Fabio was fantastic. He helped us with everything needed to have a smooth purchase experience. Also, the finance man was great, too. I cant remember his name, but he said he was from Nigeria. FIVE STARS TO THE EMPLOYEES. My issue is with the dealerships policy of adding more money to the advertised price. They told me one price, then they added on an extra $3,000 in dealer repairs at signing. I would have walked away at that point, but it was still an OK deal, so I reluctantly paid it. I will not be buying from them in the future, though. When you advertise a price, honor it! Shady practice in my opinion. But again, FIVE STARS TO THE EMPLOYEES.
Catalina was an angel. She was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered while buying a car. After visiting a few dealers this was our last stop & we were treated with a lot of respect. Everyone was fantastic. I’ll be recommending Toyota of Dallas to EVERYONE.
First time buying a car at a dealership and it was so scary to me because all my life growing up I was told to stay away all they do is get you to commit to paying more then what it costs. But I finally gave in and Yenairy took care of us found a spacious car for me and my two car seats. Found the best deal for me, she had so much patience especially with my newborn crying a lot 😩 they made it so easy for me. You looking into buying a new car of your first car I recommend going with her she explains everything and you leave confident with all your questions answered. 5 stars ⭐️
Veronica in sales was AWESOME!! 🤯 she helped my mom and I get a vehicle, super easy and not pushy at all, will definitely have to visit this dealership again. They are great!
Manny and Roberto were very helpful in getting me into a new Tundra. The entire process was very streamlined and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for a more transparent and honest team. Thank you guys!
Second vehicle purchased from Toyota of dallas has changed my outlook of this establishment. I bought a 2018 fully loaded jeep or i thought i bought a fully loaded jeep from what the salesman explained to me. Anyhow after planning a trip and getting ready to tow I find out no wiring has been done to the trailer hitch that was installed on the vehicle. After speaking with a person that sold me the vehicle they explained that towing was covered under my warranty which was completely false. The sales people at this establishment have no idea what theyre selling, i recommend a mechanic fully inspect any vehicle before purchasing. Also their employees are very rude the salesman said next time i purchase a vehicle i should bring my trailer with me so we can test it out
Daniel was my sales person and he was very easy to work with. I felt I could trust him and he was able to find the exact car I had been looking for for months! He and the dealership worked w me to get the best deal possible. Daniel even drove the vehicle to my house for no charge, and it was a 1 1/2 hr drive. This is excellent service. I highly recommend this dealership, and definitely ask for Daniel. He will treat you well!
I went to this place to service my Toyota Camry as it passed 100k miles and spent almost $1000 on coolant flush and other stuff but after driving for few miles my car started over heating and when I opened my hood this is what I noticed there is coolant everywhere as they didn’t close the coolant properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Had an amazing experience at Toyota of Dallas! Everyone was great especially our Sales Representative Gary! Would definitely recommend to others!
Manny was awesome! He knew I didn’t have much time so he took care of everything. He even brought the vehicle to me! Great customer service. What he promised on the phone was kept when I got to the dealership. It was a great experience.
Humberto was pretty awesome. If you’re looking for the guy who is straight to the point and will get you the car you want, he’s the one. Very humble and professional. I look forward in doing business in the future with him.
Dallas Toyota sales person OMAR and Jessie Torres from finance were straightforward and we’re both efficient. Didn’t waste my time. Sales processing and purchasing my 2022 Toyota 4Runner was quick and not too much time wasted They’re easy to deal with
Here is the best location to get your new car, excellent and professional customer service.Deny Vasquez was awesome! He took his time explaining me my options & made it possible for me to get my Toyota Camry. He even offered to drive my old car home with me. Youre the best man, pls keep the great work going.
My wife and I worked with Manny/his manager (couldnt be bothered to remember his name). We drove an hour in traffic to get to this dealership and the dealership had 48 hours notice along with our intentions to test drive a used 2020 Supra. They took my ID and started discussing a deal when I mentioned we are cross shopping the Surpa and a Porsche. And that we would like to see if this vehicle would be comfortable for us before continuing to discuss. They took us out to the vehicle and turned it on. I sat inside and was told to get adjusted. So I did. I was then asked what do I think...... I mentioned I havent driven it yet. To which I was then told our GM wont allow test drives, but you know what youre getting into so you should be fine. I then asked why and they mentioned it is an expensive vehicle. I asked for clarification and I was told that I would HAVE TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT BEING ALLOWED TO DRIVE IT. Excuse me? We left and immediately went to the Porsche dealership who had no issue with us taking out the vehicle we are interested in. This kind of deplorable service speaks volumes and I will never recommend Toyota of Dallas to anyone. We will be visiting a different Toyota dealership who is willing to help their customers make an informed decision and finding what is right for them.
I visited toyota of Dallas few weeks back. The sales person (Jessy Torres) was nice in the beginning. We discussed everything from car price to APR. We discussed if there is any way we can negotiate the price. He said “let me check with my manager”. We waited for over 60 min. In this time I asked him several times but he said I will be back. After waiting over 80 min and right before closing hours I asked him again about the price and final deal. He increased the price with $1000. I was shocked. He said “ I gave you the price before and that’s the final price”. His manager came and asked what happened, i explained the scenario but the manager did not listen. He literally took his side with lies regarding the price. And on top of it, Car Director - Dan Stewart told his associates to not waste time on us. I asked “ is this how you treat the customer?” He said “you didn’t buy anything from us yet, you are not the customer, you are a trespasser ”. Please take everything in writing otherwise you will be in trouble later. BEWARE.
I’m so disappointed.. I taught I was in good hands until drove off the parking lot .. They don’t care about anything they only want your money .. They gave me a volts wagon Passat 1 month later the engine light came on and the engine was making noise, So I took it back and told them what’s going on they later on trader it for me for a Toyota Corolla 2016 and won’t give me back my down payment and 2 payments that was already made on the volts wagon almost 3000$ went down the drain
Interesting I was not expecting to be asked to leave a review. If you’re a Toyota fan boy or girl ask for Zack he was great! Now the new car manager, I never caught his name because well he was petty and not worthy of remembering. If the owner would like to reach out to me as to the why I’m happy to chat. Even though Zack was great my interaction with the manager left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I will not return. Good luck!
We are delighted with Sales representative Tony Monzari’s service, explained all our questions with a lot of patience. Made car trading and buying process smooth.
Had been emailing a sales rep for a few days about a 4runner i was interested in and ready to buy. Scheduled a time to test drive and close a deal. The sales rep had emailed me a few times for communication and to confirm date and time. When I went out to look at the car, we spent time talking trade in etc. Finally it was time to test drive the car, he went to get keys only to come back and told me the car had been sold the night before. I wasted my time, gas, and patience for the car not to even be there. I understand cars will sell, but he could have emailed me the night before or the morning of and let me know it was no longer available. Instead he tried some bate and switch bs. Dont waste your time at this dealership like i did.
I was attended by Veronica was very patient and understanding while discussing the possible options she was very helpful and friendly best customer service.
The service here was fantastic, my sales man Aurelio was extremely helpful, understanding, and flexible. He sold me on a brand new 2021 Camry at an incredible deal. I will recommend him and this dealership to everyone. Thank you so much Aurelio for all your help and getting me into the perfect car!
Excellent overall experience! No high-pressure selling! Jesse Pedroza was fantastic! He collaborated with us, was adaptable, honest, and got us precisely what we wanted! He went above and above to make the entire transaction as smooth as possible for us! Its great to see this degree of expertise and capacity to compete with out-of-town companies right here in our own backyard! ...Finally!
Catalina was very easy to work with and got me the deal I needed to get into a new vehicle!
POOR customer service in regards to trying to lease new 4Runner; the sales rep could care less felt insulted throughout the process; was not able to answer direct questions in regards to financing (lending rates) and have excellent credit - real shady, and completely ignored after sending follow up email for 3rd time. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer! :(
I had been in contact with Manny about an pre approval and the calls from the dealership was multiple times a day, recently someone sent me a text stating to come in no money down for the Maxima. I drove almost two hours and he left me to assist a buddy of his, the contact stopped after that no one asked me if the could help me at all. Well today I called asked to a manager and with no concern I will talk to him and apologize. Im sure they service everyone I was the only person of color and the only one not getting help.
Deny was amazing very helpful extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was able to do everything at work he even brought my car too me! My husband ended up buying a car as well. I definitely would recommend coming here.
I recently visited Toyota Of Dallas because I have been interested in buying a new car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted politely and very professionally by Mr. Shields (Will Shields). He immediately approached me and within minutes we were talking about different types of cars that would suit my needs and my budget. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He’s an employee that cares about his costumers and their needs. I was very pleased with his service and his professionalism. If you’re reading this and need or want a new car make an appointment with Mr. Shields he will meet your needs and expectations just like he met mine. Thank you Mr. Shields and Toyota Of Dallas!!!
My dad and I came in yesterday to buy a car and Rafi was the one who helped us with the entire process. He spent hours trying to find us the best possible deal and worked really hard to help us find something that was best for us. Thank you so much:)
This Toyota used car department along forest lane Dallas-staffs are full of lies and manipulating. Please be careful when dealing with this people. especially the Superviorsor that was on duty on 8/3/2021 at about 3pm his very decisive full and full of lies. If possible when getting a car at this location make sure you get a lawyer to notarized any documents you sign or collected. Pls be ontop of your game when visiting this particular Toyota company. Please note: not all Toyota companies are like that, it’s just this particular one and I hope the owners do something fast before the killed his business
I had the worst service at this location! I took my new car in for an oil change, and they damaged my right front hood. When I asked for my service technician, he never showed to my vehicle to discuss the damage. I tried to handle this professionally since Greg did not show, and called immediately when I got home to talk to him or a manager. I called over 7 times, and was hung up on and left on hold.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2021 4runner at Toyota of Dallas. Will Shields took great care of us and ensured we got the best deal on our trade in and the new car! We would definitely recommend Toyota of Dallas to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I had a great experience. Rafi was so knowledgeable and understanding regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for. He was honest and advocated for the best deals on my behalf. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with buying a car.
Bought a new Tacoma, got legged in the financing but didnt really care because I was going to refinance it anyway. Upon inspection of the truck while I was at the dealership I pointed out some scratches and a paint chip of the vehicle but my salesperson Tony told me to come back and the service dept will take care of it. When I took it home I also found that the driverside switch that controls my passenger window was shorted out. Again when I contacted Tony he told me to take to the service department. Finally took it to get serviced and the service tech told me that my sales person shouldnt have even sold me the vehicle if it was in this condition and they also cant fix the paint because the sales person is supposed to schedule it with their parts center... Im filing a complaint with the BBB these dealerships think they can pull this kinda of stuff because of the vehicle shortage. Never gonna come back to this dealership for a vehicle
My sales person Yenairy was amazing! Very friendly and is very prompt on replies. Definitely will refer our friends to her to buy their new car!
This Dealership is seriously awesome! No cars in the market yet these guys had exactly what myself and my parents wanted. We worked with Zack Stanford and he worked relentlessly to ensure that we loved both the car and the price. Toyota of Dallas, you guys have earned yourselves a customer for life! I’ll be sure to send all of my friends and family here.
I wish I didn’t even have to add a single star for this review. I purchased my car through this dealership and less than 2 weeks later smoke came out of the tailpipe and the check engine light came on. They said it needed a whole new engine so they would trade me into another car. They tried to give me the same make and mode vehicle with 50,000 more miles than the one before for the same price. When I asked for my deposit and car I traded in they said they couldn’t refund my money and they already sold my car. I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
No hassle at all. I got what I wanted and how I wanted, Manny did an awesome job for me and for that reason I appreciate him. Waiting on my car to be dropped of at my home I cant ask for any more GREAT JOB MANNY!!!!
I bought a new hybrid Camry from here, the guy was really nice. I was happy with my experience, u til we got to the finance department.I normally check everything I sign, because I know that finance people can be a little sneaky. The guy tried hard to sell us warranties and I told him repeatedly that we normally trade our cars in at 36k miles so we dont need it. Then I had to leave to pick my kids up from school and I left my wife there to finish the paperwork. When I get back, this guy had sold us the warranty by telling my wife that he was giving it to us for free. I check my paperwork and hes added the warranty to our contract and just extended the term of the contract so the payments stay the same.I was so disappointed that I didnt even wanna go back in and confront him. When the sales guy walked us out, I informed him of what the finance people had done and he said that these finance guys have their own little gang, and thats just what they do. This is unacceptable.I have purchased previously at grapevine and their finance people are fair.
L’m very happy with the customer service of Mr. Torres and Mr. Garcia. I felt welcomed and respected, and they kept everything very straightforward. No “sneaky car salesman” vibes here! Very satisfied with my purchase experience. Highly recommend!
It was the best experience I have ever had any dealership, very trustworthy Alex was incredible salesperson. The manager was great, the staff I couldn’t ask for a better team, the finance manager was very kind Paco what’s his name I think. again thank you very much Toyota of Dallas
Jorge R. tried his best to get me the best deal on my new truck and he did. I still am amazed by his hard work and his customer service. Jorge went above and beyond. Overall a great experience! Thank you Jorge!
I asked to the imposible and he delivered..Our Sales person Omar Carrillo helped me get a great deal on my Camry. He was very patient and Great to deal with. Will definitely do business again…
I’ll make it short and sweet, I went to 4 different Toyota dealerships around town and none had the inventory like Dallas did! Jorge R. And the management team at Toyota of Dallas were magnificent!Jorge other than being polite was very informative and answered every question I had. I’ll recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to come check out Toyota of Dallas and speak with Jorge Rodriguez!
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS customer service. Never told me a straight answer hung up on me on purpose (TWICE!!) when I called to get confirmation that a car is in stock when I was told that it arrives the next day. I know they will have VINs for every car coming in to the dealership on every shipment. I’m not going to waste my time going to their dealership and getting information especially when they are playing around in the background. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Excellent experience! Very pleasant and simple to work with! Due to low inventory, finding a car during the pandemic may have been difficult, but Jesse Pedroza was able to identify precisely what we wanted and secure a car for us. Jesse was a pleasure to deal with, and we appreciate the time he took to assist us! 100/100
Veronica was wonderful, kind, detailed and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her customer service skill as well those of Jessy. Both of them are definitely awesome!
DECEPTIVE!!!! LIARS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!Advertised a car we drove close to an hour and when we got there car was just sold The snake man didnt even have the guts to tell us. Sent some lady over. Than had the nerve to show us a toe up from the flo up corolla with duct tape. Scratched up. She talking about they can buff it out. Girl bye!!! You guys need to be sued.BUYER BEWARE!!!
Dominique Carpenter was an awesome salesman to work with today. Very friendly, personable, to the point. I normally dread the car salesman type personality but he didn’t give that vibe out at all. Would highly recommend. Melina in finance was amazing as well, explained everything thoroughly & got me taken care of
Going car shopping can be a bit nerve wrecking, on top of that there’s the stigma of the sales person often being to pushy on making the sale. But I have to admit that this was by far the best experience. Cristela did such an amazing job. She was easy to work with, she helped me out a ton, broke everything down to where I could understand it all. Overall it was a very comforting experience and I walked out knowing I made the right decision.
Shout out to Martin for helping get in a new car. He understood that I wanted my payments low and didn’t try to force me into something I couldn’t afford. He was all about making sure I was taken care of. I can’t wait to bring my friends and family here. Thank you so much Martin for the help. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!
Liyer and fraud customer service not recommended for this place they dont diagnosed with the car they just sell bad car to customers and when customers come back for service they don’t take care of them it just 20 days ago we bought the infinity from toyota of Dallas show room The manager Sayyed and the sell man Rafi they both know they sell us bad car we have letter n email of them everything the had of the Manager Darren we talk to him to but they are not interested to work with customers.
This is the place where dreams come true. RAFI is the guy you go to. RAFI will do everything to give you a better deal.
Derek Oh is an incredible salesman. Professional, timely, and absolutely user friendly. Will buy with Derek again, he was the reason we chose Toyota of Dallas even though we live in Salado! Tool care of us as a military family and drove the vehicle down to Fort Hood to our driveway and taught my wife how to use and set up features. Amazing experience.
Great place and great people to lease the car. Love the patience that the sales people are having here to spend time in explaining and listening to customer to provide what customer needs.
Derek Oh set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry for some ballpark numbers on a new Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4, Derek was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Dereks attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! The new truck was for my 16yr old daughter and at time of delivery Derek made sure she knew how to work all of the features in the car. I feel much safer knowing that she understands all of the functions and that is thanks to Derek Oh. I saved Dereks number in my phone as Ill be back working with him on my next car soon!
Toyota of Dallas has been one of the greatest dealership experiences in buying a new vehicle. In the process of buying my 4runner, everything went very smoothly and professionally. Gary Luengas and William Shields have made this car buying journey wonderful and they deserve 5 stars on all remarks. Thank you internet managers and sales managers for this wonderful sale opportunity.
I had the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. Jesse Pedroza made the procedure quick, easy, and straightforward. Every other Toyota dealer I contacted was charging outrageous fees and markups on trucks, but Jesse at Toyota of Dallas was able to get the exact Tacoma I wanted, at a fair price. Thanks
I went to the dealership for my casual ToyotaCare but I also had another service which had an absurd price that I didn’t realize. The bottom cover of my car got busted and the only problem was that we needed the right screws. They told us they had to replace it and everything for 85 dollars which seemed like a good deal at first but turns out, they didn’t replace it. They just had to replace 6 clips which only costs 7.44 but they charged me 65 dollars for Labor which was unacceptable because first of all, they didn’t replace the cover like I mentioned earlier, 2nd of all they only replaced 6 clips, and lastly I don’t know ANYWHERE that charges me or anyone else 65 dollars for a quick and simple installation of clips/screws. This should take only 10 minutes of their time or maybe even less.
Jesse Pedroza is the man to see; he was really helpful, extremely handy, and extremely knowledgeable! Jesse took the time to take me through the lot, where I was greeted warmly by a number of staff. Such a positive experience that I will gladly return and do business with these folks!
Scott, Jesenia, and Tony were the greatest team Ive ever been with. They were honest and upfront with me since the beginning. Anytime I was concerned on something he made sure he made me understand and was comfortable! They will be the only ones I will deal with from now on. I recommend anyone to see them for a quick and painless experience.
Just 1 word for them scammers !Never going back to this dealer, I would like to mention a name of that lady Veronica who introduced herself as a sales manager for new cars, she was very rude and don’t even know how to talk with customers and when I asked her to let me share my bad experience with your manager then she raised her voice and said I am only the manager of this store, now you can complain directly to BH .And this was my second visit and second time bad experience so !Beware of these scammers !
Service Associate Israel was arrogant, rude and slow. Would not accept an emailed coupon that clearly stated it was usable for an oil change. Very busy on the weekends, but weekdays are ok.
Had a great experience. Johan who is one of the sales representatives did an amazing Job in assisting us with our new purchase. He had great customer centricity and was passionate it what he was doing. I will certainly recommend more friends and families to Johan!!
The lack of professionalism is evident. My fiancé called 2 hours before we arrived to the location and ask for a specific model which on the phone was confirmed, at our arrival the two vehicles suddenly disappeared. Management didn’t even apologize what a joke I guess they don’t know the truly meaning of genuine hospitality and customer service skills.
We have been blessed with the sales person of this dealership! He has been more than good to us! Please note that not all car dealers are the same! The difference of this one is the vendor and the manager! Please note that when you go in, ask for Jesse Torres and also ask for Dan Stewart, the manager! They will give you a better deal and will make it happen in time for this busy time with no cars on the market! Toyota of Dallas. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended God bless these 2 guys, they are awesome!
Toyota of Dallas did it again for me! They’re the bomb especially Ricardo Guajardo Jr. my sales consultant, he made sure I got the car well the suv I really wanted with a note cheaper than I was paying on my car. I am very thankful and I’ll be back in a year to see him. Thank you all very much!!!!
Thank you so much Jesse Pedroza! My husband and I had the most amazing time here! Great deals and tons of options 5/5
I have challenged Credit. But RAFI helped me get an approval. I bought Highland which is my dream car. RAFI made my dream come true. The car purchasing experience I ever had. Look for RAFI he is the best.
New car sales manager Dan Stewart is one of the most incessantly rude people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not only did he treat us less than human but actively berated us after trying to ask questions, and shouted at us as we promptly left the store. Absolutely abysmal behavior from anyone, especially a fully grown adult in a customer service industry. If you want to shop for a new Toyota, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.
UPDATE: NOT ONLY WAS THE AXEL BENT, THE HOUSING IS ALSO BENT. ANOTHER $2,500 REPAIR. IM NOW OUT $5K BECAUSE I BOUGHT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A PERFECT CONDITION 2020 4RUNNER WITH 9K MILES ON IT. NO CALLS/EMAILS FROM TOYOTA OF DALLAS- BUT HAVE LEFT VOICEMAILS FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING:I purchased a 2020 4Runner with ~9k miles on it on 3/31/2021. Always wanted one so I got one. This one was basically new so i jumped on it. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and roughly 5k miles later. I go to another Toyota dealer to get oil changed(I live closer to Cowboy Toyota) and we find that the rear tires are completely bald on the inside(looked new from outside). My first thought was the tires were Like new when I purchased the vehicle, so I’m not sure what happened. Come to find out the alignment was really badly off, so I called Toyota Dallas and they agreed to replace both rear tires at no cost. I take it back to cowboy to get an alignment done because now I don’t trust Toyota of Dallas and they find that the reason the rear tires were bald is because the axle is bent. I called Toyota of Dallas and Cody, who says he’s the GM, says you signed the Carfax so it’s not my problem. Carfax shows a minor incident resulting in cosmetic damage, nothing serious or something that can result in serious damage- or at least that’s what the sales guy led me to believe. Plus all the maintenance records are through Toyota of Dallas and everything seemed legitimate. So here I am with a $2,000 repair job that I’m forced to pay. Bottom line- highly unethical and dishonest. It’s no wonder they agreed to replace the rear tires- knowing something like this was wrong. All it took for Cowboy Toyota to see the bent rear axle was an oil change. Toyota of Dallas‘s service department didn’t catch anything during their “World Class Inspection” while preparing the vehicle to be sold. A JOKE!!! The alignment never could have been right before the sale and they chose to either withhold or ignore this information and sell it damaged without mentioning it to the buyer(me). All in all- shocking that this happened. Even the service guy at Cowboy was shocked. Integrity is important to most people, but apparently not to everyone as demonstrated here by Toyota of Dallas.
I just had my car serviced here. I have Toyota Prius Prime. The service is for 10k miles and it is covered by Toyota. They started selling me stuff that are not recommended by Toyota maintenance and I declined. When I made my appointment online, I stated that the car is making a noise and the advisor stated that I have to keep the car with them for at least 1-2 days only to check it!! This is ridiculous!! Also they did not even wash the car. The most horrible service that I’ve ever had in my life. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
The customer service at Toyota of Dallas is by far the most outstanding and professional dealership in the DFW metroplex area. We purchased a new 2021 Toyota Four Runner Limited and from the start to the finish they made the experience of buying a vehicle very pleasant and enjoyable. They worked with the numbers on my trade and the finance department to get the best deal for our new vehicle. I will definitely use Toyota of Dallas again when we decide to purchase another vehicle. Ask for Daniel or one of the new guys and they will take care of the entire process for you! ;/)
Jesse Pedroza was a pleasure to deal with, and the process went well. There were no games, and the transaction was carried out exactly as it had been arranged online and over the phone. Thank you so much.
These guys were great! My salesman, Moe, literally sent me an email tour of the car on Monday and had me approved with keys to my brand new BMW on Tuesday! By far the best service I’ve received at any car dealership. The managers and literally everyone was so kind and patient. If you’re looking for a seamless car buying experience with people who actually care, go to Toyota or Dallas and ask for MOE!
They are awesome - very professional, very attentive, very customer oriented, very service oriented- I had this wonderful experience with Ms. Shontell Williams and every time I met with her she proved Toyota is the best. I mean, she has always been very patient, very humble, very professional - ready to serve - go out of the way - keep up with word of mouth - overall, simply awesome. I would not hesitate to travel almost 40 minutes from my house because it is worth it.
Toyota of Dallas was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing my Tacoma. The professionalism from start to finish as well as the hospitality was amazing and working with Mario and Catalina was a delight. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.
The team at Toyota of Dallas make buying your first car an easy and enjoyable experience. They radiate positivity and know how to make the environment comfortable. They can explain every car feature, every step of the process, the complexity of financing, and all of your options very well. They are the top rated Toyota dealership for a reason.
They are awesome and dont plant addendums behind every price of car. This dealership is awesome; especially Tony and Dereck. If you want to here the story look below. After a horrific experience at Toyota of Richardson I had little to no faith that promises would be delivered. Richardson had blatantly lied to my face, couldnt tell me what a charge of $1800 was for, took a payment that should have been $229 to $425, and had very sleezy management (great salesman though). When I went to Toyota of Dallas Tony Monzari and Dereck in Finance were extremely competent and efficient. They knew my exact lease offer and I paid what was promised. They were professional and shared a few laughs and even got us snacks. Truly a wonderful experience and one that I thought would not get the bad taste out of my mouth. Love them
Our overall experience was pretty positive. Just a couple of things they could have improved on their customer service. We asked to personally speak with the guy about our interest rate options. The way that was handled was weird and someone just ran it without giving us a chance to discuss it. At that point it, we couldn’t change anything because it would’ve been another hit on our credit. So we’re just hoping they got us the best rate possible. Also, when leaving, it would’ve been nice if someone had gone through some of the basic operations of the vehicle with us, especially since I was driving it 3 hrs home in the dark. I finally figured some stuff out as I was driving home and some while stopped for a break. But that should be something all dealers do when they sell a car. The people we worked with were all friendly and Jesse our salesman was very nice, not pushy or annoying at all.
Ask for (Carlos Amaya), he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible.
I had a good experience with Toyota the process was easy friendly what I like the most was the patience they head with me helping answering all my questions test driving through different cars until I made the right decision for myself .
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. From start to finish they made my experience positive. Maria was my salesperson and I never felt pressured, just listened to and helped in every way possible to find the right vehicle for my needs. In finance, Harold was professional and warm and made that process quick and painless as well. The sales manager and his team were all pleasant and the atmosphere there is fun. I’ll be a loyal customer for sure.
I went in for what I believed would be a quick service, but it took 2.5 days for my car to be ready. When I got my car back, it was dirty & they used up all my gas without letting me know or even filling it up. I’m not sure what else happened, but my battery no longer worked afterwards. I called them later and the guy who was in charge of my car laughed at me when I raised my concerns. The only good thing was the shuttle service men were very kind. I ended up having to go to Toyota Plano to get my car fixed again & their service team was perfect. If you need service done, just make an appointment in Plano and make your life easier.
Excellent service and fair negotiation. I highly recommend the seller who served me who speaks three languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Congratulations. Salesperson Imanol.
Although I ended up buying my vehicle at another dealership (only because the vehicle arrived sooner), Mario Rayas was such a pleasure to work with! I honestly wish I was able to get my vehicle from him as the other dealership was less than ideal to work with. Mario was great with communication, as well as follow up! Definitely the most pleasurable part of my buying experience. If you buy your vehicle from Toyota of Dallas, ask for Mario Rayas to help you out! You wont be disappointed!
Great place to do business. Deny actually drove my car to me 3 and half hours away and picked up my trade-ins. Simple process. I knew enough about buying cars and what I wanted, so the hassled numbers were skipped and explained simplified. Great car I have now.
My sister referred me to Derek Oh...she recently leased a Toyota Tacoma in April and she told me about her enjoyable experience in working with Derek. At the time, I was researching cars and had settled on purchasing a 2021 Hyundai Tucson and was working with multiple dealers and Toyota was not on my radar since it was more than I was wanting to spend on a new car for my 16 year old daughter. Long story short, the Hyundai dealer never emailed me back to accept my offer so I reached out to Derek, who was very straightforward and easy to work with from the very beginning. I was honestly asking him for other Hyundai salesperson referrals but got to asking him about Toyota Rav4s and he was quick to respond and knowledgeable about inventory. With Derek, I didnt feel like there was a lot of back and forth that you would normally have with dealers. He told me his bottom line number and the things he could do versus could not do at the beginning. Given this market, I feel like Derek could have not given his attention and care to the level that he did since there are so many other potential buyers that are willing to make a stronger offer on vehicles. However, Derek made the experience very pleasant and he went above and beyond by coming to my home to get all the papers signed and rushing to get the vehicle delivered to my home in the evening so I could surprise my daughter. Talk about service! Even though I paid more than I originally wanted to spend, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service that Derek, Harold Hudson and Toyota provided me. I am happy to go into more detail about my experience, if needed, and I would absolutely refer Derek to others who are looking for a Toyota.
Bought a car back in March. Still no title because the paperwork was done wrong. Been trying to get this all fixed for almost a month. My finance person will not answer nor return my calls. Pretty frustrating. I call and they say they will take care of it, but nobody does.
The salesman/woman are amazing & the rest of the stuff are great. But if you work with auto repair is trash like they will rush you to get your car out when they just finish it & will not work with you to help you get your car out even tho they rushing you also & they will charge you with a storage fee.
Do not service your vehicle here!!! You will over-pay for absolutely everything. I have never paid more than $56 for a synthetic oil change on my Toyota at another dealership and this place cost me $89 after tax. They also quoted me on several other recommended services and cost was a third more then South Toyota & Family Toyota. Not to mention the service advisor had an attitude with me when I told her I was shocked at how much more they are charging than other Toyota dealers. She tried to tell me I was wrong after “looking at my records” which had a bunch of BS things listed on there that I never have done to my car.Literally the only positive experience I had was test driving with Bert in the used car department. He was great and I recommend asking for Bert if you come here to look for a used vehicle.
It was an outstanding experience to buy my dream car at this location!! I got to say a special thanks to Shawn Payne. He is one of the finance managers . He got a great great deal on my car .
We recently made a purchase here. We had a fantastic experience with the team who worked with us - Edward Marroquin, Jonathan Jimenez and Ricardo! Would definitely recommend 👍👍
Had my truck for 2 years now that had some issues from previous owner but I purchased warranty from here as well and all I have to say is they’re great and making deals and selling vehicles but the vehicle service dept. is a real teeth pulling/grinding experience. I mean initially when I purchased the truck from the sales department it was a great experience but now the follow up with the service department is where I fail to see a great total customer experience.
First of all, I would like to thank Adrian Terrell, the wonderful salesman who helped me today. He gave me the most for my trade-in and walked me through every step of the paperwork. He went above and beyond and made sure I understood any detail I had a question about. I also got a great deal on the Used 2009 Toyota Venza and owe it all to the wonderful salesman Adrian. I highly recommend coming to Toyota of Dallas for your next vehicle. They are very nice and have a nice atmosphere!
My husband went in after being told the truck he wanted and the color was there. Veronica sold him lies. She put the wrong interest rate on the paperwork and to top off she sent him home with a truck with a different Vin number than what the paperwork. I was told wait until the first payment, the finance company could change the rate and that was a lie. Then talked to Dan Stewart, manager, said he would return my call on the matter and there has not been any follow up on the matter. Finance company said, They baited you in.
