Our grandchildren love the swing set we purchased. Richard did such a great job installing it! The product is very nice quality!

Trying to find a play set online during the pandemic was awfully tedious as everything seemed to be out of stock or without installation services - we hit the jackpot by finding a local company and were so happy with the options provided to us. Charles and Richard were both extremely professional and we were amazed with the speed with which Richard was able to install our play set. Our 3 yr old wakes up excited every day to play in the yard now and we have extreme peace of mind knowing that the expert installation is safe and secure. We are so happy with our experience with Wooden Swing Co! We struggled to find a play set anywhere as most companies were back ordered, unavailable, or not the quality we were looking for. Our backyard isn’t completely flat either, so I wasn’t sure we could even install a playset here. The Wooden Swing Co kindly answered all of our questions and even came to our house before ordering anything for a site check. They have so many options of high quality play sets, it was easy to find one that worked for us. They stayed in constant communication with us as we waited for our play set to come in (which took no time at all). They quickly installed same day, and made a few adjustments to our play set so that it worked perfectly in our back yard. These aren’t your average play sets and we are beyond impressed with the quality and love that we can get on the play set with our child too. I can’t recommend them enough! Wooden swing co. excelled in responsiveness as well as after sales support. During this pandemic, our kids needed some way to have fun while being home and our old swingset was not safe anymore to use. Charles was very responsive when I reached out via their website and responded immediately via email and provided options with transparent pricing upfront. Rich, is just phenomenal as he came and inspected where we needed to put up the new playset and remove the old one. He gave us really good advice on which playset would work the best for our 3 kids and offered to come that week itself to dismantle our existing one and haul it away. I was not expecting such fast service especially given the lumber shortages in July timeframe. But he delivered and came by on the promised day and disassembled our old playset and installed the new one next day. Very hardworking, honest and caring folks. To top it all, picnic table (part of the playset) was not in stock but Rich installed the playset so the kids could use the swings and slides immediately while we could wait for the picnic table. And again, as promised after about a month and a half, Rich texted me that the picnic table had arrived and came by to set it up. Very pleased with wooden swing company. Highly recommended!

Charles and Richard have been amazing to work with yet again! We were gifted a huge playset two years ago and Richard expertly installed it in a day. This year we decided to add a trampoline to the mix. Not only did they have an unbeatable price but while Richard was out installing it, He noticed that the original playset that he had previously installed needed some safety adjustments due to normal ground shifting and without hesitation he went to work on it with no additional fee. When my kids got home from school and rushed towards the new trampoline I felt a calmness knowing that Richard put my kids safety first in regards to our play set. I knew that he took the time needed to install the trampoline correctly and I wasn’t just a number on his schedule. He could have easily told me that he needed to come back at a different time for the play set but instead he took the time to make sure my kids would be safe today and always.

Had a swingset installed the backyard. We have a mild slope. Scrap wood was used to extend the base to compensate for the slope, leaving an eye sore. Raised the issue with the owner on a couple of occasions and the answer was for us to hire a contractor to finish the job. The pride of quality regarding final product doesnt seem to be there.

We went looking for a swing set and playhouse for our young kids. We ended upbuying from The Wooden Swing because the quality was just so much better. We just had it delivered last week and they installed it. The guys were super nice and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality pieces.

We have had such a great experience with this company. They were very helpful in finding us a set that had all the features we requested but actually fit in our small side yard. They were very punctual and responsive and even came back and readjusted a portion that we were worried was too high. Great experience and highly recommend!!

The company was great to work with in getting a new playground for our neighborhood. They presented several options at various price points, explained everything clearly, were quick to respond and install, and overall made this an easy and pleasant experience.

Bought a toddler bed here. The owner himself came out and assembled it and helped me take the existing crib apart and reassembled in a different room. He definitely went beyond the call and I’ll be shopping here again.

We absolutely LOVE our new play set. All of the employees were so kind and helpful.

And the title of WORST COMPANY EVER goes to Wooden Swing Company. Extreme delays (4 to 6 weeks for delivery jumped to 8 weeks, all without any communication. 8 weeks have passed... no furniture, no contact with the costumer to inform us of delays). The joke continues now with the update of 10 weeks for delivery...Unreliable! Terrible costumer service (NO respect for their clients time and money)I gave 1 star because I have no option for NO stars.

Everyone there was very nice and we really like both the trampoline and the playset we purchased there. Very solid equipment but be prepared to pay for it.
