This is a great place to go for both helium tank rentals and balloons. Hico also has balloon supplies, including ribbon and Hi-Float, which is a treatment for helium filled latex balloons to make them float longer. They sell inflation regulators and hand pumps. Hico sells Qualatex brand balloons, the best balloons money can buy; they are the most reliable, best looking, and stay inflated better and longer than other brands. I use them to decorate the showroom where I work because they are reliable and look beautiful. Qualatex balloons are helium quality and respond well to Hi-Float balloon treatment. Thanks to Hico Helium for having the balloon supplies I need when I need them.

I spoke with the lady over the phone, likely the older woman that was mentioned in another review. However, she was very helpful in clarifying about how much helium it would take to fill the giant 3 diameter balloons that I have. She also told be about the deposit and how it was cash only and $1 per day to borrow the tank. She told me they could deliver the tank for a fee each way. Everything was clear and she was NOT rude at all. I absolutely recommend this place!!

Really expensive

If I can give them a no star I will!!! This place sucks. The old lady hates her life and will try to make you hate yours. She has no concept of customer service. Set In her ways, she will make sure you know that she is right and you are wrong. Called to inquire about helium tank rental. She failed to tell me that the deposit has to be cash only over the phone. Drove an hour to go reserve the tank only to find I needed cash. Lady! If you would have told me over the phone, dont you think I wouldve bought money with me Instead of driving an hour for nothing? But she argued that she absolutely told me over the phone. No you didnt! Items are not wholesale even though it says it is. You will get a better deal at party city. Save yourself the money and headache. Look elsewhere. I did!

The gentlemen that owns this store was great. All other staff was so friendly and accommodating. I dont know what this other reviewer experienced but I recommend this place to anyone!

Been doing business with them for years; awesome community business partner and great customer service. Oh yeah, about the older lady at the front shes AMAZINGGGG! It is sad when a business owner yells at his employee for taking a few extra minutes to connect with a customer. Disappointed at the owners actions.
