I had the best experience of my fifteen years as a MAC customer with Josh today. He was courteous, quick, and really listened to my concerns to help pick the perfect product i was shopping for. Ive always make the effort to shop at this location specifically, and employees like Josh are the reason why. The site was impeccably clean, well stocked and every single employee greeted me.

Josh T the manager is AWESOME, he gave the BEST customer service I have had in a long time. He helped me find everything I needed. It was a great experience. I will be back for sure!!

This store is laughable. I went in for a blowout, and a lipstick purchase, and left with nothing. The associates were too busy doing each other’s makeup, hair, and no one would come out from behind the counter. The one girl I approached proceeded to put out a shade I had not asked for, and did the lip “ tutorial” on the back of her hand. She actually drew a pair of lips on the back of her hand, and shaded them in.I just looked at her and said “Is this a joke?”, laughed and walked out. Good luck. My prediction is they will be closed within the year.

I love this store, I love it more on a weekday. Why? It is not crazy busy. The folks here are very helpful and will assist you with anything you may want. Want a make over? Call ahead. I dont really advise coming here on a weekend afternoon, during prom season, or any other time when you think a place like this will be overly busy. Great MAC products and wonderful folks make for a great experience.

I have been here twice and Erica never disappoints. I am very pleased with the MAC team and level of service they provide, as a make up artist Erica who took care of me on both occasions is very passionate about her craft and that shows in how meticulous she was for my make up. Lets just say my look was a hit for the event.

I am still upset as the place is supposed to be the Mecca hub for the near by stores well Mecca it is not. New to the area and drove 40 minutes just to come here about the races and what product was only available here. 3 attempts at calling to find location in this expansive mall 2 out of 3 employees couldnt tell you where there located as the address on Google maps directed you access the highway and not the mall. Once in the mall still no good directions from information stand. Called again and I paraphrase I do not know where we are located and I do not know what store is next to this location. Beyond frustrated with a one year old in tow to say the least once arriving store seemed chaotic as people were sitting on benches, floors, or just standing waiting to be served with kids and people running around. Not a great or welcoming atmosphere as I guess that was reflected for the service. I will say I give 5 stars to the employment Denzel as when I first called he was able to put up my product and it was there once I arrived thank you so much Denzel

Althea in the salon has lots of knowledge about curly hair. Shes very kind and a good listener. She wants to know your hair needs and will suggest products.

Loved it. Sarah E. was extremely helpful and nice. I purchased some lipstick-gel, retromatte liquid lip color, and graph black eyeliner. I love the matte lip color so much I put it on and posted a selfie on social media.

If it has ZERO star i will put !Very terrible bad service!I looking MAC store nearby Nordstrom.They look at me and guide me to sales area without asking what things i want and stuffs that i looking forward to buying - As they think customers DO NOT have enough money for shopping. The chubby guy didn’t give me any guide for helping and ignoring me for any questions!Hopefully the manager or director of this store HAVE TO TRAINING their employees,Worst store that I have ever been !

The website has that it is open at 7 but Im here at 7:18 and it is closed. And the note on the door has 9- 9. What a bummer. The website needs to be updated immediately.

Am loyal to MAC Products - This MAC Store Moved into a Large Space in Northpark - On top of their lines of makeup, Full Makeup and Hair Services are Now Available Here - Not Consistent though is their Customer Service: at times, impeccable while at other times, been totally ignored - If needing information and attention of their new products, it’s advisable to go to one of the department stores who carries MAC products and warmly receives their customers each and every time instead!

Where do I get started when you walk up to the Mac if your lucky someone will walk up to you, and then you ask for their help and and they grab you one thing tell you to try it out yourself and then they walk away and they are done with you! They are NOT good with customers at all they could care less. However I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Mac Pro store right down the hallway past to the right of Nordstrom, that Mac is the way to go SWEETEST people in the world!

No acknowledgement that youre in the store, they act like your asking for their SSN when you ask them to find the right shade. I was hoping customer service would change from my last bad experience 2 years ago, but nope!
