I like Walgreens because they have a big selection and you can almost always get in and out very quickly.

I do not even want to give them one star. Every time I have to call and to talk to the pharmacist the staff is very rude. I have to call in medications and I do not think they should treat people the way that they do. Picking the phone and yelling hold please is so unprofessional. Dont work at a pharmacy if you do not have patients or etiquette. Ghetto.

This store has been closing at 7pm everyday lately and it has gotten to be a big inconvenience especially people that work and get off late in the evening, to pick up on much needed essentials, completely ludicrous. And very selfish to customers. Plus the people that work there are non helpful and act non Chalant.

I left my license there. Probably my fault. Whatever. I drive back to get it and its broken. How did this happen?

The pharmacy is very unprofessional they answer and do not give you time to approve being onHold before they place you on hold or hang up on you ! I’ve called three times in which I’ve been hung upOn all three times 😡😡😡

I have been on hold for nearly an hour in a half (October 23 2017; 7pm Audelia and walnut hill ). I thought if I used a second phone to call I would get faster service,nope if didnt happen also on hold for nearly 90 minutes on both phones. See screen shot. Service is usually good

The manager who was in service by Aug 15th 2017 around 4:00 pm really needs to change her attitude and be nicer to customers. I smiled, said hi, please, thank you, appreciate and she wont say anything or even respond to me. Seems like I am manager and she is customer!!

Went to go pick up a prescription today after my husband had his wisdom teeth out and the pharmacist was incredibly rude. After slamming the prescription on the drive through glass and accusing us of changing the date on the prescription, I drove across town to get a brand new one from the dentist. Then when I asked for some more information on the drug, she rudely said I was about to tell you.... I believe there are two ways to say things. If you didnt want to help, you could have let me speak to someone else.

Went to this Walgreens on Audelia rd in Dallas around 9:00 pm tonight Sunday 8-11-2019. By far this is the worst Walgreens experience ever. The guy named Haroun was indifferent and of no help at all. We were trying to get some photos developed. He first went to help other people who was after us and when he did get to us he was extremely rude. I told him that I was going to write a review regarding my experience and his poor customer service. He said thank you being sarcastic and he also stated that his being rude doesnt matter because he is leaving to go to another country anyway. Luckily a very nice and extremly knowledgeable young lady named Marifer wound up helping us. She had excellent customer service skills.Thank you Marifer! Keep up the good work. She is definetly an asset to Walgreens.

Overcharged meds, wouldn’t accept coupons for other meds, didnt explain deadline for overcharge refund, now, out $150. Rude, to boot!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. WAITED IN LINE FOR OVER TEN MINUTES FOR PHARMACIST TO TELL ME IT WOULD TAKE TWO HOURS TO PUT AN INHALER IN A BAG FOR ME!!!! ITS TAKEN FOUR DAYS FOR THESE LAZY PEOPLE SO FAR. IM HEADED OVER THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND IT BETTER BE READY THIS TIME!!!!!

Pharmacy takes forever to fill prescriptions. Lines long. And the staff at the store are always rude or in a bad mood, if you don’t like dealing with the everyday retail public don’t work this type of job. Smile! And greet your customers!
