We needed 55 balloons delivered for a celebration as a last-minute request. Balloon City had the best price, the friendliest people, and they delivered ON TIME with a smile! Thank you, Balloon City! (Just FYI - our latex balloons are still flying high a week later!)

Tried to get a brand new helium tank filled.They tell me that its illegal (which it isnt). Why would they lie to their potential customers?Response to the owner.....You understand that an individual can buy a tank on amazon? There are other businesses in Dallas that legally sell helium to the individuals. I suggest you brush up on the law.

I can’t stand businesses that say open online and then I come in person to see a closed sign on the door. Just trying to support local businesses but THIS happens far too often. You will NEVER have my business or anyone I know.

They make some beautiful displays at reasonable prices.
