Thanks to Roger Mora my service representative to help resolve the situation with getting my vehicle repaired through a warranty that was purchased with the vehicle in 2018. It resulted in pursuing legal actions with the warranty company which was handled fairly quickly as a result of this action. Roger Mora did his part on behalf of the service he provided which resulted in the claim being denied 2 times. Thanks again for his persistence and professional service he provided to his customers.

I am very glad I searched and found that Sewell had a GMC dealership, this made all the difference in the world to me as the name Sewell brings a high Quality standard to any dealership brand attached to it. Not all GMC dealers are the same! I need the Sewell level of service for my $80k GMC Yukon Denali. I am a past Sewell Lexus owner and will keep coming back to Sewell for my automotive needs.Sewell is not marking up above MSRP.

I really cant figure out why this place doesnt have 5 stars. My experience from my first phone call to drive out was a breath of fresh air!! I have been using Classic Chevrolets Thompson Group Service Department since 2017 when I bought my Tahoe and compared to THEM this place is amazing!The scheduler was courteous and worked with me on a time to bring in my Tahoe. The service rep, Jessica, was so friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed. They gave me a clean loaner to drive and my car was ready the next morning! Amazing!! (Classic couldnt get me in for 2 months and my ENGINE LIGHT WAS FLASHING) Even pick up was a breeze! They text you a link with your invoice and you can pay on your mobile phone so all you have to do is switch cars with them! Easy, breezy! I drove 53 miles each way to drop off and pick up my car at Sewell. SO worth it!!! I will do it every time now.

I received a loaner car. However, I was told since I did not purchase my truck from Sewell then I would get whatever car was available. I thought that was odd. I wasnt expecting a luxury car. But a car thats big enough for 5 people and a car seat. Otherwise, experience was fine.

My salesman Shane, always willingly helpful got me Roger the Service Manager who was fully prepared when I showed up, loaner ready and to me back on the road. Roger keep me informed with status updates and truck was cleaned up inside and out with a brand new auxiliary coolant pump installed after I put a taxing 9000 miles on my ‘21 GMC Sierra. The service, the people, and the whole dealership can’t be beat. I wish Mr. Carl Sewell would buy a Ford dealership. Customer for Life!

I own a 2017 GMC Acadia that I bought used from the Toyota dealership in Rockwall. I have an extended maintenance contact, but often they’re not able to get into the car’s system so they recommended I take it to a GMC dealership. I called and made an appointment for the next day. Got a ride back to work and then back to the dealership. The issue turned out to be something simple and I didn’t have to pay anything for the service. Everyone treated me like a longtime valued customer. The next time I buy a car I’ll buy it from Sewell and will continue to bring my car there for service. 5 Star treatment!!!!

I scheduled my service in advance to ensure I could secure a loan car. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted immediately. I was coming in for a tire rotation and oil change but one there, I told Ruben my concern with my brakes. He assured me that it was the right time to check the brakes as with the tire rotation, the brake pads would be exposed. He was so detailed with his explanation that he even brought out his brake pad measuring gadget. Ruben was very professional throughout the entire process. I was able to drop off my car and drive off with the loaner within 30 minutes. Once I was back at work, I was kept informed of all the service details. As it turned out, my brake pads still had some life left in them. Ruben also provided me a list of recommended services for the future. I especially appreciated Rubens honesty about uncovered mechanical issues. I did not feel pressured into making those updates yet as Ruben did not seem to think they compromised my safety. Im so grateful for the professionalism and care that Ruben displayed. I will be a Sewell customer always!

#1 - I scheduled my appointment on line. When I arrived at my appointment time (8:30am), the Service Tech had no record of my appointment. He told me I should call vs. on-line scheduling.#2 - Because I had no record of my appointment, it was apparent my truck was last in line to get work done.#3 - I received no calls, text or notification from my Service Tech the entire day. I had to call and text him at the end of the day and received no return calls or text. I had to call the Service Desk to get any input on the status of my truck.#4 - The next day my truck was ready. I informed my Service adviser I would pick it up between 6-6:30PM. I arrived at 6:30pm and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone brought my truck up. It would seem if I schedule a time for pick up, it should be ready and brought around within 5-10 minutes at the most.

Friendly prompt service just as it should be. No surprises, problems or delays. Vehicle came back clean with all requested work performed. Pickup and delivery excellent. This is the service that you can only get from Sewell. I have Lexus, Cadillac and GMC from Sewell. The Lexus is 18 years old, looks like new, drives like new. Sewell service is a MUST.

I called several dealerships to get a check engine light checked on my GMC 2021 2500 diesel. all of the dealerships said that they didnt know when they could get it checked and just to drop it off they would get to it in a couple of days. when I asked about a loaner car they said they could not accommodate that and for me to rent a car. not only did Sewell Buick GMC get me in when needed they were able to get it completed within several hours.Thank you again for your great service

My husband and I were looking to buy a Yukon XL. David Hargis was able to order the exact one we were interested in. He was straight and to the point about the deal and did not try to BS us on anything. Our Yukon arrived earlier than we anticipated and since we were driving 5 hours to pick it up, he had the paperwork ready to sign and the process took less than hour. Without hesitation I was found a car to use, even though there were no loaner vehicles; I was remembered and greeted by name, I was contacted personally by my salesman and service representative, and my vehicle was taken care of in a very rapid manner. Of course, my vehicle was returned in nearly brand-new condition and in a safe manner. I love being a customer at Sewell and will continue to return as long as the customer service never changes. I had Mitch Perry as my POC for my service! He is awesome, informative and I will request him each time I go in for service. I think I had the cashier a little rattled because I was using a coupon and redeeming my reward points. I should have mentioned that to Mitch at the beginning, but he stepped him and got everything straightened out. Ive never had a bad experience at Sewell, and am very pleased and tell everyone thats the place to go! The only problem I had was they washed my car but didnt vacuum. They always do so I was a little disappointed but definitely not discouraged!!

What an experience, never have purchased a vehicle with such of professionalism and high expertise when it comes to customer service. I took a Check Engine issue to the Buick dealership in Arlington that I bought my Buick from in 2016. They told me it would be 10 days before they could look at it. Over the five years that I have owned my vehicle, service levels have really deteriorated at that dealership. I drove to the Sewell dealership in Dallas (35 miles from Arlington). My Service Advisor, Mitch, was extremely courteous and helpful. Mitch and staff had it taken care of and washed the same day with NO appointment. I will now use Sewell for my purchasing and service needs. Sewell is the BEST and more than worth the drive!!

I generally have great service, but this time I feel the service was poor. I brought my Yukon in for service and felt rushed to return the loan car. The service agent Ruben constantly made me feel that I needed to return it by 5pm Saturday. I understand that you are low on loaners, but for him to seem to make it a point of emphasis to me, when I did not hear anyone else told the same thing. After I spoke with the service manager about my feelings, Ruben called again with the same thing about the loan car. Ive brought my Yukon in for service several times and have never experience this. My normal service advisor was David Hornbeck and now Charlie OLoughlin and they have never made me feel rushed or singled out. I returned the loaner on Saturday as I had promised. I feel this type of treatment from Sewell service made me feel uncomfortable, especially after speaking with the service manager Brad. Very disappointed in the way I was treated.. I usually have nothing but good things to say about Sewell service. Saturday 10/16/21 very disappointed.

I am impressed that the Sewell dealerships in Dallas/Houston are not running up the numbers like other area dealerships. Everyone was friendly and professional. I like to take the time to say Thank you to Brad and the service team at Sewell GMC.Brad’s team promptly and very knowledgeable diagnosed my truck based on the information given and found the transmission had damaged internal parts.To hear your transmission is bad and need to be replaced is not what anyone wants to hear.It’s a costly repair and my first thought was to find a less pricey shop that was referred by a friend.However just the professionalism and Great customer service from Brad in the service department consider me a loyal lifetime customer. 5 StarMr. & Mrs. Rivers

The service members were courteous. The vehicle loaner members were courteous. The work done seems to be ok so far. There are some new noises but I will wait a couple of days before I let the dealership know. When I received my vehicle back I was left with little to no gas in the tank. I had to find the nearest gas station to fill up. That was somewhat nerve racking. Would have been nice to put my gas back where I had it. If they expect me to fill the gas back where it was when I received the loaner I should expect the same to happen for my vehicle.

The appointment was very easy to schedule. I was approached shortly after arriving and we discussed what needed to be done during the service. I was asked if I needed a loaner, which I did, and that was arranged in about 10 minutes. I was provided a time when my car should be ready and received a text that it was ready well prior to the estimate. I was able to pay online. Was quickly met at my loaner, provided the necessary paperwork and had my car returned to me in a short amount of time. All in all, I dont think that I could have expected any better service than I received.

Our check engine light came on on Saturday, and we were 2000 miles from home. Sewell took us right in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within two hours. They also fixed a warranty problem at the same time.Then, they gave us a courtesy ride to and from our hotel while we’re waiting for the repairs to be done.Thank you very much!

We were looking to purchase a vehicle and heard sewell was the best dealer to go to! We were ready to purchase THAT day. We even did our research online so we knew what we wanted to inquire about. The online website assured that our vehicle was in stock. When we arrived at the actual dealership, it took over 15 minutes to get anyone to help us to actually even look our way. We had to tour the lot ourselves. After being able to look at the car we saw online salesman said it was already spoken for even though it wasn’t purchased yet and was not fully decided on. We even explained we were ready to purchase today! It saddens me that we had such a terrible experience we decided to not even inquire if the yukon was still available. It was not even about the car but just the fact the customer service was terrible. To be quite frank, the vibe we received and based on previous reviews is that Sewell goes on looks. I hope you guys take these reviews seriously. You cannot know what someone can and not afford honestly. We had a check to write that day. Thank God we found a car at another dealership and after this terrible experience I cannot say I will be going to Sewell again.

I am very happy with the new vehicle. With all of the horror stories I have been reading online about dealers marking up the new Yukons / Tahoes, not taking GM Employee discounts, etc., I had been afraid to even bother. Although I did a lot of the work myself in selling my previous truck and securing my own financing, the experience with not having any dealer mark up, Sewell honoring my GM employee discount, and honoring all of my wishes as far as what I did and did not want on the vehicle, I am very pleased. Steve was very responsive to my MANY inquiries, research and change requests.

The price for diagnostic went up 35% since my last visit less that 30 days ago. That seems out of balance. When I asked the person who checked me in about the increase he was quick to point out you provide a loan car. That is a nice thing to offer, no doubt, but your service prices offset that in my view. When I come in for service I usually have the recommended things done there at Sewell GMC. On this visit I felt the need to compare pricing and I will use my other mechanic who will do the same job for about 30% less. Your service techs are getting sloppy in their recommendations without fully investigating what they recommend. (call for detail if you are interested)On my last visit I had my door disassembled to replace a part that was causing a rattle. I had to bring my car back to have them take the door apart for a second time to realize they missed replacing a part they over looked on the previous visit. Then I was charged $11.00 for the part they missed replacing.

First, I didnt expect your service dept to be open on Memorial Day but it was and Charley OLoughlin was fantastic. I picked up my new Enclave on Saturday and noticed some white smoke coming out of the hood on Memorial Day. Charley jumped on it for me, kept me fully informed and I was back on the road in an hour. Wonderful service
