I will never go to this place again, I gave them my car keys and they had decided to take off my keychain later that day. I talked to the manager the next day but he didnt do anything.

Ive been using this Firestone for a while. What lead me to this review is how honest theyve always been about my car and or any issues I may have. I went in yesterday because I thought I needed a new battery. After checking and running tests my battery terminal was just loose. They tightened it and sent we on my way. No charge. Im amazed that there are still honest car repair businesses out there because someone else would have had me pay for a new battery, labor, etc. Thank you Firestone!
I received a confirmation email for my appointment, but once I arrived was turned away stating that they would be unable to see me. The excuse was that someone tested positive and had to leave by 5. However, he stated they knew about it hours before and I never received a call or a cancellation email. This prevented me from looking for other options for the same day as it was too late already and everyone was booked. Very poor customer service!

If you don’t like your car take it too this firestone place I don’t know who’s the owner but they need do thinks more accurate and the lie to you all the time and if they tell you they give you one year warranty on alignment don’t believe it caused a liar
They close at 7pm I went in at 6:30 and asked if I could get air in my tire and the guy said no I told him its literally about to go flat and he said no i turned off the air compressor already try next door. As if he couldn’t just turn it back and and it was 30 minutes till closed, Useless
Bad customer service from their manager John. The only reason I give them one star at all is the care, and seemingly concerned other manager, and workers there. All I needed was a pig tail for my headlight. The manager John, tried to tell me I needed a whole new wiring harness. Almost $400 worth of work. I refused to agree with him, since another mechanic already told me the problem. I work in Dallas and needed it fixed so my car could pass inspection. He didnt care nor was he concerned about my tags expiring. I took my chances, and drove back to Tyler. That is where I got excellent service, at my local Firestone. They did exactly what I wanted. The total charge for the pig tail and socket was less than $200. Thank You Firestone of Tyler for keeping me as a customer.
I booked an appointment in advance for car oil and filter change. I have been told that service will take an hour. I am writing this review after 2 hours of waiting.THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. Who takes 2 hours for oil change?I will never visit the store again.

I called dislocation and I had to share that I have a oil change on my vehicle and I asked for a faster service I still give them like an hour this is now your vehicle has to stay with us for over two hours to just do the oil change so the person on the phone is telling me that they don’t have a technician they only have two technicians working so me as a customer I deserve a faster service because I am paying I still understand I can wait an hour but I cannot lose two hours 30 minutes for my Work To get my oil or three hours it’s kind of disappointing how do use location work if I have time I will wait if I asked for fencer service I will need to be served I don’t know crazy
I went in not sure what was going on with my vehicle. Once checked out I was called with what the issues were, given a price and recommendation and advised my car would be ready the same day. Everyone at the store was very professional. Definitely will return for other services as needed. Great Staff.
I almost didnt come here due to previous Firestone experiences in other states. Since having relocated to Texas, I gave this place a shot and Im really glad I did! Even though it was busy, and I came without an appointment, they provided good and fast service.
Awesome as usual. It was time to get new tires. They had them in stock and put it on the Firestone credit card. Zero interest for 6 months. I have the lifetime alignments, so they did that too. All in about an hour.

They did my inspection on my car an oil change but the guy forgot to get my inspection papers so I had to go back and let them do it on my car again so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes thats why he got three stars
The folks at this Firestone location are awesome as always. I have been bringing my Kia Soul to this location for a few years now and they have always done an outstanding job with the services that my vehicle requires. Price wise, they are also great! I appreciate that they’re always on the lookout for any applicable discounts or coupons for their customers.

The wait time is crazy long. It doesn’t matter if you book an appointment. My car was perfectly fine when I took it in, now it won’t start. My car is not old, 2015 Jeep. I will not be returning. This was messed up on all levels.

This location is nice looking on the outside and in. They promote social distancing with the well adopted mask; coupled with post and plastic chain linked border so many feet away from counter. Parking lot is clean and not too many cars on lot at one time. Im assuming it has a lot to do with the booking of appointments. With everything going on, one would hope that this company was onboard with helping the community recover. Instead this location, as many fear, practice deceitful practices. They prey on the unknowing. I do not recommend this location.
I took my car here and got my wheels aligned. Every single wheel was so out of alignment its a miracle that I could even drive it. I could tell something was wrong by the way it handled. I want to thank you for doing a great job. I will definitely return to your company for my car repairs.

I am a guy who likes to preform my own work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, living in the city doesn’t allow me to do this. I left my vehicle in their care, I came back to my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off- as expected. However, the stayed true to their bid price I was originally given. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel at ease and help you really understand the issues involved in the car, going even as far as to show me how everything works and explaining the issues in a way even i understood. Ive had only one issue on a repair which was quickly repaired again and never had a problem again. Staff like Dan and Tyler stand out but we are appreciative f everyone there that have helped us out of several binds at very reasonable pricing. Loyal customer for life here!
I had a friendly welcome,. They listen to what my needs ware and I had a good understanding of what they were going to do and the time frame. I was called 30 minutes before the time frame was up and told my truck was done. I found my vehicle park safely and a job well done.Iam very please. I got a brake fluid exchange, oil change and diagnostics run on it. They did a great job!!
I recommend avoiding this place. I took my daughters car in for inspection, which failed because the license plate lights werent working. Okay, thats understandable but the tech told me that the bracket the holds the lights in place was broken. He said they could try to fix it but it might require ordering parts from Toyota. I told him Id take the car and take care of it myself. He then presented me with an estimate of $75 for the work that he couldnt guarantee. Its interesting that he was confident enough to provide me with an estimate, though. Anyway, I took the car home and after all of 60 seconds of inspection, I realized that nothing was broken at all. The housing for each bulb had simply been pushed out of the bracket. They easily snapped back in place and were secure as could be. I then bought two new bulbs and the entire issue was resolved. Explain to me how a Master Care technician couldnt figure that out.
Took my car in for rattling noise in the FRONT of the car. I got a call the next day telling me my car needed shocks and something else, they called again later and told me it was fixed and ready to pick up. I went to pick up the car and the noise was still rattling in the front of my car. I called to see what happened, why was my car still making the same noise I specifically bought in to have fixed, I was told they fixed the shocks in the back of my car because it was worse than the front (I was not told or asked about the back end of my car and there were no noises in the back). So they did work and charged me for a service I did not ask for and was not informed about.And there way of “making it right” was to do the work I initially ask for and give me a measly discount. Their error is going to cost me thousands more. I will be fighting this.
Got my state inspection done at this location. Didnt try to upsale me or pressure me into buying other services. Was in and out quickly.

Ive been here before a few times with no problem Came today 10 till close to see if I can get 2 tires mounted. The manager, I assume gray shirt means manager, eventually looks up and comes over to me. I tell him I want him tires put on and he replies with youll have to come back tomorrow.... I would have gladly accepted that bc, again, I got there 10 till close. He then adds ...because were closed. I say dont you close at 7? and he replied that all of the service technicians are gone for the day. Every time Ive come up there, there were always about 4 guys there and today was no different. The 2 techs that helped me at the counter and installed the tires were present. So, why lie? Should have just left it at youll have to come back tomorrow and that would have been suffice. Im giving two stars because of the previous help that theyve given me.

First time i ever went to a firestone amd will be the last!! Went in a little before 5 and the guy quoted me for 2 new tires on front and they were gonna look at damaged tire on back..told me theyd get me in next and that itd be done by 6 cuz thats when they close...30 minutes later he tells me they cant do anything with it because all my lugnuts are stripped..asked if i had had tire work done recently..sounded very suspicious because i buy one tire at a time and usually from different places so what are the chances 4 different places stripped all my lugnuts? Fast forward to the next day when i g9t off work and had a flat tire in that back tire..had to get a mobile mechanicto bring a tire and put it on amd lo and behold! The lugnuts were not stripped! So i guess they lied about that, so what else do they lie about?!
The guy at the Front was very Helpful and Chill.. Now the mechanics didnt seem motivated went for an alignment and balanced tires overall car doesnt shake anymore but its still sways to the left.. The reason for the 2 stars is that once my car was done the mechanic literally had my front bumper all on the concrete side walk my car is lowered I was watching him the whole time and ran out there to tell him to pull back before he takes my whole bumper off.. He got out the car claiming he didnt do it and that he didnt hear the bumper hitting the sidewalk .. Then he lied it is what it is i was changing the bumper anyways .. Then they forgot to put the hub caps back on ..
Dont really like Firestone in general, but this location is great. Im always in-and-out, have clear communication, and get what I pay for.

I was not given all issues that resulted in my car failing inspection. Once I read the invoice and called back was given a generic answer and John insinuated that it was a inconvenience to help with the tire wear rating. I called back 4 days later and was told my invoice was now in the ware house and that he would have to pull it. I live in Mesquite and it is already a 30 minute drive to the location, now, adding dealing with a lazy employee too makes me want to tell your business to keep the inspection money and find someone who is competent and willing to help.
Friendly and prompt service every time. I like this Firestone because they honor all the online coupons. My car is usually excluded in the fine print at any other auto shop. They are very accommodating when Ive had emergency car problems in the past. The guys at the front desk are always straight forward with their recommendations, but not pushy.
Mgr checked and quoted me sale price on unlimited alignment $50 off, so I took it, then inspected the cabin air filter before replacing it, but offered me $10 off filter. They also gave me a ride home and back (only 2 miles) since it was going to take awhile to get to my car. Ive been a six year customer at this location, and intend to continue to service my new car here again.
One of the best Firestone locations I have gone too. In and out quick. I recommend calling before coming in to check how busy they are. You can also call ahead and make an appointment. And to top it off, great customer service!!

I went in 7 a.m. this morning to get my oil changed and also the guard to the bottom of my car lost a screw. Shon was extremely friendly and helpful with getting everything fixed. I was in and out within an hour and a half.

Extremely pricey in comparison to other mechanic shops. Quoted nearly $1000 to replace a radiator and thermostat. Got the work done for a fraction of the cost.
Great service, Dan was super helpful in taking care of my wheel well liner breakdown. Driving from out of town and Dallas, had issues on the drive and called ahead. They stayed open late, were enthusiastically helpful and fixed my problem quickly. Would go to them again anytime Im in town again!
Stopped by to have my tire pressure checked (the light came on) and even though Dallas was headed back into another bout of frigid weather the guys that helped me were friendly, enthusiastic, and super nice and helpful. And it was free! Cant recommend them enough. Thanks Thomas and team!

Had a terrible experience today. Won’t name the personnel involved since I don’t want to make it personal. I dropped off my car for a set of new tires at 10:45 am. Was assured that I could pick it up at 4 pm and that the tires were in stock. Called him at 5 pm and was told that the car was not ready but assured me it would be ready before the close at 7. When I got there at 6:45 I was told that they had not even started on the car, they were short one tire and a guy was on his way to get one. When I said when can I expect it, I was told it would be tonight, even if it is midnight. These are run of the mill tires and the guy was like you can take the car back or you can pick it up today and it might be midnight. The arrogance was unbelievable. Dude, you think I want to give you my business. Grow up, you are in the service business and learn how to treat your customers with dignity. Otherwise get out of this and do something else. Ok Firestone, I have no interest in doing any business with you. Thank god, there are plenty of other options! Went to a Goodyear store and they got it done in 3 hours - delivered as promised!

Had a blow out and needed tires quickly. They got me in and back on the road fast. Even changed a brake light for me. Friendly staff and mechanics.
I didnt have an appointment. I needed a wheel alignment. They already had cars in the bays. My alignment took less than an hour. The employees were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They fixed it in a timely manner. They explained to me why my car needed an alignment and what to look for when its time to get another one. I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care for anyone in need of repairs with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Came in here because A/C was out, told me there was a leak on a gasket and recommend to replace everything for $2000+. Went to another shop just to get an estimate to compare prices and solutions, ended up being the suction tube line, which wouldnt have been change if I had the whole thing replaced. Cost me $140. Firestone is just a rip off.
I always trust Firestone to work on my car and to treat me well! Wait lines are long, but they’re worth it.
They take forever to do repairs. They tell you 2pm your vehicle will be ready. You call them to check on it, they extend the time. But oh well, isnt it just like every other mechanical place? Although they do, do a good work.
Went in to have my car check out. And they did not have time for me. If it were up to me I would give them a 0 star. They want see me ever again.
At the end of a Friday at work, I found a flat tire. Even though I wasn’t going to arrive until right at closing time, they encouraged me to still come in and took great care of me!
Giving 1 star for printing out the state inspection report. Other than that, theyre very tricky to ruin your car. They asked to check the battery and I said not necessary. Please just the inspection I said. They took the car and did loosen my alternator bolt and I didnt realize it until I opened my hood one day after. So be aware of this cheat and risky job!!!

I have a problem with this location only. Yesterday I dropped off my car (via uber) on my lunch hour to have a tire replaced. When I returned to work I called to confirm that my tire that needed to be replaced was under warranty was, the gentleman said that the tire had been replaced under the warranty and that he would call me back with the total charges. He called the number they have on file which is for my boyfriend. They were unable to get in touch with him because he was in meetings throughout his day. At 5:45 I left work (via uber) when I arrived I was told that the tire changed was not done because they called my significant other and he didnt answer. I was also told that my brakes needed to be replaced so they wanted to do it all at once. To say the least I was livid BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO!! I WAS TOLD MY TIRE HAD BEEN REPLACED. I wasted my lunch hour and 21.00 in Uber fees for absolutely nothing! Customer service is a joke here & Ill never return to this location.

This Firestone location is the best. Had a list of tune ups on my car from the dealership with a huge total, called to set an appointment, took my car in and they had it all done and ready before they closed with a huge difference in price (ended up saving about $400, yayyyy).The guy at the reception is so nice, professional and keeps you smiling with his jokes. He also tells you how he loves his job so much and Ive seen him do a great job two different times.Thanks to the Service advisors too Shon and Anthony . I definitely have found the best complete auto care location and this is my go to from now on.

Worst service ever I have experience in my life actually they keep continue to repair ur car which did not work thats called money making business I recommended not to go over there I just wasted nearly $90 buck to fix the engine sign on whats they do is they just make erase with the help of computer after running a miles its again show the engine signI will never ever come over there

Told me I might have a coolant leak because my coolant was low, checked for it, and couldnt find one, then asked me if I wanted to have it flushed for $200 instead of just topping it off. So either, they arent looking for the leak hard enough, or theyre overcharging for the service, if not both. Not to mention theyve had my car for over 24 hours now. If you value your time and/or money, dont come here.

Went in several times for oil change, tires and valve gasket. The last time they gave me a complete car check and new back brakes they wanted to sell me a battery and $1700 worth of work. BUT they failed to tell me the plactic covering my wheel area from the engine had come loose .it was making a noise so l checked it myself and saw the loose plastic dragging and could have gotten into my fan belt.There Complete CHECK was for work they wanted to do not taking care of a simple but very important problem . Had my battery checked same day at the place where I brought it. Checked %100. Cant believe they did me so wrong. Thought I was getting service but got a lot if you need this fixed.Ask a neighbor to ziptie plastic back on securly. No more noise . JUST CANT BELIEVE THERE SERVICE
