Quick loading and friendly at the guard shack and when recieving info on what to do. Tight coming out if at dock B. My appt was for 10am but showed up at 9am and out by appt time. However I was the only driver there at the time.

Got dock door quickly. Unloaded fast!

Truck entrance is off WEST MOCKINGBIRD LANE.lady at the gate was pleasant, put me in a door right away but it was at lunch time so had to wait. Not a big deal.

Great people - but no space for trucks waiting to load. Its just crazy today.Understand not every day is this busy though.This area has no options for expanding...hope they choose to relocate soon. =/

Here 15 minutes early in dock by appointment, better than 3hrs still waiting for them to finish. Guess i should have planned better haha.

Had 7am appt. Was told to drop empty go around and and my pickup trailer was being loaded. That was a lie. Was told after meeting they were gonna finish loading me and that was a lie. It is now 1030am and my trailer I hooked up to still isnt loaded. I ring bell no one answers. I was the only one here for an hour. Then a live loads hows up an hour after me and he is gone already. Now they have about 4 trucks loading live and I am still here. This place as poor management. There more worried about making straight lines with there product inside the warehouse than they are loading the merchandise into trailers and getting them out. Coca Cola is a joke.

They are forcing people to have face covered even if they have a medical condition that makes it hard for them to breathe already and are violating the ADA rule

This place sucks. Over 3 hour waiting time just to get to a dock. If you can reject this load and book another will be your best bet unless you need sleep

The miss delivery dates and blame it on distribution changes. I have no idea what they mean but Im pretty sure its an euphemism for bad management and inefficient.Their fix is to order the products again and promise it will be there 25 days later.This has happened 4 times this year (2016) and wish there was some better alternative than to almost have a stroke every time they dont deliver.Almost a month later they say they can fix the problem. Its so rediculous its almost funny how bad they are. =(

You get an appointment with instructions to be 15 minutes ahead of your time. You are not considered checked-in unless you are inside the shipping office. Be warned, dont tarry at the gate or youll never get checked-in.We arrived before out appointment at 7:00 PM, and it is already 11:07 PM an were still not loaded. Once, twice we felt the box rock, but since then no more movements. Neither is the green light lit to signal us we are good to go. No one has come out to inform us of developments.Whats up coca-cola? Time is ticking and were stuck here waiting and losing money at your pleasure. Sure this is our first and last service visit to your company - we are not coming back!👎👎👎👎👎We dont even want to give it a one star rating.

Very rude people there. Had a yard driver came up and mouthed me told Im in the way. Drivers prepare yourself being in this dumb place.

Been comeing here off and on for a few years, nice people at gaurd shack. Extremely rude, disrespectful when you get to the shippers office. Shipping got pissed off when I intermittently kept pressing the buzzer at door entry till someone answerd (noone answerd) (often 5 to 10 mins wait). They respond in thier time as they see fit. Iv stood at the window for over 5 and even 10 minutes (repeatedly) without acknowledgment. Property is over stuffed with trlrs and people waiting to be lded, not garenteed to get on dock by your appointment time. Not even garenteed to be able to wait on their property for your load. Police write tickets for sitting in the street waiting to pull in. Local stores with sizable lots call the police. One truck in entry at a time.Maybe if they had a coke, they would smile abit more?

I purchased 2 cartons of coke today and while bringing them in the house carrying by the perforated carrying spot, one of them ripped open and 2 cans spilled out, bursting one open and spewed on wood floor and a spot on the carpet. Very un-happy

Cant arrive more than 30 minutes early for a pu, cant sweep trailer on their property. Guard is rude, and they dont put you in a door at your scheduled pu time

The worst customer service i am a business owner and placed my order but they had some computer problem so they didnt called and let me know that the delivery is not going to come.Very irresponsible person at customer service.
