I had a phenomenal experience at Warren Barron Bridal! I came in just to look around, but I ended up buying my dress! Catherine was amazing, she pulled dresses in the style that I wanted and a few that I never would have chosen for myself. I ended up falling in love with a dress that I never would expected! Catherine was so sweet and helpful, I couldnt have found my dress without her!

To say the experience was magical is an understatement. It truly was exceptional. My mom and sister and I had a great time trying to find me the perfect dress and Catherine and Cecilia were incredible at helping me with every detail. I found my perfect dress here and I can’t wait to wear my beautiful ensemble they styled for me for my big day!!!

Wow! I cant say enough good things about Cecilia and her team at Warren Barron! They were the second bridal salon I went to and they really provide a luxury, hands-on experience. I said yes to the sixth dress I tried on, and I would have never even gotten into this dress had Cecilia and Stephanie not insisted I try it on. They were true fashion experts who really understood my style and my body type. After purchasing the dress on a tight turnaround (4 months until the wedding day), they made the process seamless and even fixed the dress when it came in wrong at the last minute. The alterations were perfection and the dress fit me like a glove. They even hand delivered the dress to my venue on the wedding day perfectly steamed and ready to go so that I didnt have to worry about it. I cant imagine my wedding day without my gown from Warren Barron. It was truly the dress of my dreams!!

Seriously can’t recommend this place enough! Love their attention to detail, personal contact from the employees, and their desire to make your wedding gown & accessories PERFECT! Love the staff-even sat and talked with them for awhile after my original dress appointment for an hour because my mom and i enjoyed their company so much! We had such a magical experience wedding dress shopping here. The entire store was interactive and motivating through the entire process. The employees embodied the mission of the store, around mindfulness and love. The subtle reminders for the day and self-expression were obvious, not to mention that the store was glamorous, warm, and comfortable. My best friend and I had a blast here AND she said yes to the dress!

Even though I did not get my dress here, loved the experience!! I feel like my consultant really cared about me finding my perfect dress, had lovely suggestions and was very personable.

I had the best experience with Warren Barron bridal, and especially with Stephanie and Catherine! Not only are there so many dresses to choose from, but the experience itself was one of my favorite parts of being a bride. From the minute we found the dress, Stephanie was there with me every step of the way and was always on time with everything checklist related. They were very detail oriented when it came to measurements, fitting appointments, and having all things ready for my big day. I got to know the Warren Barron stylists on a personal level and am now sad my festivies are over so I don’t get to see them as often. I’m so glad I found my dress at this salon!

I was looking forward to my experience at Warren Barron during my bridal gown search, but unfortunately it was the most disappointing experience out of the 5 salons I visited in the DFW-area. I provided an email in advance of my appointment with the designers I was coming to look at and when I arrived at my appointment, was again asked to fill out a form with my interests - was my email not even acknowledged? It seemed like they were almost surprised to see me there at my appointment time. And then my budget seemed to drive the bridal consultants every suggestion, to the extent that at one point she loudly announced across the salon that a gown was $13,000 as I barely touched it. How does she know I wasnt willing to increase my budget for the dress of my dreams? I was there with my mother and future MIL, maybe they would also open their wallets for something I fell in love with? Also, do you need to yell as I peruse dresses? Im trying to enjoy the experiencce with my family. I felt the service overall was condescending and passive aggressive, given I didnt up front say my budget was $10K. They also made me feel rushed since I didnt have the right budget for them, so in total, our appointment lasted about 25 minutes, compared to every other appointment I had which were close to 90 minutes. And to add, the other salons I visited were just as high-end: Stanley Korshak, Neiman Marcus, Stardust, and A&Be. The salon is beautiful and they have some great designers in store, but ultimately, if youre not willing to say you have an unlimited budget, DONT include this salon on your bridal gown search.

Awful. Was not greeted when we walked in, and then when someone finally came to check us in for our appointment/ to get started the sales associate didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t ask me anything about what I wanted, help guide me, or try and get any personal details about me or the wedding. Didn’t ask if I felt comfortable with her in the dressing room with me and kept making snobby comments the entire time while I was trying on. The whole thing felt like a transactional sale where she was just going through the motions. Not personable at all. I felt so uncomfortable, I left after trying on 3 dresses.

The BEST customer service you will ever find! Not only did I say yes to the dress but I enjoyed every second of the experience from the moment I booked till when I bought the dress. Stephanie made me feel SO welcomed and like a friend rather than a client! She made the appointment amazing and obviously helped seal the deal! I could not recommend getting your dress from Warren Barron Bridal enough and using Stephanie to help!

Colony and Cecilia made my wedding dress dreams come true. It was a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this bridal salon enough!

I had a wonderful experience here. The women in the shop were fantastic to work with and the gowns are absolutely gorgeous. This is a higher end boutique so when they ask for your budget, they arent trying to be rude, they just dont want the bride to be set up for disappoint trying on expensive dresses they cant afford, which I understand.From start to finish we had a 5 star experience and I loved the personal attentiveness I was given. I havent made a decision on a dress yet, but would highly recommend this place!

I cant even begin to describe how thankful I am for the ladies at Warren Barron! As soon as you step into their beautiful shop, you feel at peace. They are experts at what the do, and truly had my best interest at heart. You can tell that they love what they do! They listened to my needs found me my dream wedding dress. The alterations process went smoothly, because they were so knowledgeable about how a gown should properly fit. If you are shopping for a wedding gown, you absolutely must stop at Warren Barron!

Good for dresses! My only feedback is the final sale policy they have (including accessories). You could purchase beautiful/trending accessories on Nordstrom (90 days return) or Revolve and have the option to return.

Warren Barron is absolutely stunning inside and the dresses are gorgeous, but the consultants that you get to work with are the best part. They are so very friendly and are great at noticing the style you like and what dresses are your favorite so it is much easier to narrow it down, even if you want to try the same dress on twice! They even wrote down the dress I liked, along with the veil and accessories that matched well for me to take home. We had such a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful salon, and our consultant was so nice and helpful. I felt they were limited in the kind of styles they had, but they did have some beautiful gowns. The style selection just wasnt my taste for wedding gowns.

I actually had an amazing time finding my dress here and the attendant was very nice and helpful so I was estactic about my dress. However, I would highly not recommend to use them for getting your dress fit. Every single time I went to get fitted the seamstress was very rude and would make rude comments to me. The only reason why I didnt say anything in response was because I was afraid she would butcher my dress. Good for dresses, but not good on customer service seamstress wise.

I have to say my dress was one of my favorite parts about my wedding and it wouldnt have been possible without Warren Barron! The girls there are like family and only have the brides best interest at heart! They are so knowledgeable about what they do and without them I wouldnt have even considered the gown I chose and would have missed out on the gown of my dreams!! Thanks WB!!

I just bought my wedding dress from here. I went for their sample sale and got and amazing deal on my dress. The ladies there are so sweet and very helpful. I would recommend this place to any of my friends getting married.

I didnt end up buying my gown here, but these people couldnt have been nicer. They gave me their complete attention, and really tried to find me the perfect gown. Ultimately I found my gown elsewhere, but I tell all of my friend that this should be their first stop for sure. The experience couldnt have been better.

Warren Barron may focus in high end wedding dresses but they have a very eclectic bunch in regards to style and price. Their veils are divine, quite literally fabulous. If you are looking for a nice veil I highly recommend them. Often people focus on the dress and dont think much about the veil, however when you see a very nice veil versus a normal veil there is a huge difference. They are very helpful and able to help work within your budget. Meredith is so nice very helpful and very kind she even sent me a thank you note! If you are looking for a friendly fabulous place for dresses and veils Warren Barron is fabulous! ps check their website for their address, they moved and google didnt update it so I went to the wrong location:) -aug 2013-

Warren Barron is simply the best bridal store in the DFW area - if not the country. Their commitment to excellence is unparalleled and that is clear from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything. The owner is such a kind woman, so down to earth and more than willing to help in any way. They did not pressure me in the slightest - in fact, if something didnt look right I could trust them to tell me (or agree with me) rather than brushing my concerns away and pushing me to buy something I was unsure about. They also partner with a local florist and bridesmaid dress store to offer their customers discounts which is pretty amazing! I had such an incredible experience that I have sent all of my friends there and they have all ended up buying dresses from WB. There is a kind of magic about this store and I cant say enough good things about it! You will not be disappointed here!

You have to take off the dress, or buy it now. “May I call my mom?” “Fine. Five minutes.”“No. That never happened.”“We don’t do business like that.”“If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?”The preceding quotes are comments from the sales consultant applying pressure to my fiancée during her purchase and of one of the owners when I called back.I approached the company owner in an attempt to negotiate a reasonable resolution to my fiancée being unhappy with her dress. I asked if she could take the dress back. “No. All sales are final.” I asked if she could take the dress back with a 30% restocking fee allowing her to resell the dress and still make a profit. “No. All sales are final.” I asked for a store credit. “No. All sales are final.” So, I left. I spoke to my fiancé to let her know they wouldn’t work with us. It was at that time that I got the full story of the high pressure sale. Being in high end retail sales myself, I was shocked and disheartened hearing the details and felt that the owner should be aware. I would be embarrassed if it were brought to my attention that my sales team treated customers in this manner. So, I called back and that is when things got weird.“No. That never happened.” The owner implied that we were lying.“We don’t do business like that.” Everyone has a bad day from time to time and drops the ball. There is no business that is flawless. It is how mistakes are handled that separates the good from the bad. And, there was no ownership from the owner, only accusations that we were making this up.“If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?” I explained that using words such as “this story” again implies that we are liars. I also explained that they took the dress immediately and sent it off to have it cleaned. I had a custom suit made from scratch in the amount of time that it took to have the dress cleaned. We brought it to their attention immediately. The owner again implied that we were being dishonest.At the end of the conversation, the owner asked to speak with my fiancée which I thought would be great. She could get a better understanding of what happened. I would’ve spared my fiancée that conversation had I known that the owner was only going to continue to accuse us/her of lying.In closing, buyers beware. I would rate this place a -5 stars if I could. Based on previous reviews I see from other shoppers, we must have caught this place on an off day - both times. Hopefully, you won’t have the same experience. If so, be prepared to deal with an owner that is arrogant, that will accuse you of lying and be irrationally defensive. I can take the loss in the thousands of dollars on this dress. That’s fine and was expected knowing the sample sale was final. But, to have our integrity attacked and called into question by the owner of the store is shameful. I feel sorry for her.
