1st off let me say I’m glad I didn’t go by the some of the reviews I read. I don’t know who they were talking about. Steve and his partner was awesome! He’s a perfectionist! They got here earlier than he said. They were so friendly and worked their butt off! I wish I could have cooked them dinner. They didn’t stop until my table was perfect. Thank you so much!!! We will be calling you back when we get ready to put it downstairs.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is my second experience using Professional Billiards Service. They were on time, fast, courteous and professional and exceeded our expectations both times! The first time was over 3 years ago for setup, leveling and refelting of a pool table purchased second hand. The room we put the table in was tight and they even suggested and provided us with shorter sticks to facilitate easier shooting in small quarters. The second time was when we recently purchased a new home and needed the same table transported from Powder Springs to our new home in Acworth. They came and worked around us without complaint during our big move and took the pool table to our new home in our absence, let themselves in, finished the job beautifully and then securely locked up our home before leaving. They also sent photos to be sure we were happy with their work before leaving. Having said that, Ill also add trustworthy to my list of good things to say about this company. Thank you Steve (and associate) for a job well done. We will surely use you again if necessary and would recommend you and your company to our family and friends.

They replace my felt and damage my pool table and never came back to fix it so they blocked my number

I called this company only to get a text msg, pls text me. So I did. I asked if they could move a pool table for me in 2 weeks. He said yes just give him 2 days notice. So the week of the move I texted him and gave him the date I needed it moved. NO RESPONSE. So I waited a day and texted again. Still no response. Keep in mind this move was for a client of mine (which I told him). I am a Realtor and needed this thing moved after closing. Its now been SIX days and I have YET to get a reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS so called company. They left me high and dry scrambling to find another company last minute. ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL!!

These guys are very unprofessional! I had a delivery installation with these guys and 2 weeks prior I called and asked for a custom felt color, I was told there would be no problem. 2 days before installation I got a call saying that they cant get the color and if theres anything else I want? So I had to call around and I found someone that carries it. So when it delivers to my house I informed them and instead of fitting me in there next day appointments like I feel like they should have because of this being there mistake from the very beginning, I was told that it will be sometime next week and they would call to further discuss scheduling. I feel that was very unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Attempted to call for service quote. Was told (via text message) to text instead, so I did. Asked for a quote on my service need and still no response. “Professional” Billiards Service...yeah right. Not professional at all. I will take my money and service needs elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I DO NOT recommend Steve/the company to move or re-felt a pool table! When calling around for quotes...his 1st quote was $550, when I was ready to schedule he quotes me $625, then I checked his website and it said $475! He did honor the $475 and was prompt to show up. I was not present when he re-felted the table. The person I had overseeing the job said Steve’s helper (son) broke a small piece of wood under one of the rails. This is the first time this Olhausen table has been re-felted so it wasn’t fragile from excessive handeling and I’m sure Olhausen didn’t send it out broken!! When I checked out the table I noticed one pocket had been put back in crooked and had excessive felt crammed in causing a gap. I immediately messaged him and he said he would come by the following Fri (1/18/19) That was the last message from him. I sent him 6 more messages that he has completely ignored! My next step is the Better Business Bureau and all social media! It’s ironic his web site says “Our best advertisement is the endorsement of our past clients” & “Satisfaction Always Guaranteed” .....no he doesn’t guarantee satisaction and YES past clients can be your best or worst endorsement!! Do yourself a favor find another company to take care of your pool table needs!! Feel free to contact me for photos of the messages and the jacked up pocket!

I called they came the next day and moved my pool table to another room in my house in record time! Very impressive!

Steve and his associate moved our pool table from Lithia Springs to Newnan. They were courteous and organized. They arrived prompt and worked quickly to get the pool table broken down. At our home they worked methodically to get our table put up. They are very professional and thoughtful about what they do. We are very pleased with the move and how well they took care of our purchase. We bought a used pool table online and they treated it like it was brand new. I would recommend them and would use them again to move our table or later to refelt it.

These people are a scam! They dont answered the phone and are far from professional. They text you and act like they are so busy, and hike up their prices... call another billiard moving service like Gilbreath or crane... do not use them... you will be utterly frustrated and never get your pool table delivered.
