My first experience with NuBrakes was great! For starters my technician Brandon was early. He was very thorough in his explanation of the findings after he examined the brake pads and rotors. He made sure I understood the cause and effect behind my current brake situation and and ways to prevent in the future. He didnt try and up sale me on any additional services or maintenance like you get from dealerships. The entire process took literally 30-40 minutes from start to finish versus 2 hours at my local dealership. Steve was my technician that replaced my rotors and brake pads in the back.he was early but he called first to see if that was okay which it was and he did it at my home in my garage in 45 minutes he was very professional and I was very pleased with the results I will definitely use this company again I felt the price was fair because I called around to other locations and I would have had to take my car in and wait this way I was able to continue doing things in my home while he worked on the car outside. They take credit or debit cards so that was convenient as well.

I called on a Saturday and I got an appointment on Monday afternoon. Super easy to set up and customer service was really nice(Amber). Michael was the technician and he arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. He was honest and let me know that even though I needed my rotors replaced, the brake pads were still good and I could hold off on getting the rotors replaced until the brake pads were ready to be replaced as well. They charged a service fee for coming out to check the brakes but that will be discounted from the total when I get the actual work done. Great service, will definitely use again in the future.

Used this service. The brakes started squeaking after I had gone less than 1000miles. Called them and they would not take care of it. I took car to two different shops and both said I needed new rotors with better brake pads. What a waste of money with Nubrakes. Do not use. They do not back their service

Brandon was my Technician. I was scheduled for a 1:00 appointment. Brandon called earlier and we agreed to an earlier appointment. After a short discussion of the problem I had, he promptly began to diagnose the cause. He showed me everything along the way so that I could make an educated decision. I had a great experience with NuBrakes. All four of my rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. Randy was terrific, I scheduled for a service at 9 am and got a call from at 8 letting me know he was on his way. Randy was super friendly and got the work done quickly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I would have given this business 5 stars but my truck still smells like the technician that did my brakes. I understand that he needed to get in my truck to test his work, but I wish he would have had a disposable paper to cover my seat.His work was amazing and the prices were the best. He told me it would take an hour and a half, but he was finished before then. I highly recommend NUBrakes. I’ll use them next time for sure.

Just save yourself the headache and go to a normal garage for brake work. I’ve moved my clients and my whole day around and NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair has moved my confirmed appointment 6 times in less than 14 hours. Someone was supposed to be there for certain at 2:45 and I was text at 2:42 to say they will reschedule me again for another day. No one at the company communicates with each other so I kept being given times I stated 4 separate times that I couldn’t not be near the car for because I had to pickup my kids from school. All to end with no appointment whatsoever. My brakes went out (thank God I was in a parking lot and not on a highway) so I did not want to move the car one inch further. I let them know all of this and said if they couldn’t make it happen I would just have it towed to a garage but I was assured multiple times they had technicians available and they would even “be early” to my original appointment which of course was rescheduled time and time again. Would not recommend.
