Had an excellent experience at the Yeti Dallas store! This was our first time here, contrary to other reviews our experience was fantastic! As soon as we walked in my wife and I were enthusiastically greeted and immediately offered assistance with products. We didn’t immediately need it as we knew what we were there for. When some products were sold out they were kind enough to sell us the floor model accessories to go with the Tundra Haul we were there for.We ended up getting some 30oz Tumblers and 10oz wine Ramblers as well. If you’re a Yeti fan I highly recommend you visit this store, they have products I didn’t even know Yeti made.

The staff is super helpful and actually know their products and inventory. God forbid a staff actually knows what theyre talking about, but these ladies have been super helpful both times Ive shopped there.

Purchased my first product from Yeti, a mug. Several days into using it the lid results in poor quality by releasing hot air while the hot liquid squirts everywhere with the slightest of movement. I ended up calling this stores location and the gentlemen told me 1. the lid was being redesigned and following it with 2. I need to sit still, in one spot, not moving, when drinking from this particular cup, which I thought was complete BS from his part, after he just explained the lid was being redesigned (obviously for consistent concerns). I think 1. if you hate your job you should find a new one and 2. dont catch yourself explaining to customers theres a new redesigned lid coming while telling them to sit in one spot, motionless, when sipping out of a reputable cup, that seems to not hold its reputation well amongst their other products.

Great store! We’re a Yeti family all the way when camping, so I trucked it down from north Collin county to get a Yeti Tundra Haul. They were out of stock everywhere around us, and we needed it that weekend for camping. Friendly staff who waited patiently for me to make the BIG decision on what color to purchase. A staff member even offered to take the cooler out to my car after I purchased it. As for the Yeti Tundra Haul, best cooler we’ve ever owned! All the performance of the Tundra, but the wheels make all the difference!

Nice product options and store set up. However, the store employees hardly greeted us when we walked in. When we checked out, they offered no bag for us or to wrap our newly purchased item. I expect better customer service when Im paying such high prices for cups I could have bought elsewhere.

Fun Store 100% Yeti

We are definitely Yeti people and love visiting the stores in different cities. I did not have anything in mind that I wanted but left the store $500 poorer. The staff was fantastic from the minute we walked in. I saw some reviews from previous customers that were not flattering but I can’t support those thoughts at all. We had exact opposite experience. Jamie the associate who helped us (plus everyone else) was nothing short of kind and accommodating and funny! Thank you so very much for the Military discount as well. My husband served proudly for 20yr and is always grateful for the recognition. I highly recommend this store.

Great place to grab last minute Christmas gifts. Also military and first responders gets 20% most things in the store. Only bad thing is they dont have everything there that is in the online store so call ahead just incase.

I went to the Yeti store on Thursday and Friday to purchase cups. When I returned on Friday to purchase the second one; Id mentioned that the cup bought the day before had a couple of dents on it. The guy that helped me, recognized me from the day before and told me to bring it back used or not. I took it back today with no problem, as he promised. Very great customer service and very attentive. Will continue to come back.

Good thing the product sells themselves. The guy there seemed to have limited to zero knowledge or interest in the products.

Went and bought close to $700 worth of merchandise. Walked through the doors and the associates saw us but held off on greeting us. Told the associate Jamie what I was there to pick up. You would think they would perk up at that point but it seemed he made it a point to unfriendly to me. Just cold, like I was a nuisance. Guess if you dont look a certain way they treat you like youre a second class citizen, even when you have the means to pay for their merch.

Cool place. Smaller than the Austin store. Nice people. Had an issue with a hoodie I bought. Yeti is kind of inconsistent with their clothing sizes, but thats not the stores fault. Anyway, I brought it back, tried on a bigger size and it fit great. They swapped it and I was on my way.
