TruckersEntrance is on the South End of the building. Easy In / Out. Plenty of room to back up.Pull up the pole gate and hit the button. Once open drive through and take a left. Park in the spaces provided in front of the office.Walk in and go to the kiosk. Input your info and grab one of those yellow trackers next to the kiosk and scan it when it prompts you to. Then go check in with the shipping clerk and they will give you a door.The rules state that you shouldnt assist another driver. -1 star, lol. If you see a driver struggling help them out. Nestle wont pay for any damages....I asked. Help them out so you or someone else isnt out of pocket for damages due to bunk rules. Its whst we are taught to do anyways.Took 3.5 hours to load. Rather slow.

Drivers dont come here and waist ur time. These place is a jocke. They are very disgustin at the shipping. They took for ever to load i have been here for 9 h and still waiting. They give me a door but still not touching the truck yet.

I will be canceling and looking for a new company. I’m scheduled for delivery of my water on the first Friday of the month. So I was suppose to get it last Friday they rescheduled for this past Monday. They didn’t show up. I called Tuesday they say my order got stuck in the system so they were suppose to come out today on Wednesday they rescheduled it again for this Friday there never come when suppose to and I always get an automated call after 6 when they closed. That’s ridiculous.

I guess if you are dropping and hooking its great but if you are a live load pack a lunch youll be here a while lol Ive been here 3 hours already got a door assignment right away at check in that was 3 hours ago they havent touched me yet lol all these comments about fast loading must be from people that work here because theyre as fast loading as a snail 🐌 would be lol

As a Truck Driver its easy in and easy out and pretty fast on Loading.

Checked in to load 30 minutes before my appointment and sat for over 6 hours and never got called for the load. Ended up just leaving. Wasted a lot of my time here for nothing.

Trlr was not loaded when I got there but thats okay. They got me in n out within 3 hrs.

Like all Nestlé warehouses, they know their game. In and out leas than a hour & loaded correctly. Why cant all pickups be this smooth!

Driver it was a waste of time dont do it until they get better with what priorities are more important dont pull a load u will be late and u will be stuck with it and they wont care just so u know.

Kiosk is not compatible with most bols but they will help you friendly, courteous clerks.Very spacious backing n parking well lit at night also

They take to long to load you. Ive been here since 10:30 a.m, it is now almost 730 p.m. I wont really have no time to drive worth driving.

They lost me in the shipping pages, didnt call me to a door till I reminded them I was still there at 5Am, I checked in 11:59 Pm the day defore so I had to sign in twice to get loaded

Check ✔ in lady was very helpful and patient with me and my company no number i gave her worked up until I was directed to come back after 5 numbers my comp couldnt get it right they were awesome to me I only experienced the check in though

Constantly rescheduling deliveries that were scheduled months in advance and providing very short notice. This is a big deal if you happen to be away from home and end up having to store empty 5 gallon bottles until they decide to show up again. Going to change service providers.

Never Again here, Checked In @ 2.45 pm for 3 pm appt. They took 5 hours to load the trailer. They didn’t care about your time.

Good location. Wear your vest.. follow the rules. Safety is the #1 priority at this and all Neslte plants. Never had any issues with any Neslte locations just great service.

Showed up three hours early, and got put right in a door. Wasnt in the door 60 seconds before the light turned red and they started loading. Not sure how long its gonna take, because Im in the door now. But, so far, so good.

Friendly and fast unloading was able to check in early got there at 7pm had an 11 pm appointment was giving a dock and unloaded quickly you can park overnight on there driveway on both shoulders.

I have the water delivered for my classroom. Its for me AND my students. My water delivery was for November 12 (Monday). Every day water is not delivered. In late evening, I get an email saying it will be delivered the next day. This has happened every single day. I never get a call saying why its not delivered.Twice I was told no one was at home. The problem is, is that the address is a high school, so of course someone was present.I was promised my delivery today (Friday, November 16) at 1238. When it wasnt delivered, I called the Dallas number and found out it was delivered an hour earlier and left in the main office, three buildings away.When I asked why, I was told those were the written instructions that I had left.I left no such instructions and the water has been delivered to my room before twice before--per MY instructions. Whats more, the delivery man also brought the water dispenser to my room.So, he knows what to do.Now, what do I do with all those empty bottles?Now, I have to find a way to get those full bottles to my classroom.The representative who I spoke to was no help. She kept repeating the written instructions which I told her several times were not mine.After this water is gone, I will be canceling my service.

Check in customer service was good. I believe the truck however wasnt loaded when we arrived. On time is a part of professionalism and i believe the trailer was 3 hours late

One of the worst companies ever! Does not deliver on delivery day. Dishonest and customer service is non-existent. Weve had numerous delivery issues. Spoke with Francia, she was not only not knowledgeable but unfriendly and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. It will save you time and headache.

Never ever ever ever will these lazy folks have a load ready on time! They sure have time to watch basketball on the tv though! Watch your in and out times too because these guys and girls will try to get ya! Make plans to overnight somewhere cause these people will run your clock out!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I cant believe a large company like this can stay in business doing such an awful job taking care of their customers. The website NEVER works and they almost ALWAYS screw up our orders. Unfortunately they are the only company that services our area. IF you have any other choice use someone else.

Horrible communication (none) and terrible customer service. Told twice he couldnt find my address, after they have delivered multiple times and then pushed off a third time claiming driver was sick. I cancelled my service. Too many companies out there.
