Wonderful kitchen cabinets and incredible service can be found here. Dont be fooled by the name. The kitchen department is top notch, from design to installation; they will take care of you! I have seen three kitchens installed from there, including my own and I couldnt be more thrilled. The price point is on point!

Great selection of home remodeling fixtures and features. Decent selection of granite. Great selection of bathroom and kitchen hardware. Lots of sinks, doors (inside, out and gated), filing, decorative brick, marble bassinets, showers modules, and bath tubs. I liked the modern fixtures selection at lower prices that the chains. Didnt see too many seconds (all high quality, from what I saw) but it is a good name.

We purchased a few items for 3 house projects. We thought lets buy it together and finance it to make it easier on us since we are doing it ourselves and it takes time. The day finally came where we needed the cabinet we bought 2 months ago. To our surprise its broken and so we called and asked for a replacement, they told us too bad so sad they wont help us. First when we walked in and applied they were all so friendly and helpful we can do that for you mam thank you for choosing us and now when we actually need them, useless. First and last time I purchase here.

My boyfriend and I live in Oklahoma and are redoing our kitchen. Weve had a very difficult time finding unfinished in-stock cabinets or custom built cabinets at a reasonable price. We ran across the Seconds and Surplus website in our efforts and it has been a saving grace. The website was very easy to navigate and I greatly appreciate that their website shows pictures AND in-stock quantities. Once I filled my cart with all the cabinets we need for our project I called the Dallas location to verify they had quantities and inquire about their return policy (just in case). My call was answered immediately with a live person (so rare these days). I didnt catch her name but the lady I spoke with was very personable and reassured me that they will make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase or refund it. She even gave me the name of the associate who would be pulling my order so I could ask for her directly once I arrive at the store to pick up my order. Very impressed with the online sales team and customer service and looking forward to picking up our new cabinets tomorrow.

Theyre a pretty cool place. I have a lot of really Nifty home decor items that one might find rather Exquisite. If you are the customer that is picking up for yourself, then youre going to enjoy the experience. If you are a delivery company then expect the unnecessary long delay well they try to find you order. Hard thing about pick up is you are not able to call ahead and have them ready with your item when you show up. I also recommend loading it yourself and not one of the employees

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling his childhood home and needless to say, he believes that I have champagne taste on a beer budget. :) We went to the Seconds and Surplus on Regal Row and immediately met Elizabeth Brown! She was an angel in helping us figure out our kitchen cabinets. Obviously, I wanted a lot of bells and whistles with these cabinets and Elizabeth was able to get me exactly what I wanted and in the ballpark of my husbands budget. Im in love with these Shiloh cabinets and really appreciate all the support and attention that Elizabeth gave us through this process. Thank you Elizabeth!

Great experience and selection, highly recommend checking it out for any remodel or house project. Much more affordable than Home Depot/Lowes. It was our first time visiting the warehouse and Adam was extremely helpful in helping us find a single vanity and sink top. They even have a closeout section where items are 50% off for small bumps, chips, etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful, we will be back!

THEY ARE SUCH COLD PEOPLE!!!! Dont come to here to buy granite at a wet day, even there no rain anymore, they wont laod it for you, also WILL NOT LET YOU LAOD YOURSELF, EVEN YOU TELL THEM IF BROKEN THEY DONT NEED RESPONDED. STILL NOT OK..... And all the granite is there you can see it but they dont let you take it even you already paid it is yours still cant take. Just waste your time to come down here. If you have to pay for your granite guy to pick up, bad luck then, pay again!!!

Ordered online got there and hours later they hadn’t processed order. Finally to find out they didn’t even have the cabinets we ordered and paid for online. Advice, skip this place.

Very happy with our granite counters and especially with the install team. Alexis worked with us to coordinate two separate projects. She was very helpful in explaining the pricing and how we could save with various options. We were on a time schedule and she helped us through so it was done on time.Corina and the guys that came for the install were very professional, cut the slab outside so we had no mess and they were very understanding when we had an issue with the valve on our sink that needed to be handled while they were there.

Amazing customer service! I had a warranty claim issue with a door, and the manager fixed it the same day instead of making me wait months for a replacement part. Seconds and Surplus took care of me as a customer, immediately recognized that I couldnt wait a month or more for warranty work and replaced the incorrect parts. Thanks to Bashir and all the guys there who helped me succeed in my home renovation project!

It is so much more expensive than both lowes and home depot and their products are only mediocre.They make you think its a discount store but that is just not true. Dont waste your time.

I tried to deal with Home Depot and Lowes for my tile project for my house, i was not treated very well by both ie talked down to and generally a attitude of just get the stuff and move on. Well i ordered online from you all.n did messed up some. So miss Roxanne came to my rescue . After me explaining whatMy project was she jumped in and took care of EVERYTHING!! I was treated with respect n guided thru it all. SHE IS A SUPERSTAR!!!!! People like her are few and far between

Do not order kitchen cabinets from Lori. They will not take into account all the measurements needed, and then when a single cabinet (that was over $1000) does not fit as requested they will not do anything to correct the issue at hand. Two months later and we still do not have a completed kitchen since they ignore phone calls and do not take accountability for their part.In addition, they cabinets got shipped to the wrong address. Then when they shipped them to our home we were missing 4 cabinets that had to ship at a later date. Very unorganized, unprofessional business that does not take accountability for any of the problems they caused.

Norma and Jesus were attentive and made my trip to Dallas (from Weatherford) worth every dime. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me and they went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Also, if you’re in the Grand Prairie store, as for Miguel. I shopped a lot for cabinets and counter-top. I could not find anyone who could beat Seconds & Surplus. Quality, price everything. Jennifer at the Regal Row store designed our kitchen. A service that Seconds offers for no additional cost. She is AWESOME. She loves what she does and it shows. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but so much fun and sweet to work with.This so far has been a wonderful experience.

Great quality work and had a positive experience working with Sheila Ford, the installation coordinator. She reached out to us after their was some initial confusion while at their warehouse and was able to straighten things out quickly and get our project back on track and on schedule. She even recommended a better option in terms of materials for our project and followed it thru the process. I attribute her project management skills and her experienced team to our successful installation of some gorgeous quartz counter tops!

I purchased lavatory faucets from the Dallas location over 2 years ago. I need parts and Huntington Brass requires a copy of the receipt (not just a photo of the product like many other companies). I called the store and Jeremy was amazing and was able to send me a copy of my receipt within minutes! Great customer service!!

The folks at S&S have been awesome to work with on our latest house. We gutted the place to the studs, so we needed just about everything from kitchen cabinets (custom designed in-house by one of their designers) to doors, vanities, showers, tile, etc.My sincere Thanks to everyone there from the store manager, to the guys who are kind enough to load/unload this old mans truck!

Great prices on building materials for new construction or remodel projects. Love the kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, sinks, and tile we ordered. The only complaint I can make is that one of the tile manufacturers wasnt aware the order had been placed through Seconds & Surplus. We had to drive about 45 minutes away three different times because the order slipped through the cracks. Overall, lovely experience shopping there and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend using Second & Surplus Design team for any cabinet in a home or office. In 2012 and 2013 Jennifer helped me design 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen remodel. After 4 years I don’t say I wish I didn’t this or that. I’m 200% satisfied. I put lots of time into thinking about the layout and how each cabinet and drawer would be used. Then Jennifer asked me to take inventory of the kitchen items and identify the cabinet or drawer where each item would be stored. I was not pleased to do this process but today I’m glad I made the effort. From this exercise we refined the layout of the kitchen. Jennifer paid attention to every detail to insure a fantastic looking kitchen and bathrooms that I will enjoy forever.

I just bought 18 pre-hung Interior doors & handles today for an upgrade Im doing to my home and I was very pleased with the prices. I shopped several stores to compare prices and I couldnt find cheaper doors in the style I wanted anywhere.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good prices...but service is another story. Ordered online for store pickup. Arrived. I counted at least 8 people standing behind the checkout counter. Gave my name. One person quickly found my paperwork, wrote my name on a clipboard and said someone would be by the front with my order. I heard them page Loading assistance front counter. Great....I waited. I was paying for the Home Depot Truck by minute. Four minutes later...another page. Mind you there were now maybe 7 people behind the counter. Four minutes later another page. Nope. I asked if I could load the items myself as I was paying for the truck and their pages werent working. Finally a person from behind the desk, that had been there the entire time, went to get my order. Kinda crappy. I placed the order today for a pickup in Grand Prairie. I got a phone call that they werent in stock there but were in stock in Dallas. I told the woman on the phone I would be there within the hour. Why couldnt the order have been actually pulled? Anyways...next time hopefully things will go more smoothly.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Do your homework if you want to save some money. Dont buy seconds for roofing, decking or lumber. too important. The doors, windows, tubs, toilets, paint, flooring and other stuff can be a good deal if you do your homework.Staff is actually nice and helpful.Ill go back.

On Sunday, April 9th, we went to Seconds and Surplus and met with JR. He saw us looking rather confused in the plumbing section and came right up to us to offer his assistance. JR had sooooo much information, it was terrific! He helped us with toilets, shower panels, glass barn door enclosures for the shower, and both interior and exterior doors! He was very thoughtful and extremely helpful, we will definitely go there again.
