I texted them a time they were here they helped level the table they were really quick they ended up leveling the whole table in under 30 mins. I am super happy with them and I can finally play with my brother and dad. Too good!

Started great, but couldnt deliver. I set an appointment to have a pool table moved and assembled 7 days in advanced for 9am. I sent a confirmation text to 2 hours before the scheduled time however they replied that the time didnt work. Again, this is after I sent the text confirming the appointment. When addressed, no apology was given only an excuse. Moved on to another company who has better customer service.

Polo and his help were very experienced, professional and respectful. They did a fantastic job getting our table moved, reassembled and leveled. He came an hour away to move it and charged me the price he quoted me on the phone. I am very pleased with his work.

I contacted Polo on a Tuesday needing help assemble and repair a 22 shuffleboard for my bosses baby shower party on Saturday; and not only did he get back with me immediately; he went above and beyond to make sure the shuffle board was set up correctly, and looked brand new. Extra parts, repairing the carpet, fixing a wobbly leg, and shining the surface of the board wasnt something that he had to do, but he did it anyway, so I told him there was no way I WASNT going to give him a shout out! I searched far, high, near and in between for someone to assemble and repair a table of this size; and no one but Polo and his company were able to meet my needs! I will post pictures once I get them, but if you are looking for GREAT, FAST, and EFFICIENT service, I say look no further! Polo if you are reading this, thanks again for handling everything in such a timely manner! You have truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with you again, when the time comes! 10/5 STARS :)

I contacted this company a couple of days before Thanksgiving being that my new felt had come in and we agreed on the phone on a price and also on coming in the day before Thanksgiving so that the pool table and felt can be put together and the table be ready for the guest when they arrived tomorrow and at 9 am when he was going to show up he leaves me a message that he could not do it.THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOR THEM TO LEAVE US STRANDED ON NO NOTICE AT ALL DOES NOT DESERVE FOR ANYONE TO USE THEM. i WAS GOING TO PAY MORE TO HAVE IT DONE AND YET THEY STILL DIDNT SHOW UP. THIS PLACE IS VERY EXPENSIVE SHOP AROUND AND SAVE HUNDREDS

These guys were good.They moved a pool table up in Oklahoma for me near the Durant area.They were timely, affordable and did a good job.Its been almost a year and everything is great.

Scheduled an appointment @ 9AM Sunday. Got the txt at 8AM telling me they have to cancel the appointment. I was already on my way to the house and got everything lined up for the weekend. Had to find another company to get the pool table moved. Looking at the reviews left by others apparently its an known issue. I should have trusted the review and went with other company.

I found a beautiful Olhausen pool table on Craigslist about 20 min away. It was a great deal but had no idea how to get it home not set it up?? I found Polos (owner) pool table moving business and read a few good reviews. Took the chance as he was highly responsive and reasonably priced. Also, could tell that the bigger billiard stores used a business like this (his team has a TON of experience) to subcontract installations anyway.They did a GREAT job installing and leveling the table - Polo did this himself and was meticulous!Id recommend him to any friend without hesitation.
