It’s small the man is nice and his wife does good eyebrows wax would recommend but it is small all my diamonds on my nails are still on after a week

They are the best they take care of you!! I just left and omg best service, the owner is nice!! I enjoy my pedicures as much as I enjoy their company and conversations!! They are appointment only due to covid-19 but yall please help this small business out!! They do things other nail shops dont do!! Ingrown nails, dip nails, sparkly nails!! Beyond!! Book book book!! 🌟🌟🌟

Listen to your instincts when you walk in. The quality of services provided are armature, but priced as if you where in a high end wine serving nail spa. I must agree with another commenter this spot operating one nail tech with a spot is a 99€ Store. I have no idea what they put on nails, or why they file your fails so deep yo cause them to BURN ☄. Items to take with you if you decide to venture in:- Sanitizer wipes- counters & arm rests on tables & chairs dont look to be wiped down after each customer. I asked mine be cleaned but the spray bottle used was for spraying hair, & had no disinfectant scent. I only asked due to seeing acrylic dust clearly visible against black leather. If they do sanitize after every customer, they do a poor job, or spray with water. Clean your own area, for your own safety.- Tylenol, or a shot of Vodka for the after effect of the file on your nailbed. The best description of the level of pain can only be matched to the pain you feel after accidentally tearing off an acrylic nail prematurely & by accident. It hurts so bad you otherwise may shed a tear. The pain may be provoked to disorient the customer enough to ignore the flaws like unsmooth nails, different lengthed nails, unevenly filled tips, and/ or realizing the sides of your nail has been fused to your fingers skin by Gel, Dipping Powder,  or Acrylic. For their highly effective disorienting techniques they have a well deserved half a star.- Nail brush, and a small hand towel as theirs are labeled clean but IDK. I saw hair tangled in a small nail brush (how was hair there 🤷🏻‍♀️). Having a tall garbage pail full of dirty hand towels is just bad optics for customers to walk around while sliding out of the sink area.The mom/wife is extremely rude, his daughters are experimenting on your nails, and the owner does good pedicures... but only the owner. Go elsewhere for service on your hands... unless your prepared to go in with the items mentioned above. Lash extensions, are just false advertisement. Marketing at its finest. Here they where able to collect the other hslf of the star to complete one FULL STAR. These Extensions are just lashes attached with hair glue. Glue designed to last one night at best.This place is not for anyone who may suffer from OCD, or have Closterphobia, Hoarders rejoice. More training for the nail techs, a call to Hoarders, and a few items. Fix broken chairs, new hand towels, (atleast dye the towels) new hand brushes coupled with emplementing Customer Service values for his girls & wife would really benifit the owners buisness & perhaps his life aswell.

3 stars because they were very friendly and accommodating. Also because I saw them doing solar nails I think on another girl and they did a great job. Do not come here to get the dip powder done to your nails though. 3 days after I got it done one of my nails, the whole polish just fell off. As if it was a fake nail or something. Came off in one clean piece. That tells me the quality of the powder product they are using isn’t good. I’ve never had that happen with other dip products. Other than that pedicure and service was good.

I was not satisfied, the girl who did my nails was rough and didnt take her time. Tried to make conversation with her and she wasnt very responsive. The sister was really nice and sweet. She did my design and I loved it. The mother attitude was bad. She did my lashes and eyebrows, was not satisfied. Had me in a chair leaned back and uncomfortable instead of laying me in the bed. Only had the lashes on 2 days and they alreast coming off. She really didnt arch my eyebrows right and when I informed her she sucked her teeth like she had an attitude. And when it was time to pay the manager( Im assuming) white male over charged me he claimed by mistake but I think it was done purposely he might be used to adding an EXTRA 10/20 on services and no one question it. So I added it myself and he went 20 over .... That place is a mess. No wonder they barely get business. It was like 2 other ppl in there. If anyone reading my review. Its not worth your money. I wont be going back.✌

Friendly people just under staffed. the shaping of my nails was good got the gel polish and the polish was applied horribly.I’m sure it was due to the fact that she was in a rush to service me and get me out. Then again it was Mother’s Day weekend but still should be quality over quantity

I took my friend here to get her nails done I wasn’t getting mine done. There is no place to sit and wait so I went to sit in an empty pedicure chair and I was told to move. The place was slow so I don’t see why that was a problem. Definitely won’t be back. It’s also way too messy in here and very unsanitary.

My shellac hurts sooo bad after going under the UV light. I cant touch my nail bed until the next day. I tried this place at least 3 times. My daughter also complained her nails where filed down to the point it hurt when doing her acrylic nails. :(Ahhh yes! I did try the lashes the 1st week. They came off within 2 days. Went back because Edward the owner was very nice. It is a mess! I agree with the other complaints.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The place smells terrible. I wasn’t greeted when I walked or asked what service I was getting. I was left sitting soaking in the pedicure chair while employees ignored me. I asked for 3 coats of polish for my toes and the nail tech got an attitude about it. Overall terrible job, skipped many steps in the pedicure process. Absolutely don’t come here. He even had the audacity to tell me that the customer is wrong.

It is the best. Friendly staff. Family owned. And you could also do your taxes there very nice stablishment.

It is DIRTY and has a cluster of stuff. This is a nail shop inside a dollar store. The customer service is good, but the quality of products used are cheap and watered down.

Ive been going there for years probably since 2013 and me and my cousin recently went a month ago & all of her nails were uneven and came off. Mines on the other hand werent that bad because Edward did a pretty good job plus we had no time to go back and argue because we were leaving for a trip. But I recently just removed my set and this was a brand new set and my index finger has fungus! Ive never had fungus before Im so disappointed in them.

Love this place and the whole family because of my bestfriend katherine I met everyone there and thy are fantastic my number 1 nail place. Keep up the great work

0 stars horrible service!!!!! My daughter and I went to this nail salon where this one young lady hurt me multiple times and the owner did my daughters nails he left them bummy and with jagged ends . We called the store after wards to tell them we were unhappy with our nails the owner tried to justified themselves. I should have walked out when I walked in. Its messy and dirty . They were about to charge me the wrong amount but then I corrected them. Im embarrassed for them they should not be in this kind of business.👎

Crowded and to small

Place smells extremately bad due to chemical vapors and poor ventilationI was afraid the a candle sitting near the entrance could spark a catastrophe.I kept looking around for a fire extingisher couldnt see one or a sign for oneIve been visiting nail salons for many years and the saturation of chemicals in the air is too much than your average nail parlor.I wont come again.Safety first.Quality second.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all you walk in and it is messy they have things everywhere and are not organized whatsoever. The employees could be a little more welcoming, they sat me down and told me to choose a color the Edward did my nails and he does not know how to do them! He had UV nail lamps for sale but couldnt be able to use one on me instead he had a small fan and told me to stick my nails in front of them to let them dry. He said ok let them dry and then you can come and pay then left and went to do his own thing on his computer while I sat there forever trying to get my nails to dry. and he didnt even bother to check up on me. What kind of costumer service is that? I got really frustrated and decided to pay so I could het out of there asap I am very disappointed at the way my nails came out. It was in fact very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I am never going there again!!!

My wife just left from there and the owner couldnt even finish her nails because he was in a hurry and she noticed that her thumb nail was so short and she told him some thing and he started filing it down with the machine to take it off and he burned her real thumb nail!!! And the rest of the nails are not straight across. I should sue his ass

This place is extremely expensive. My niece and I went to go get classic pedicure with gel nail polish, and I end up paying $96 dollars.

They did not want to give me service because I did not have a mask, I told them that I was vaccinated and they denied it very rudely the way they told me to speak to whoever I wanted that they would not give me service. The place is very disorganized and very dirty. It is good that I did not receive services from there. It is the first and the last time that I stand there 😡😠
