This place is so close to me and they fulfill orders quickly! Usually with a couple of days, and you can choose what date/time you’d like to pick up on their website. While I do wish they had more variety of vessels they’re a solid shop that saves me tons on shipping!

Great advise on different oils

I didnt purchase anything however I came to pick an order for a friend. I pulled up the door was locked so I called the place a couple times no answer.. As I placed my face to the glass door the lady is looking at me looking at her. (At this point Im like I hope she is ok) finally this loser gets out of her seat (after 5 mins of calling and pulling the door)to tell me thru the glass just search for the order outside. Based solely on her not the company she gets 1 Star .

I swear this is the last time I will place an order. They take forever to send out orders. First time I ordered my order was “unfulfilled” for a whole 24hrs I called the next day since it was my first time and they placed me on hold they couldn’t find my order and it was siting on the counter the whole time. So they ended up sending it late afternoon that same day.... ok that’s fine. The second time I order early morning and same thing no confirmation on my order status just “unfulfilled” so I call them and they just said ok everything was fine and a hour later I get notification. This was the second day already closing time.This time I just ordered wicks! Third time now and tomorrow will be the 3rd day and still my order is “unfulfilled” I am needing my wicks by Friday and I paid $18 for a 2day shipping and they still haven’t sent out my order. It’s just wicks. I order from here because it’s a lot close to where I live but they are very slow and unreliable. I’m going to stick with candle science the shipping is a tiny bit more but way much more faster and reliable. I forgot to mention I also emailed their support team the first time or second time and nothing that’s why I ended up calling them...

I cant thank AAA candle supplies enough! Staff is super helpful, responsive, and friendly. They were extremely considerate when it came to accommodating my needs on a short notice. Never hesitated to take an extra step to help me make the perfect candle. They have such a great variety of products that I can find everything I need in one go! Extremely appreciative for them working with me when I was on a time crunch.

I will not be spending my money here anymore.Rude customer service, Ill definitely take my business elsewhere. You guys should check out Southwest Candle supply or Lone Star Candle the ladies there are extremely professional and helpful.

I really wished I would not have had to write this. However, I placed an order on the 18th with expectations that all the scents I purchased in 4lbs was ready to ship.I understand Christmas Holiday and they did mention on their site that orders placed then would need to either ship or be picked up by the 23rd.Well, mine was to be shipped. I’ve reached out to the company, Monday December 28th. I then called this morning the 29th and no one has answered.When they have a $500 first time opening order, I would have thought customer service would have been a little more spot on.Let’s see what happens after asking for a refund!*UPDATE - thanks to a wonderful staff member reaching out to me today. The full order will ship.I’ll give them another shot. 😀

MY FAVORITE supply store!

I really like Tripple AAA Candle Supply.My issue is no one ever answering the phone .Sometimes its just as simple to do, in order to keep someone from driving to the location hoping someone will come to the door.It is sometimes a headache to order online when there is a possible problem with the website and just maybe it can be resolved by answering the question by phone.Need more help or at least someone to answer the phone.....

So far so GREAT! Rebecca is very helpful via email, pick up process is a breeze. So far I love the fragrance oils I’ve purchased as well as the wax. Best part is being able to communicate with Rebecca, she really knows her stuff and is very very helpful. Feels like you’re communicating with a friend and not a business! Can’t wait for them to open up so I can browse the store! And they are within 30 minutes from me so I can avoid shipping rates. I’ve been picking up an order every week since I started!

I called the place twice to see if they were open and no one answered. Google said it was open. I drove over and hour and a half to get wax and Its a sign on the door that says showroom is closed. They said it will be a couple of days to pick up and order. I will never give this company my business. The customer service is trash.

While I hate leaving negative reviews I will leave one In this case in hopes the owner sees this, if he even cares. It may be long one.I have been coming to AAA since 2016 when I lived in Fort worth. I even left a positive review on their Facebook page back then. I even continued to order and have my items shipped after I moved out of the state. This now brings us to our current order.. I placed a $500 ( not that the dollar amount should matter) order for jars. I get a notice of a refund for $250 and a rushed email saying that there is a 10 case limit on jars and I was being refunded for the others. There was no mention of what all was refunded. Since I ordered 55 cases of jars and I could only get 10 nothing added up. I sent several emails and messages and even called a couple times over the course of 3-4 days. No response. No call back. I called one more time. I spoke to Rebecca and she said she saw SEVERAL of my emails and she was planning on calling me back that morning. It was already the afternoon so I dont think she was going to call. Also if she had seen my emails, why didnt she reply? I was going to be driving 3 hours to pick up the jars and when the order was refunded I wanted to inquire about shipping the order instead and Rebecca said it would be $150 to ship! Seems a bit excessive. Especially for half of my original order. Luckily lonestar worked with me on a pickup time that worked around the time that AAA gave me so I didnt have to make 2 trips since I was coming from out of state. During a pandemic. I will never spend another dollar at AAA. I wonder if Jessica still works here.. she was nice and had great customer service skills.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady was not friendly at all. She spoke, but acted as if it hurt her to do so. One young man came in and was very nice. He spoke and asked with a smile if I had been assisted, maybe he should be the person greeting customers. I went ahead and made my purchase because I had driven very far to get there. Im almost certain I will not shop there again. BIG ONE...THEY BRING YOUR OILS FROM THE BACK AND THEY SEEM WATERED DOWN!

I have been coming to this place for years. My only issue is the lady that sits at the front counter is very slow and has very poor customer service. She’s not very nice or welcoming at all. She seems to be a bit sarcastic and very rude. The fragrances are nice, for what I do with them but I suggest to order online or else you’ll be waiting for quite awhile.

Love coming here. Out of all the candle companies I have be to they are the best. Never had any problems from them and if I did they take care of me. Very friendly, fast, helpful people. Prices are good too...Good place and good supplies. :)

This place feels like a scam. They dont let you see the oils. They put them on cotton balls in a small jar. After I made my purchase I was surprised to see that the oils are more like water. They dont offer any information about the percentage that can be safely put in candles or soap or the flashpoint.

Wax and Fragrance Oils are the best!!!

Visited there for the first time today. They have pretty good prices on their fragrance oils. Though they are a candle supply I made cold process soap with Lavender Apple & Oak and it behaved great. No acceleration or ricing. The oil was crystal clear so I dont anticipate any discoloration if there is any vanilla (vanillin) in it probably not enough to effect it much. The smell has held up quite well, usually after 3-4 hours of curing I can tell if there has been some scent fade thus far there hasnt been any or enough to notice. I used a lye discount to keep at a thinner trace for designs so Ill check it again in a day or two for scent fade but dont expect it to. Its a little tricky to find but Google maps gets you close enough to see the business marker at the turn. Once you turn go all the way back and there they are. I have two other fragrances Im excited to use. Will be making candles soon will update on scent throw when I get them done.

They had a sale and it took a few days to receive my order . I was going to be out of town she emailed them about my concern. They sure made it right!! They made sure I was happy and well taken care of... for me, great customer service is what will keep bringing me back. Theres plenty of fo/wax suppliers.. you cant buy great customer service, its earned. They earned my loyalty as a customer. Great products all the way around.

I made a huge purchase order online and have not received anything noting that my items are being shipped. I called, no answer, even though theyre open. I sent email, messaged them on Facebook messenger, messaged them on Instagram and have gotten no response. At this point I just want my money back, considering I have yet to receive anything or have anything shipped out to me. Very disappointed.

We have been to them for about 10 to 20 times. EACH TIME they have been very rude and dismissive. The only reason we go is because they are close to us but not anymore we will be taking our money elsewehere! Lone star candles are the friendliest candle company that we have been to. We highly reccomend! Same prices and higher quality.

Front staff is very unfriendly. The girl that collected my money is very short with answers and definitely not a people person. She just sat there bearly answering questions with yes, no, over there, almost as if I was bothering her. The only reason I wanted to shop at this place was because someone told me about it. I like having options, but Ill just stick to the place where I normally get my supplies.

Only reason I give it a 1 star is because they carry most of everything I need BUT please do some training with your front staff! They are horribly impersonal! I have been there numerous times and I have never gotten a hello hi or even an acknowledgement! The girl at the front has no personality whatsoever and it makes me cringe every time I have to go into the store! If it wasnt for your quality of products, I would totally pay to have another company ship it to me. PLEASE train them on customer service! Its because of people like us that she even has a job!

First time there, I WAS very excited (rookie soaper) and this emotion fade away due to rude service. At 5 p.m. she told me: I am not sure if I can dispath everything today - they close at 530. She wasnt kind nor friendly. We felt very uncomfortable. I am from PR so, I was determined to carry everything I can. 7 out of 33 fragances turned out not good for soaping and because of their hurry to close I was not asked to replace them with another one. The phone was ringing and ringing. We were ooo by 5:25pm when they leave in a hurry leaving us alone in the parking🙄. Another customer arrives running literally to the door and being closed he ask us of we work in there. He was like: Maaan..I drove 3 hours to get here, calling but no answer.. so I told him we were all at the lobby by the time he was calling but they were in a hurry and didnt answer. I show him and he saw the employees leaving at 5:27pm. Too bad for the company owner. I forgot to mention they charged me twice for the stress relief but just 1 was delivered.

Got there ten minutes before they closed, which I try not to do, but I had a few questions was gonna grab stuff and leave quickly. First, I walked in and got no greeting, but I brushed that off and started shopping. Then, I asked the woman working a question and instead of answering me she said well we close soon so.... after I said that I know that she then answered my question. I left instead of buying something. I was trying to be quick and Im sure that was obvious so Im not sure why she had to be rude. Hopefully my review stops you from having to make the same mistake. There other candle supply shops near by dont waste your time.

Rude, rude and dismissive. Save your time and money and shop some where else.I had a coference in the area, so I drove to the location to hand select my fragrances and pick out vassels. Upon walking in I was not greeted and did not know a person was there until I heard her typing. I procedeeded to ask about the items listed online which was answered I dont know. I asked about the packaged scents marked for 5 dollars. I asked were they for candles or soaps..her answer was I dont know, they are priced as marked. Another woman comes out and a customer (male) walks in, the first woman smiles, says hello to him and tells him she could not see all his items because the lady was in the way and she didnt want to push me out the way. The second lady is asked where the frosted clerance votives are and she frowns, the first lady now answers my question and goes in the back to check. Second lady tells me to use common sense when identifying fragrances for skin safe or candles. The first says the votives I asked for look like the ones on the shelf, but did not bring them out. I will never purchase from this store, the employees are rude and dismissive and apparently too involved in other things to assist a a live customer. Ill pass!

Im glad I found a local candle supply company. I save a lot of money on shipping since i can pick up. They always have what I need.

In person, there is no acknowledgement when you walk in the door, which is awkward, but its ok. The guy who sits more towards the fragrances is the most friendly, though. At least he smiles.Then, I spoke with a CSR about the best method with using a certain wax and they told me about the Alex method. I tried it, but had mediocre results. When I emailed about it, a CSR responded with You dont have to do it any one specific way. Which seems like a cop out for sharing any insight with a customer. I cancelled my order and ordered through Southwest Candle Supply. Even her apology was not for her own apathy, but for the way I took it. When I picked up my order from SCS, the employee was so helpful and took a little time to give tips (which makes me want to spend more with their company than I intended- its called upselling).AAA Candle Supply, youre going to lose a lot of paying customers due to a lack of interpersonal skills.
