Do not leave a deposit with this company they will lie to you and tell you the car is available, as soon as you go in the building they will tell you the car is not available then they will ask you for another deposit incase the other one doesnt go through. If you ask for your deposit they will get mad. I was being helped by James, when I asked James for my deposit back he got mad and clicked on me. Derek Tidwell lied to me aswell saying there was a deposit for the car and I called the next day and said there was no deposit for this car... if I could put 0 stars for this company I would, THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM SCAM!!

Great selection of cars, however make and models are weighted on the luxury/high-end side and there was an unbalanced number of large SUVs and pickups to choose from. (I guess that just reflects the market, though.) Prices seemed a little high, but the supply chain issues have seen to this. Conversely, the prices were fair and at market with a weave at brand name dealers.DLR provides the most superb and comfortable service I e ever had when purchasing a car. I was blown away. David Greenleaf was my Sales Manager. David was intuitive, responsive, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely had a real vested interest in my goal. If you are looking for a nice care at a reasonable price this is your place. It was a easy buying experience. The lot has lots of high-end vehicles and multiple to choose from. Only thing I was very disappointed In was getting the SUV home that I bought I then realized how dirty the inside was. Trash and dirt in between the front seats not vacuumed very well and there were personal belongings from the previous owner in the trunk area with pictures of their kids how could you miss that....... Otherwise it was a decent experience.

I was referred to this place but after 24hrs realized that I could do way better. The sales associate Chris Johnson was very unprofessional regarding my trade in Undervalued my car by over 2,000 and when I educated him that it was worth more he plainly told me to go sell that Mf to them ASAP. He also wrote down my employment incorrectly and did not add wages that I provided twice. If you are looking for incompetent hot tempered sales associates that claim their finance managers look no further this is your spot. My credit union provided funds I needed in less than 24 hrs. I will take my loan to a more worthy band reputable business.

I had been searching for months for a very specific vehicle package. I came across a listing on CarGurus for my vehicle listed by DLR. On a Saturday afternoon before Labor Day, within 5 mins of contacting them about the vehicle I was in the phone with the DLR rep, Sonny, that would end up guiding me step by step through the process of purchasing my vehicle. There was never a time that I called after the initial contact where Sonny didn’t pick up the phone. It had undergone an oil change and full servicing, a state safety inspection, and then made a stop at the body shop for detailing and cosmetic brush ups before being released. It is a 2016 model, but no one outside of me would know unless they were in the business. It looked brand new. Even after a week with it I can’t find a significant blemish anywhere outside or in. DLR promised big and over delivered. I would have no second thoughts about being a return customer in the future.

We were in and out.The sales person, Sunny (or Sonny, I cant recall the spelling) was extremely professional, kind, personable, honest, and helpful.It was a joy to purchase a car from them. Chris Mikell and Juan were both very respectful and professional. Every question was answered with ease. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer so I was super nervous. There wasnt any negotiating or hassling. The car I ended up purchasing needed two new front tires and they got them paid for and replaced with zero problems.
