This place was so great I figured the least I could do was tell others about it. Our daughter moved with her bike to college and wanted to add a rack. This shop didn’t have what she wanted in stock so they tracked it down in Indiana and had it shipped to Dallas. Two different shops where our daughter is located (in Trek’s home state) told us it couldn’t be done! Thanks so much for the help!

I am a very casual bike rider and dont know lots about bikes themselves. Every time Ive gone in for service though, the Trek team walks me through exactly what is needed for me to ride today and what they recommend eventually I will need for future maintenance. They are patient as they explain the changes and thorough in adjusting the bike to how I like it. In particular Chris & Kato have done a great job of advising me and fixing my bike. Thanks!

Miles was extremely helpful. I came in needing packaging and a tone-up on short notice for a race. I could tell they were slammed, but Miles went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. These guys are top notch and they have some of the best customer service in Dallas.

Been coming for three years. Every visit is great customer service. Recently had some new components added to my bike. After two hundred miles they needed some adjustments. Fully expected to pay for service. The folks in the back threw it on the stand and took 15 minutes to tweak, explain, and fix my issues... For free. Ill be coming back often.

The employees at the University Park store are THE BEST! Ive been to many bike shops before where the people working make you feel dumb if you ask what they consider to be an obvious question. We visited this place looking for a truck tailgate bike mount. We were immediately greeted by the employees which was very nice. We told them what were looking for, and was shown one item they had in stock. It wasnt a match for my truck, but the employee took the time to search their company-wide inventory and also offer some third-party products to look into. Then another employee offered a bit of advice to look at a competitor store. A+ customer service. Even though there was no sale their helpfulness was priceless. Definitely will be recommending this place.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel special and welcome. Novices and Experts alike are treated like family.They fixed my wifes bike and adjusted everything to fit her. We liked them so much that we brought my bike that we had to purchase elsewhere for them to assemble and adjust. I would have Gladly purchased one of their bikes, but they advised me that it would not be safe for me to ride most of the bikes they had in stock.

Staff is SUPER helpful! I’m a total newbie when it comes to bikes and they gave me a lot of knowledge. Of course they are there to sell Trek bikes and gear but their enthusiasm and kindness felt absolutely sincere. Amy and Barbara helped me out when I was there and they were so kind to answer all of my many questions! Amy was even so nice as to lend me a helmet for the first couple of days so I could ride safely. I was overwhelmed when doing my research and the staff here helped me mitigate that. Will definitely be coming back often!

Ive shopped with Trek Bicycle Dallas for 20+ years. Theyve always been great to work with both from having excellent inventory, reasonable pricing, good advice, and great maintenance crew. Why would I go anywhere else?

Everything from the location, the products offered, and the showroom were all great. But the best thing about this store was the service. Chris in service and Jason in sales were two of the best I have ever encountered in a sales environment. These two were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Great mechanics, Miles, Andrew, Michael and rest of crew really love cyclist and always have time to find the proper fix for your ride.

They had what I was looking for in a kids bicycle so that was good. Friendly service. Their bike mechanic did not spend as much time on setting it up as I had hoped. The brakes and levers were not set up properly. Crank bearings had almost no grease and were not adjusted properly. Convenient location - but as a result was high traffic area with very limited parking. Not good for loading and unloading bicycles.

I went in simply to buy a pair of cycling shoes and the entire experience was five star thanks to Randall who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and warm and showed me several shoe options and installed the cleats for me. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes and I was beyond thrilled with the service. Just an overall wonderful experience.

Trek Bicycle treats their customers as any business should. They go above and beyond their obligation to serve. I walked in last week with a busted bike, which was purchased over 10 years ago from them. The rear wheel had disconnected from the bicycle and had gotten lodged in the back end of the frame. They fixed it in 5 minutes without charge.Then.. while I was riding my newly fixed bicycle out of the shop, testing my own bike.. one of the staff, riding in my direction on another bike, attempted to joust me with a piece of equipment.. because thats just hilarious.I left the shop with a smile on my face for more than one reason. You will too.

Once again I came out to Trek bicycle of park cities . I bought my first bike there in April . Picked it up in may . Riding has completely rebuilt my hip back and leg muscles after 7 major surgeries. 4 back and 2 hip replacements . As well as a completely ruptured quad. All within three months . I was brought by a good friend to this store having been at other stores much larger than this . I wont go to any other store anymore . I bought a second Trek .I bought a second trek, different type, style but fit my needs perfectly . I couldnt be happier . wonderful store wonderful staff

The guys at the Trek store made my daughters 9th birthday the best! I called in December and ordered her a bike over the phone...just the one she wanted. It arrived at the store on Wednesday and they had it ready to go in hours! I will recommend this store to all my friends and family!

Cant even get them to answer the phone! I would really love to see if they are as great as the reviews say but if they wont even answer the phone when I call, whats the point? Tried five times today (Monday) and a dozen times on Saturday. And yes, it was during business hours. How lame that you dont even have a real answering machine! Sorry, I am not driving 30 miles to see if you can service my bike. Guess I will take my business elsewhere!

I didn’t get the other guy’s name that helped me with my initial questions (brown hair and beard). He was helpful and friendly. I will be back!

I brought my bike in to get the inner tube replaced and dislodge whatever was in my tire that popped it. I got quick, efficient service and left feeling great! Unfortunately my tire popped again on my way home. When I brought my bike back to Bicycles Plus they replaced my tube, added new tape, and did a even more thorough investigation of my tire all at no charge! Every time I have worked with Bicycles Plus they have provided excellent service and have demonstrated a dedication to prioritizing customer satisfaction!

You can buy a bike anywhere. After scouting out many bike shops in the Dallas area, the reason we chose this location was because of the awesome customer service we received. Randal was absolutely fabulous. Yes, the wait was a little long, but after we were greeted, we understood why. Randal took the time to really break down what a bike really did, which no one (literally six different shops/stores,) had ever shown me. This was a perfect demonstration of great customer service skills.

These guys were awesome! I had damaged my bike pretty severely and they saw me right when I pulled up and fixed it on the spot and a very reasonable rate. Skip was who helped me and he explained everything that he adjusted and what he advised me to do/handle in the future. Definitely will be bringing my bike back here for any further needs!

Came in over a month ago looking for help finding an entry level mountain bike. Was able to get good feedback from the employee, Phillip who I spoke with. Gave me his card to email him about questions and also to try and preorder a bike once I had decided. After one email exchange, there was no response. I reached out several times to both the specific employee and the stores email over the last month to try and get some help about ordering a bike/getting more information and have yet to hear back.

Despite how busy the shop is, I am always treated as a priority (as it seems every customer is, who walks in). Randall helped me BIG time after I got my bike stolen.He hooked me up with a free tune-up on a loaner bike and helped me search the heavens and earth for my serial number that I lost.This went about 15min after closing time as well with nary a complaint.Big ups to Phillip as well for finding that Serial Number!
