I highly recommend Omaha Steaks! I went to the store in Dallas and got a great deal on a ton of meat today! I cooked the Bacon Wrapped Filets this evening and they were AMAZING! If you are looking for awesome steaks at a great price, you NEED to get you some Omaha Steaks! So GOOD!

Really wanted a subscription with Omaha steaks. I ordered $175 worth for my first order. “Payment meathod was not accepted” when I ordered online. I received an email telling me to call a number to resolve. Called number, waited on hold for 30 min. Finally spoke with someone who said he couldn’t help me in his department, he couldn’t transfer me to the correct department so gave me a number to call. Called the second number - spoke with someone after holding 10+ minutes, she couldn’t help me so transferred me, waited on hold for another 30+ minutes and finally gave up on reaching someone to help with my order. So, I contacted customer service via email. Their automated respond dates someone will be In touch within 24 hours. Waited 2 business days, no response. So emailed again, 2 business days later still no response. Emailed a third time, been 2 days still no response. I’m sure their steaks are as great as everyone says, just a shame I’ll never be able to enjoy due to poor customer service. I’m going to try Chicago Steaks and see if I have better luck.

Rudest, sarcastic, most unprofessional people ever work there. For great customer service and meat that isn’t garbage in the same area, try Kuby’s. A place that isn’t ok with calling taco meat tartare.

Great place to get good quality food for cookouts or just to have at home. Good quantity with deals they offer in local ads. The service is great & they can help with alot of ideas.

Didnt know Omaha steaks had a location in Texas but thats great. Ordered from Omaha and steaks and all that came in combo was fantastic and will definitely be ordering again. I live in Texas so I know I can now order in Dallas. Food was still frozen coming all that distance.

I Love Omaha Steaks! Everything I have purchased there has been wonderful & my family loves it. The only problem it that they have a way of discontinuing some of our favorite items i.e. sweet potato fries, chicken salsa pot pies, & most recently a side dish which was jalapenos & onions in a batter like onion rings & deep fried that came in two trays that you only hsd to heat & serve - FABulousness! So if your want perfect steakes, pork chops, chicken breast, hamburgers, or the best hot dogs, divine lasagna, beef stew, chili, chichen fried steak or chicken fried chicken with cream gravey Omaha Steaks is the place to go! Reasonably Priced & they take the stress out of cooking whether it be breckfast with their precooked bacon, or their wonderful other foods my family loves the wonderful meals from Omamha Steaks right down to the German Chocolate Cakes or the 3 Berry Tartes or the Fabulous Favorites Apple Cinnamon Tartes or Favorite Cheese Cakes. 💋🍀
