Listen here, my original dress didn’t finish on time and I was getting married in 4 days! Brilliant Bridal Dallas understood the assignment! I was the last client of the Day right before closing. They did not rush me, great personalities felt I’ve known them forever, they worked with me and found me the perfect dress that complimented Me the same day! I had a wonderful experience here!! My mom and I had booked a few appointments at various salons for me to try on dresses, and this was the second place we went. I wasnt sure what to expect since it its set up a little bit differently than other salons, but Im SO glad we went!Both April & Monique spent so much time and attention to detail to help me find a dress that I loved and felt like myself in. They were respectful of my style preferences and budget, and they truly listened to my comments and adjusted their selections based on my input. I knew I wasnt the type to get a feeling that a dress is the one (nothing wrong with that - just not my personality!), but they were able to tell when we landed on a dress where I felt confident and comfortable. Excellent experience. Everyone is so helpful and they are all about the bride! April, the stylist was wonderful. She made sure she understood what my granddaughter wanted her dress to be. She offered different ideas and helped her choose the perfect veil and accessories to complete the gown. My granddaughter smiled and laughed and glowed when she said YES TO THE DRESS! This place is AMAZING!!! When I arrived for my appointment everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I met April ( Shes the BEST!!), before just looking through the dresses, she sat down with me. She wanted to get a sense of what I was looking for and wanting. She wanted to see what kind of wedding I was going for. Which I loved, it was very personal and I feel more meaningful. I went to two other dress shops but they didnt seem to really care about what I wanted. They definitely didnt sit down with me to get a sense of what I wanted. April helped me into the many dresses I tried on. She was very personable, very engaging and honestly so excited for me. Which I loved because I was kind of sick of dress shopping from the first two places I went. However, when I went into Brilliant Bridal and felt/saw the different environment, and how April was so bubbly and excited made me super excited to find the perfect dress! And I did find the most perfect and most beautiful dress there and I said YES TO THE DRESS!!!!! Honestly couldnt of had a better experience. I highly recommend the store, and I highly recommend getting an appointment with April! My sister even said she was going to come here whenever she needs a wedding dress.

I went into Brilliant Bridal twice and had amazing experiences both times. Gerneshia helped me during both of my visits and she’s fantastic! So fun and super helpful! The second visit was with my friends and family to actually commit to a dress and I did! My dress is beautiful and I still can’t believe it’s mine. Disclaimer: I didnt end up buying a dress here but it was still a great experience. Of the three places I went wedding dress shopping, Brilliant had the most personable front desk staff. The stylist helping me was very sweet and definitely listened to my feedback. Personally, I didnt care for the process of pulling things off the racks with my friends. I knew this was how the store worked, just wasnt my favorite. But if you are working with a strict budget this is definitely a good place to look!

I went to Brilliant Bridal last month expecting simply to browse, and I walked out with my wedding dress that afternoon. I was completely blown away! Not only were the staff extremely friendly and welcoming (especially Megan, who assisted me with picking out and trying on dresses), but the variety of dresses from which to choose was quite impressive. I was able to try several styles of gowns before making my final decision. Megan did an excellent job of listening to my preferences, and she ended up suggesting a dress that I would not have originally picked out, but it turned out to be the one! It was perfect. My family that came along to the try-on session all agreed. It combined several of the styles I was looking for in one piece, and it was extremely affordable. I will have to have some alterations done, but the ladies at Brilliant Bridal are well prepared, and they gave me a list of trusted alterations boutiques across the metroplex. I am very satisfied with and pleasantly surprised by Brilliant Bridal! They have brand new, beautiful dresses; many at a fraction of the price of your average wedding gown, and there is absolutely no pressure to buy during your appointment. Im an street size 12-14/XL (American sizing) and left with a dress that is beautiful, didnt break the bank, and fits like a glove. Their range in styles and sizes is not only helpful, but a relief compared to most bridal shops where the average person has to squeeze and be clamped into sample sizes (which can be discouraging and make it hard to picture the right sizing).Anikka was so kind and enthusiastic. I didnt work super closely with other staff members, but everyone had the same air of professionalism and supportiveness. 100% recommend this shop!

Very disappointed in this place. I told the lady that Im usually between two sizes and she said she guessed I was a bigger size based on my body type. Which seemed to me like a ploy to get me to have to pay more for alterations with them. The dresses are also in bags so its really hard to see what they really look like before trying them on. I also mentioned at the beginning of the session that I was interested in dresses with spaghetti straps and something fitted but was brought only ballroom gowns that were strapless. I also really didnt like how the box and mirror were in the middle of the room so it really felt like I was on display to the whole store when I tried dresses on. I much preferred other bridal shops that I went to that had a more private area to try dresses on in front of loved ones and not the whole store, as well as having the dresses out of the bag so I could see them.

What an amazing place! I had the pleasure of working with Monique last year and she made the experience soo much fun! This was the first place we found and it quickly became the last. My dress was beautiful and most importantly, it was UNDER my budget!

I can not recommend Bridal Bridal enough!! I originally booked this as a last resort and made it the last stop of the day-- little did I know that it would knock all of the other shops out of the park and I would go home with my dream dress! They had such a good selection, less than half the price of the other shops, with amazing quality. The best part was the people. Monique was a GEM. So grateful that she was my stylist that day! This dress shop is beautiful and so are ALL of the dresses. It was the easiest experience throughout the entire wedding planning. I had Rachel as my consultant and she was really nice and very patient. I ended up liking more dresses than I though when going there and I tried one at least 3 dresses on multiple times not including the other dresses I tried. She never rushed me. She asked questions and got to know my style. I ended up finding and purchasing my dress that same day which was crazy because I went to that appointment totally being over dress shopping at that point. I definitely recommend this place. Oh yeah and I paid waaaay less than I expected for my dress which was a big bonus. Saved me a ton of money to put toward other stuff for my wedding.

This was my second trip with a bride in search of her dress and Brilliant Bridal did not dissapoint! This bridal shop is everything! I loved the process and it was so much fun, we didn’t even want to leave. Anna made the experience so easy and exciting.I was directed to a section of dresses around my price range and chose about 5 dresses on my own. I tried all of them on and literally had a fashion show for my family. Out of all the dresses I grabbed I ended up buying a dress Anna just grabbed based off my description of what I envisioned. Brilliant Bridal is THE BEST...hands down. I went to probably 10 different places during the process and this was by far my favorite. The space is super cool...polished concrete floors, tons of natural light, neon signs...such a cool vibe. The dressing rooms were by far the biggest of any place I went...you dont think this is a big deal but these dresses are huge and theres people in there with you trying to help so it gets hot and crowded quickly. Also, theres a big mirror in the dressing room so you dont have to come out into the open just to see what the dress looks like. This was huge for me because I shouldnt have to come out of the dressing room if I dont even like the way a dress looks right off the bat. In the event that you do want to come out, they have such a cool area for you that has a little platform, large mirrors and a couch for your guests. The tiny platform is a big deal because it allows the dress to drape over the edge and you can really appreciate the body and train. Its a really well thought out space overall. Now for the best part - the prices. These are designer dresses that are off the rack so whatever they have is what you can choose from. This can be difficult if you find a dress you love but they dont have your size, but I didnt have that issue. I found THE dress and its too big but Im having it altered anyways. The best part? You take it home THAT DAY! They have super nice hanging bags you can purchase (and they actually gave me a second one for free). I also found this stunning ivory velvet wrap dress there too that Im going to wear the night before! The prices just flat out cannot be beat. I got my dress 75% off the retail price and its a designer dress. This place was less expensive than Davids Bridal even!! But the quality is just unmatched. I had found a dress I loved at Davids but when comparing photos, I could tell instantaneously that this dress was just a much higher quality. Finally, Im planning to add sleeves to my dress since Im having a winter wedding and they actually ended up GIVING me the fabric to use for the sleeves from a piece of tulle I had been using while I was there because I fell so much in love with it. It was truly such a wonderful experience from start to finish and Im so glad they helped me find the one :)

I had the best experience at Brilliant Bridal with Lizett! I had started the day (and my dress buying experience) at another salon where Id seen a dress on the internet that I thought was it. I am so thankful I ended up at Brilliant Bridal when shopping for my wedding dress. I had recently moved to Dallas and wanted to wait for my Maid of Honor to come to town to help me find my dress. Being a size 18, I wasnt expecting to have very many options at an off-the-rack bridal shop. In fact, I only made this appointment because I figured why not. Brilliant Bridal Dallas surprised me, and I actually found my dress during my first visit. It fit almost perfectly in the store, and I cried when I put it on. The Brilliant Bridal team is energetic and helpful. They were as excited about my fitting as I was, maybe more. They even remembered meeting me at the bridal show where I booked my appointment. The prices are already amazing, but I also got a discount for booking my appointment at the bridal show. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. They are a gem. I truly felt like I was their only customer and a true princess. I brought my mom, future mother in law, and maid of honor. We each got to pick a dress to start and my stylist, Monique would go from there. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on. It felt like it was made just for me. I can not recommend Brilliant Bridal enough, you will not be disappointed! Thank you all again for making me feel like a princess and truly special on one of the best days!

While I did not end up buying my dress here, I honestly think I had the best experience here of the three bridal stores I went to. My stylist, Anna, was so attentive, and really listened to everything I said. Every dress I tried on she would ask what I liked and didnt like about the dress and would use that to pull more dresses that fit my developing preferences. They have a huge selection, even in larger sizes, and I did find a dress that I would have been delighted to walk down the aisle in if I hadnt found an even better dress at a later appointment. Overall I am very happy that I went to Brilliant Bridal first because it was such a positive experience that really helped me explore my bridal style.

Shopping here was such a great experience! The process felt so glam, my guests were happy and comfortable, and my stylist put me in dresses that were not only beautiful, but actually in my budget. After trying 2 other dress shops I was so convinced I wouldn’t be able to find anything I liked in-budget, but in the end I bought my dress here and it is so perfect!

I heard about Brilliant Bridal through Facebook and I was very excited to start the journey of wedding dress shopping. I went in with an open mind and boy let me tell you Lauren helped me A TON!!!!! She and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.

If you are looking for an amazing dress and a wonderful staff come the Brilliant Bridal! I set an appointment at a bridal show and had to move dates a couple of times, they were very accommodating and helped me find another date. They are great about communicating and answering any questions you might have about your appointment. It is easy to get to and easy to find parking. Eboni was my stylist and she did an amazing job of finding out what I was looking for but also just letting me browse. She was great about taking my feedback and recommending some dresses I might not have chosen for myself. I wanted a dress with straps but tried on some sleeveless and she was right there with a variety of straps to show me what my dress could look like after alterations! She was so sweet and I am so glad I got to work with her! The manager was lovely and checked on me and my party during my appointment. Eboni you rock and thank you so much for helping me find that special dress!!

I am so grateful to Brilliant Bridal and my wonderful consultant Nesha! When I came into the store I was an emotional mess. I was just informed my dress would not be ready for 7 months and I would need to postpone my wedding. Nesha and BB not only helped me feel comfortable and calm but they also found me a dream dress that I took home with me that day!! For a 1/4 of my original budget. Praise God! If I could give more stars, I would!! Caitlyn helped me with the whole process and Anna assisted as well. They were absolutely incredible, so encouraging, personable, patient, and kind! They even stayed late because I had lost track of time. They listened to everything that I said and advocated for what I wanted. I could not recommend them enough!! Their selection was stunning and they felt like my personal cheerleaders. I could tell that they truly enjoyed helping women find their dream dress and celebrating this fun and momentous occasion with me!

Brilliant Bridal in Dallas was the best place I chose to get my wedding dress!! My wedding is coming in a couple weeks and I’m still so grateful for finding my dress at this fabulous location two months ago. I wanted to post a review because of the excellent experience I had in the store and months later I still remember and appreciate how much they helped me during my appointment. My consultant Monique was everything I imagined and more. She made me feel like a queen. I’ve always hated wearing dresses and getting dressed up because I’m a natural tomboy. I wasn’t looking forward to this experience at all because I look super awkward in dresses BUT, this was the best experience I could’ve had and I am so grateful. I only had 6 weeks to plan my wedding and this was the last shop I went to 2 weeks before the wedding. KATIE is so amazing and made me feel very comfortable. It’s like she could read my mind and was honest with her opinions and I’m very thankful for her. She saved my wedding lol. I recommend this place to everybody!!!!!

I bought my dress fortunately pre-covid and I had the easiest experience ever. I had been dress shopping for awhile before I found Brilliant Bridal. The shop is very nice, clean, all the ladies are very nice. My stylist was very attentive and helpful. I found my dress same day, under $700. They have a huge variety of styles and accessories. I got exactly what I asked for. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

My daughter Jackie and I went to the Dallas Bridal Show in January. While at the show, we met some women from Brilliant Bridal. They told us about their bridal store and how there is no ordering of your dress. We made an appointment that day for Feb 9. We were greeted by Monique who was our consultant for the day. She was amazing. Not only was it a great experience, but Jackie found the dress, and took it home with her that day. Monique supplied us with her recommendations for alterations. Oh my gosh yall!! Amazing experience from start to finish! I was helped by Gerneshia and she was STELLAR. From the second we sat down to talk about what I wanted all through trying on dresses and finally finding the one, I felt welcomed and so comfortable in her hands. She was amazing at narrowing down dress choices once I started trying a few on and really helped guide me to my final choice and feeling so beautiful in the process. I was really hoping to leave at the end of the day finding my dress, which I was lucky enough to do so! But I could not have done it without her and the rest of the staff at brilliant bridal! I would recommend them 10x over. Please go visit these ladies, especially Gerneshia, they really know what they’re doing!!

Brilliant Bridal Dallas was the only place I had gone to look at gowns. Just because the first time I went I absolutely loved how I was treated and how they took me in even if I had not made an appointment. I didnt find my gown the first time, but I did make a second appointment. On this second appointment (11/16/19) my consultant was Taylor R. & SHE WAS AMAZING! She sat me down, and got to know ME. She would even finish my sentences because she just knew what I wanted and how I wanted it. I went on to pick out dresses and I think I had like 8 or 9 picked out. I tried on ONE and I didnt like it, she left the room and said she would be back. Well she came back with one dress that she said they had just received that morning and no one knew what it looked like. She made the best decision she could. Because I bought that dress after trying it on, and I am so thankful she pulled it out of the size 12 rack and didnt just stick to my size 10. Thank you Taylor, and Brilliant Bridal for allowing me to say YES to my dress.
