This place is amazing!!! I cant tell you what a treat it is to get and to recieve! I had no idea popcorn came in so many flavors and was so very yummy! Customer service was excellent and such a wonderfully experience! We need more upbeat businesses like this! If you are feeling in a bad mood just go in there it will put you in a great good mood within two minutes inside the door!! WOW!

So good! Tons of different flavors and candies to pick from. I got the Mac & Cheese flavor popcorn and its so good! Great prices too! The lady the runs the shop is super sweet, great service!

Love this place, the owner and employees are really sweet and are patient. The store itself is really clean and organized. The decorating in the store is very personal and cute. The zebra popcorn is my husband’s and I favorite to get, along with some candy by the LB. I can’t believe they sell Long Boys here, I haven’t seen a place that has those since I was a child. The prices are great here and the selection of candy is great here, will be having my sister and her man check out this place for sure and of course my husband and I will be back. We went here this afternoon and was blown away by the service. The sweet lady behind the counter was so kind to my 4 year old. She chatted with him and gifted him a special treat. She made the visit magical and truly made his day. Oh and the popcorn is AMAZING too!! We have tried a few different places and this one is the best hands down. Our favorite is the butter blend.

Friendly staff with a great selection of popcorn and a wide assortment of treats. My kids were able to taste test to their little hearts content.

Oh my gosh theyre the best kettle corn and triple extra cheesy popcorn Ive ever had. I also like they cell candy like cherry sours. Those are often hard to find. Ill be back often.

Tons of great flavors! I had been in to get popcorn for myself before and decided to use them for party favors. The associates were very helpful, both with flavor suggestions and picking out bags to match the party theme. My order was ready to go the day before the party and everything was packaged so that I could transport it easily. The price was good, plus I saved time by having the bags assembled at the store. The party favors were a big hit!

Unfortunately we experienced some really bad customer service here. We have been customers on numerous occasions but had not encountered this lack of professionalism and disrespect previously. Everyone is entitled to their own actions; we will not spend money at this establishment anymore.

GREAT popcorn-the older lady may be the owner who has the personality of a tree trunk and less customer service skills! She is rude and has lost a customer as I won t return. However the gals that usually work there are superb. My popcorn had 2/3 cup of that sludge you dont need to pay for-small bits and pieces,etc.

This is the best flavored popcorn shop north of Dallas. Me and my girls have tried most of the competitors, and Popcorn Shack consistently has stronger flavors with the best mix of powdered and wet flavor toppings. They also have fewer unpopped kernels in their final product. Additionally, this shop has heavy traffic, so the product is always fresh when we get it (and it appears to keep longer at home). Our favorites are the savory flavors: salt and vinegar, dill pickle, extra buttery, extra cheese, spicy buffalo.

Fantastic popcorn with a wide variety of flavors. Unfortunately due to the pandemic shutdown they closed at 6pm instead of 7pm, missed them by 5 minutes.

Longtime, regular customer - Good selection...friendly service...but, too many hulls in the popcorn. I dont know what they can do about this. : (

My wife loves their dill popcorn. We will drive across town to go here even though there are other popcorn places closer to home. This place is just that much better.

Dallas blend or zebra are the best ones. The small size is great for give-a-ways at corporate events. Very popular.

I will say they have great popcorn flavors and the popcorn is very fresh, however customer service is EVERYTHING. The older lady that works there, her attitude was terrible. She was not friendly at all. I would have rated their store higher but her customer service skills were bad.
