked-in wanting to learn more about strollers and other baby gear, while seeing them in person. Veronica took her time answering ALL my questions and demoing the gear. She was absolutely wonderful! Such a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique!

Love this store they have the best baby stuff you cant get anywhere else! People always ask me where I get my baby stuff because my baby gear is so unique. I am really sad they closed the Southlake store but I am hoping one day they will open one closer to where I live again.

I wouldn’t go back. Customer service was touch and go. For the most part you can find what was here at many other places I’ve been, and without feeling devalued.

We stopped at BabyBliss yesterday to check out the Nuna mixx stroller. I originally intended to do a quick run in, sample, and order online. BUT the customer service here was so amazing and the array of adorable products had me leaving with a business card and creating a registry here. My partner and I were blown away with the helpful staff, all of whom had an answer for every question I asked, not once was I handed off to another associate... and that is something you just cant find at the bigger chain stores. These people know there stuff! And what an adorable and unique selection of stuff it is. :)

I know nothing about baby clothes, baby clothing stores, or babies. But I like this store; the staff were very helpful.

I will absolutely never go back. I walked in and was not greeted. At all. Ever. I had to ask for someones help (if someone hadnt sent me there specifically, I would have already walked out). After I shopped for about 30 minutes, I stood there for another 45 watching them swipe every card I owned.... After 10 days of dealing with my bank/ fraud alerts, credit card customer service, gift card balances, authorization codes & so on, they reimbursed me the difference in what I was owed and sent me on my way. Im not even sure I got an apology. Hopefully I can save someone else from their faulty system.

We were there for 15 minutes and the staff didnt greet us, make eye contact which made us us feel unwelcome. While they said they had lots of strollers, they maybe had 6 or 7. All the reviews are five star reviews, which makes me extremely suspicious that they are all posted by the store staff/owner. Ill not goto a place that makes me feel unwelcome.

I am not used to being treated with such disrespect. Worst customer service!!! I would never refer even my worst enemy there.
