Bought a motorcycle battery from Interstate last May 27, 2020. It was the most expensive 1 at that time. The salesman said it would have a 1 year warranty since it was the best 1. Fast forward to today, that was a lie. Just called Interfake because their battery is not holding a charge and they say it only has a 6 month warranty. What a crock of $hit! Do not waste your time with these liars!

I went to shop with a car battery issue which was under warranty. They tested the battery and said it was a battery issue. Within next 10 mins, they replaced it with a new one and drove out. The person who handled my issue was so polite and friendly. definitely recommend this shop.

I had a great experience here. I called ahead and asked if they sold a particular commercial battery for my John Deere engine. They did. I brought the old battery in so that we could match size, CCA, and reserve capacity.The staff member who helped me was new, so he didnt know all of my answers. He grabbed his manager and all of my questions were answered.The only knock to this place is its location. There is traffic and construction all around. Getting there was my only issue.I would shop here again.

Just called this place:09/16/21...First: a guy answered the phone with a plain: HELLO? Like if it was a home number.Second: he transfered me to a girl named Ashley, that was not very helpful.I feel sorry for the business owner.

Kent was great... He was personable, informative and exceeded any expectations I had about replacing my battery. I was dreading going, as I thought it would probably be a fight to be replaced under warranty. Kent was very quick to diagnose the battery as defective and then offered to install it for $20 bucks. Aside from Kent being super friendly, the install saved me an hour and a half drive time round trip to install the battery and return the core. Great place with great customer service and stood behind their warranty...

Great experience. I bought an interstate battery from NTB, who by the way are crooks, I came to this location to warranty and they took great care of me. I upgraded the battery through the warranty and only paid the difference between the price of the 2 batteries and they installed it for free. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and understanding of my situation.

I would like to share my experience with this piticular store..... they are amazing! Not only did they help me almost a year ago with a purchase on four batteries for my bosses scissor lift, they located the receipt from that same purchase today. Mitch Myers and Mr. T are both thoughtful and incredibly helpful . I would recommend this store to everyone!

Went in because my Jeep battery wouldnt hold a charge now that the weather is colder. Battery was 3 years old and the helpful counter guy explained the prorated 45% off a replacement. $20 install and I was on my way in minutes. Couldnt be happier.

Went in and asked for a specific battery model number Id researched on their website. They guy tells me I can get the better battery above that model for a little extra. So I buy it and take it home to install it. When I get home I read the specs and the battery he upgraded me to had less cranking amps and less cold cranking amps than the one I originally went in for. I returned the battery the next day.

Always friendly and they sell the best batteries ever. They are #1 in service and quality so if you are reading this stop and go to Plano Rd in Garland and buy some of their great products.

Dont ever buy interstate batteries, they dont even last a year, and when you take it in they wont replace unless you have the warranty info, bad customer service experience, im a mechanic and seen interstate batteries, they are very bad quality, if the battery is bad and still has the purchase sticker on it, it should be replaced no matter what, walmart will always replace there batteries if they are bad and the warranty is still left, even if its not the original buyer .
