Got my 1st speaker and couldnt complain at all. Staff was super friendly and very professional. Came back 1 month later to upgrade on speakers and have to say they did an amazing job. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to get a system. And as far as prices they will work with you.

Do not recommend! Very unprofessional i called in yesterday 01-29-21 to make an appointment for 10:00 am to get subwoofers installed, i arrive at 9:40 am and owner doesnt arrive till 10:20. Upon arrival he shows me what i will be getting and another customer enters and says he will get attended first since he made appointment for 10 am! Jr is very unprofessional and a time waster! Do not recommend!

I am very happy with the product and the helpful service. Prices were reasonable and no hidden fees.My one and only complaint was they left my cars hood open. If I had gotten on the freeway I would have been paying for that dearly. They also left a mess in my car filled with wire clipping but not as bad as the hood thing.Luckily I caught it when I stopped by a gas station. Despite this, I will be recommending them going forward. Just gotta be careful guys.

After calling multiple audio shops I finally found one that was personable and had excellent customer service. Joe walked me through multiple products informing me on which ones would meet my needs. Got great service hear, were very patient and diligent to try to find the best audio for my car and installed an upgraded Navi System. My car radio wires were damaged, but they restored it and brought my car sound back to life. Additionally, reconnected my box and amp system for free. Took longer than expected, but satisfied service.

Joe was extremely professional and knowledgable about his product and craft. I had gone to Car Toys originally to get my audio components installed and they didnt really know what they were selling and wouldnt give me the time of day. Here you get up front wonderful customer service by people who genuinely know their product. They even informed me that Car Toys undersold me on cables. Messed up my system that I bought a couple of years ago from their Carrolton location. Dont go to this one. They switched up parts on me and I had to return a 2nd time, still didnt get it right. Wont go to this location ever again.
