Purchased a VT 320 Gehl total piece of junk half put 15 hours on tractor since new been in the shop four timesFor hydraulic issues Manitou will not return any of my calls dealership keeps replacing O-rings really disappointed with Gehl could not recommend them

Great product, it took too long to get loaded the other day. Im sure it is normal. So hopefully next time it will be better.

They have most everything you would need but painfully slow order and pick up process. If you have to drive into the yard dont be surprised if you you get a flat tire.

Good luck trying to call in an order! Every time i need to call, I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get someone on the phone in the sales department. But every few minutes on hold the call gets routed back to the operator that just tells me theyre busy! Oh well Ill drive to the other side of town for better service even if I have to pay a little bit more but I can get the order placed and taken care of ASAP!

Went there to pick up some epoxy. Drove 45 minutes and arrived 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and walked up as the employee was locking the door and told him what I needed. He said he already shut down the computer and when I pointed out it was only 4:55 he just turned around and walked off. It was a really disappointing experience and I will never shop there again.

Trying to pick up materials there is a nightmare. Due to the lack of coordination with NON SPEAKING ENGLISH MEXICANS its almost impossible to know where to go to get what you need. No one really knows where to tell you, you need to go to pick up your materials and when you find someone to help you get ready to wait, and wait, and wait. Slow, too slow.

First they don’t answer their phones. Fred salesman told us they will have my strups ready by end of day on Friday and I can pickup on Saturday. When I went to pickup they said oh it’s ready but we don’t have any body in that department to give you your stuff. Really?? I had to send home staff and delay project for two days because of these idiots.
