Steve Roeder is all I have to say, this guy is great to work with he worked magic for me, I had just bought a 2018 Ford F-150 and hated it a few days later and thought I was stuck with it because ford wouldn’t trade me up tried telling me a 30k dollar truck was worth 15k a few days later and nothing worse than paying for something you do not like, a good friend of mine said to call metroplex and talk to Steve and I’m glad I did he made me the happiest guy on earth by trading my xl F150 and putting me in a new ram crew cab 4x4 hemi, so if you come to a dead end call Steve he will fix you up, once again Steve THANK YOU BROTHER
Be wary if you purchase a used vehicle from this location. Their multi point inspection leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a vehicle for my son, his first car. It has yet to be a year since I purchased this vehicle and I have already spent over 3K in repairs that their so called inspection missed. This includes multiple oil leaks, oil gaskets replacements, sensor replacements, etc. There was a trouble light when I purchased the car and the rep convinced me it was because the car was due for an oil change which they had already completed and had forgotten to reset the notification. Completely my fault for not checking into it more. Turns out there were 3 exterior lights that had burned out that I had to replace. Not head lights but the side turn signal(housing for that light was also broken, didnt notice until I was driving and it fell out), license plates light, and a fog lamp light. Why didnt I notice these things you ask, because i bought the car in the middle of the day when you cant see these lights on. I dont expect a perfect car when purchasing a used car but I also dont expect to spend 3K in repairs in 11 months after the initial purchase of a car that cost me 12K. Especially since we have only put less than 2K miles in one year.

This dealership changed the way I think about car service and maintenance.We went in after a surprise issue emerged on our car with multiple check engine lights on. We had never encountered any major issues with the car before and neither of us knew much about repair work.I drove in just before they were scheduled to open for the day and was waved in by Elvis, who listened to my description of the issue. He pulled up the error codes from the computer and explained to me the possible issues and fixes related to the codes. He described the problem in a way that was easy for me to understand and quickly sent the car in for full diagnosis.Weve moved a lot over the years and have experienced all kinds of dealerships and service departments, but Ive never felt like a customer until I came here. Elvis checked before any work was done and worked with us to make sure we got everything we needed fixed on the car without breaking the bank, and was adamant that we leave happy. There was even followup work needed that he made sure was taken care of and made sure we had a loaner vehicle while our car was being worked on.Very happy with the service department here - they work hard to make sure your car is taken care of. Everything is well documented and your bill will outline estimates and final totals, no surprise charges, fine print, or unnecessary work.Will definitely be returning when its time to upgrade cars or if we unfortunately need additional repairs.
I absolutely love this location. Second time I came here and left with a vehicle I wanted with a great price! This time my sales rep was Miles. He was absolutely the best sales man I have ever worked with. He was funny, helpful, sincere and worked really hard to find a vehicle that fit who I was with a price I could afford. I want to start of by saying that I am in now way affiliated or was this review solicited by Metroplex CDJRF. Also, they are under new management and the older reviews are basically worthless.Now lets get to it.... as I was driving home during the recent freeze from Oklahoma to Houston, at approximately 7pm, my truck overheated passing through Dallas. I was able to limp it to a parking lot and proceeded to call roadside assistance. I also, looked up the closest dealership, and saw that Metroplex was about 6 miles away. I called them... and their amazing customer service manager, Leigh Holman, just happened to answer. I told her my situation and she said that they closed at 8pm, but not to worry, that she would wait for me. But because I was pulling a flatbed trailer, roadside assistance turned into a nightmare, and wasnt going to show up until almost 10pm. During all of the delays, I had told Mrs. Holman about the situation and told her to go on home, as I felt bad that she was waiting on me during her off time. Without hesitation, she immediately offered to bring her own truck and hook up my trailer, so the towing company wouldnt have to worry about it and to get me off the side of the road and to the hotel I had to book for the night.... not to mention also saving me well over $100 for the added trailer towing expense. She arrived to my broken down truck and trailer at the same time as roadside assistance. It was 20 degrees out and I was freezing, tired, and just wanted to get back to my wife and kids, whom I hadnt seen all week. We hooked my trailer up to her truck, and the tow truck loaded up my truck, and we drove to the dealership. After dropping everything off there (she also offered up a storage lot to put my trailer while my truck was being fixed), she offered to give me a ride to the hotel, again saving me the trouble of getting a taxi or renting a car! We arrived to my hotel at about 11pm. She told we that she had emailed her Service Manager, Kevin Shutter, and that he was apprised of the situation and that they would be in contact in the morning. She said not to worry, that they would take good care of me. The next morning I got a call saying that they found the problem and that it would be fixed that afternoon. Knowing that I was stranded, they immediately got to work and I was on the road for home by 1pm!! Leigh Holman was my guardian angel that night! And Kevin Shutter was also amazing. I cant thank them enough. I wish I could give them more stars. They definitely earned a new customer for life in me. With this kind of service, and just good hearted, trustworthy people, you cant go anywhere else.
Worst dealership that blurs the lines of fraud. Have had 3 terrible experiences. They gave me a quote for my engine rattling for $2,200, but I got a second opinion who said my battery had low voltage, which was causing the intermittent shaking. All I needed was a new battery for $80 - car has been running great with no shaking for 8 months. Additionally, I tried to replace the car key for my 2007 wrangler and they quoted me $250 for the key and an additional $150 to program it. I ended up buying the same key online for $38 and paid a locksmith $40 to program it. I highly recommend you find any other dealership than this one. Bad business and worse ethics.
Carrie Chan is the Service person to go to when you need to get it done. If I was only evaluating her, the rating would have been five stars!In over a year Ive used this dealership twice. The first time was such a horrendous experience, I swore never to go back. Never say never is the cliche and due to Kevin Shutters listening ear and promise to make things right, I returned.First time ever a auto shop has ever come in UNDER budget. Many kudos in that they also declined to recommend other high dollar services, something they could have done as there was no previous service history to go to. Their evaluation of what was necessary and what could wait was complete, spot on, and saved a lot of money for unneeded work.Not to say they are perfect. They will take longer than other dealerships.And while there is a fine balance between, time, quality and savings; Ill choose quality and savings every time.However, one item on their punch list went unresolved for over three months despite two dozen calls (it seems no one responds to their voicemail inquiries) and half a dozen promises. Ive dealt with five or more service agents (at least two are no longer there) and only Carrie Chan (who wasnt even my service agent) brought final resolution.From now on, Metroplex will not service my vehicle unless Carrie Chan is available to oversee the work (or personally guarantee someone else).
I have a Fiat, which I love, but needed to get the hatch latch fixed. Was going to cost over $700 but they showed good will and reduced the price. So thankful I drove over 40 miles to get there.
Pretty good experience dealing with the employees, very welcoming and friendly. Quality seems a little lacking though. Several cosmetic issues that appear to have been cheaply adjusted to survive a test drive. Battery died the very first cold night after purchasing. If buying a used car, I would recommend getting it checked out by an independent mechanic prior to purchase
Kelvin was great in getting me what I needed in an emergency. I was satisfied. As well as Joe the mechanic. He came out in the rain and fixed my radiator. I was so grateful. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service

Ive had work done twice now and I find that the service provided is very good BUT I also find that they are over priced for all services across the board compared to other Ram dealers. $254 for oil change, tire rotation, and serpentine belt replacement....add a rear brake job and the quote was $800... Seems very high to me considering just the belt is less than $40 almost everywhere and a brake job at other dealers is about $150. They are polite and accommodating but the cost of using this dealer is just too high.
TJ in the service department is amazing! I got a flat tire yesterday morning and couldnt fine the key to get the lug nut lock off. After dealing all day with trying to figure out how to safely get my car to a shop, we put fix a flat in the tire and a mechanic near my office in downtown helped me get air in it so I could safely get it to Metroplex so they could put my spare on for me. TJ saw how stressed I was when I came in and was just so sweet to deal with. Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to him for future maintenance and issues!
As I value online reviews for info, and most people are eager to give bad reviews, but less likely to take the time to provide a positive review, I want to give credit where credit is due. My sales rep, Alisha, was very courteous, helpful, very accommodating, and easy to negotiate with. Not a stereotypical car dealership experience at all. Agreements were made and quickly fulfilled. A Ram dealership I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.
I was referred to Miles by my brother and Im very glad I was. He made the whole process fast and simple and got me in a newer, much better vehicle than I had for roughly the same price. Very pleased with the service and Ill definitely recommend Miles to anyone looking for a car!

Salesman not knowledgeable about make/model of car he was selling. Delivers underwhelming customer service. Upon return to pick up plates, wasnt bothered enough to put at least two screws to keep plate in place. Have had vehicle four months and have had to take it to get serviced three times. Avoid at all costs.

They were 30 minutes FASTER than the estimated time I was told AND they washed my car to the point that it almost looks better than when I first bought it. Let me start off by saying how fantastic Thomas Woodard was by working with me on the repairs for my Jeep. I brought my vehicle in for service and I was in just complete shock from leaving another dealership with the large amount of money they wanted me to pay for on repairs they said I needed. I never knew the Metroplex dealership was here until I passed it one day. I was a little overwhelmed when I came into the service department but Thomas was very understanding and assured me that he would help me take care of my vehicle.Thomas brought to my attention that I had a warranty available for me on a specific part for my car and it would be completely covered. I was so glad he told me because the other dealership wanted to charge me for this same service! AMAZING! He was able to get that warranty done, get maintenance done on my radiator AND get my brakes changed all in the same day! WOW! REALLY JUST WOW!!! You cant get that service elsewhere! This was my very first time here and my husband and I are now FOREVER customers to Thomas for both of our vehicles. I said this too many times when I picked up my vehicle but I am going to say it again, THANK YOU THOMAS! You truly made my experience amazing and hassle free!

I spent a lot of time researching pickups before I finally decided which one I wanted. Then I started reaching out to dealers all over the state looking for the best price out the door for the truck I wanted. The majority of the dealers I contacted didn’t take me seriously when I told them I wanted to negotiate a price online before I made a trip to the lot, but that’s their loss because I was ready to buy with my own financing. I got a lot of obscenely high quotes initially from most dealers and some just responded that they do not negotiate online. If a dealer ever tells you that, don’t waste your time. When I reached out to Metroplex CDJRF I made contact with a sales consultant named Ian Harvey. He assured me that he valued my time and would do everything he could to get me the best offer. I made sure I let him know that I was shopping around and that I would not settle for anything short of an amazing deal. Ian’s initial offer was better than a lot of others but I believed I could find a lower price. So I told him to let me know if any new rebates or incentive came about as I continued to shop around. Weeks went by and out of the 30+ dealers I contacted Ian was one of the only two sales consultants who stayed in contact with me and continued to negotiate. As other dealers refused to budge after their first offer, Metroplex continued to negotiate and we eventually came to a price for a new truck that was impossible to not take advantage of. I highly recommend this dealership because of the professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for my budget and time while shopping around for a new truck. Ian was great, he got me the best deal in the state, and he was a joy to finally meet in person at the lot. If I come across anyone looking for a jeep, dodge, ram, etc. I will definitely encourage them to reach out to this dealership and more specifically Ian Harvey.
Do NOT get your car serviced here. I took my car to them for an oil change and oil filter change and not even a week later my check engine light comes on.I take great care of my car and have never had any issues with it.I took it back there & what do you know? AN OIL LEAK and other complications with my engine oil system. They tried to say it was an OLD leak but if you are doing an oil change and multi point inspection, shouldn’t somewhere in there you be checking for oil leaks?So of course they tried to put it on me.They then told me it would he $2973 to fix!!!!They said labor is $170/hr!!! I’m bot sire if they were trying to get over on me because i’m a woman or what but it was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dodge Dealership.When bringing my concerns to the service manager her told me that I was offending him when I didn’t offend him in any way possible. He then proceeded to stand up and yell at me and act like he was going to get in my face because I didn’t feel comfortable paying the diagnostic fees when they had just done work on my car the prior week.It was a mess all together.0/10, Would not recommended!They are NASTY.
Dont use the service department, dropped my car off early in the morning and was told they would look at it but never got an update, left a voicemail for them to call me back and never got the call. So decided to show up late that day and contact someone and the service guy said they didnt even get to service the car but couldnt give me a good reason why he couldnt return my call. Then said I had to come back tomorrow to drop off the car again since they couldnt give me a loaner. This is the second time this happens so I decided not to return. All he had to do is at least keep me posted
I pretty much been coming here for a number of years, since my first Jeep. At least five years. I have always had the greatest of service. The wait has never been too ridiculous. The counselors are great at corresponding and giving relevant information.
I’ve been a customer of Metroplex Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Sales since 2015. I recently came in because my lease was coming to an end. When I arrived at the showroom I was greeted by Jason Reid. He immediately began to work with me to figure out which direction car wise I wanted to go. He laid out all my options and *thoroughly* explained everything. He even went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best price possible that I was thoroughly comfortable with. He let me bounce all of my questions off him and answered every single one in depth. He even worked with his team to add tinted windows and black rims as an added bonus to my package, something which I am extremely excited and grateful for! I signed my new lease today and I am so happy to have worked with Mr. Reid. His patience, knowledge and professionalism truly made it a pleasant experience.The Metroplex showroom itself is very aesthetically pleasing and offers great amenities such as modern/comfortable seating, television, complimentary WiFi, snacks etc. Workers are constantly checking in on you, asking if you would like a cold beverage or snack. Metroplex offers a great environment for its customers and I felt extremely at ease there.In closing, these are just some of the reasons why as long as I keep living in Dallas I will continue to return to the Metroplex Showroom. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or FIAT.
This is absolutely the worst dealership you could go to. I came in the end of the day WESNESDAY dropping my car off with an a/c leak and a ride feel compliant. Because I normally have THURSDAY off I only called once for an update that day around 3pm, and they tell me they haven’t even started looking at it. I know exactly how everything works, and sometimes you just don’t get to things. But seriously, a whole day and you didn’t even offer a loan car or a rental when it’s taking this long? Im a technician at a dealership, but I came to this dealership in plain clothes to see how they operate. Not only did the service advisor argue with me the entire time about how I didn’t have warranty, when I have 4 months left, but also took 2 days just to INSPECT my vehicle. Then when I call again FRIDAY for an update he tells me it’s gonna be $500 to just recharge my system with only 1 ounce of refrigerant missing from a 16 ounce system. THE NERVE. After this I inform him again that I’m under warranty and I don’t have to pay for anything, he says you don’t have to be rude and tells me he’ll call back before the end of the day. ITS THE END OF THE DAY AND STILL NO CALL. So I call back and guess what someone else tells me he’s left and so has the tech working on the car, it’ll be ready in the morning. Once I got there to pick up my car I talked to another man who had talked to the Forman about my car again, literally pointing out the problem for there blind eyes and he tells me there’s nothing wrong with it. As I argue with this man he says, “ You can’t recharge this new type of system with a leak so they found nothing, It uses vacuum. I’m not gonna argue with another tech about the a/c system I’ve been doing this for 30 years, have a nice day.” What does 30 years of experience have to do with a system that’s only been out for maybe 5 years? AND THE A/C SYSTEM USES A CHANGES IN PRESSURE, FOOL. You wasted your time for 30 years I guess, BASICS IN A/C 101. They think just because I’m a young female that I’m chill and won’t cause trouble, but after this experience, YOU GOT ANOTHER THING COMING.

Today was honestly one of the most successful moments I’ve ever had at a dealership. Justin, my sales rep was hands down the best salesmen I have encountered during my search for a new vehicle. He answered every question, went back and forth with management until I was satisfied with everything. Justin made sure I was walking out extremely happy and let me tell you I was! I can say with a happy heart that I am head over heels with my new heels! Again I don’t know how to say it enough but thank you Justin for everything you did!
My entire experience with Metroplex has been great. It started with the car buying experience. Buying a car can be exciting, but it does end up feeling stressful when youre trying to find the perfect vehicle. When I came in and met with Christina, she was perfect! I described what I was looking for in a vehicle, and she started searching...and searching... She didnt rush me to pick the first thing she found, and really dedicated herself to us! She found me the perfect Grand Cherokee that was in my price range and had all the options I was looking for! She was pleasant to deal with, very personable, and she didnt feel like a salesman!For service, I HIGHLY recommend you going to see Jarrett at the service center at Metroplex. He was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day, was able to help me with money saving suggestions, and on top of that was able to explain everything to me in a way in which I could actually understand what he was talking about. I have dealt with many different mechanics and dealerships around DFW, and have finally found a place that is convenient for me and doesnt always feel like theyre trying to stab me in the pocketbook every time I walk in the door. Im sure the other people that work in the service department are nice, but he truly is amazing, and I will only take my Jeep to him.
Amazing customer service. TJ is the best! My car had the engine and temperature lights on. I took the car somewhere else and they have a bad diagnosis and wanted to charge an outrageous price. TJ was very helpful, explaining every detail and being very transparent about the cost of reparation. This will definitely my go to place from now on!
Traveling from out of town and caught a sheet of plywood with the hood and mirror of my Jeep while on the interstate. Within a 24hr period, I was able to order a replacement hood, passenger side hood latch, and passenger side mirror through Metroplex AND have everything fixed. I didnt catch their names of the people while on the phone, but on the day of service- Micah coordinated the show and kept me well-informed throughout the process. When I picked my Jeep up, I was very satisfied and the team here had it ready to go with a top-notch exterior wash (no dirty spots, streaks or cut corners... My Jeep looked great!).
Horrible experience with them. I had already spoken with a sales rep the day before to finalize the deal on a car. I had paperwork all filled out and went first thing in the morning with an appointment to give down a deposit. I received an email morning about the meeting and car and found out as I got there that the car was already sold because of a higher price deal but they already told me to get my paperwork signed. They continued to deny saying that they never sell me that vehicle at that price point when I had paperwork to prove it. Thankful the deal never went through because i can’t imagine having to deal with them.

I had terrible experience with these guys. Experience before purchasing and after purchasing the car was completely different. There were few issues in the car which were known and they failed to fix them when reported.There was issue with touch screen inside car. When asked, the sales representative replied telling that he can’t take care of that thing. And this is already a known issue for representative. When asked they simply state that I’ve got the car deal in best price and I shouldn’t bother about such things. Man common, the touch screen is not working and I can’t configure my mobile.I don’t recommend this place for purchases as they hide few things and sell the car. I’m completely disappointed with their service.
Bought a used car with 40 thousand miles on it. Love the car. Within 35 days of owning the car I have had two problems. The first problem was with the steering mounts. The dealership covered the cost and fixed them. I was appreciated that and expected them to do that because the car was making a noise the day I left the dealership. That problem was fixed. Now the second problem was my fuel fill light came on. Keep in mind this is within 35 days of owning the vehicle. I haven’t even paid the first note yet. When I took it to service they wanted me to pay 200 deductible. I spoke with a manager at finance and he said he would pay 100 and I pay the other 100. I said that is bad business. I haven’t even had the car for 35 days and they want me to put money in it!!!!!??? Bad business.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. The first two cars had the Life Time extended warranty. I only bought my cars at this dealership because of their so called awesome warranty packages. Time would show that just trying to get an oil change was a nightmare. They were always giving me a hassle and trying to charge me for things covered under my warranty. My third car did not have a extended warranty. It did have a bubble in the front left tire when I purchased the car. I was told that it was fine and safe. Three months later, that tire is flat and ruined because of that bubble. If a dealership promises to many things; they are lies! Buyer be aware! Dont fall for their BS. I will never purchase from this dealership again!

The customer service at this place is totally awesome! I highly recommend Jarrett in service! Jarrett provided me with the most helpful information I have ever received! He was patient with me and even took time to explain things to me I did not understand. Not once did Jarrett get irritated with me when I asked him a thousand questions! I will be returning for service and I would love for Jarrett to assist me again!

I researched vehicles and dealerships for a while before reaching out to purchase. I read great things about this dealership and they did not disappoint. I worked with LD Upton and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and helpful. He had the car I wanted to look at pulled up and ready to go when I got to my appointment. From getting to the dealership, test driving the car, going through finance, and signing it was a pleasant experience. I was there for less than 3 hours. The gentleman in finance I worked with was wonderful as well. I knew where I needed to be price wise. He wasnt pushy and did everything he could to help me with GAP insurance and a service package without breaking the bank. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
I Cant say enough about Christina, or Metroplex CDJR in general. I live in Austin and was having somewhat of a difficult time finding a vehicle to suit my needs and tastes due to some credit issues. Christina worked with me for several weeks over the phone, and did absolutely anything and everything she could to get us the vehicle that we wanted. Typically, I wouldnt drive from Austin to Dallas to purchase a car, but Christina was the only person I wanted to work with out of all of the dealers I had been speaking to- which were many!. She is kind, she listens, she isnt pushy, she puts in all efforts possible to do whatever she can to make you feel heard, and that your needs are important to her, and she just gets it done. Plain and simple. The entire staff was friendly, the financing process went smoothly, the facility is clean and comfortable. We also worked briefly with a very nice gentlemen named Chris while Christina was helping another customer when we arrived, and he was just great. It is a fun, friendly, comfortable setting and everyone is extremely down to earth and understanding. I will never go anywhere else. I very, very highly recommend this dealership, and if youre lucky enough to work with Christina, youll feel the same way! :)

Wow! What can I say? My car was towed to this dealers service department because of the insurance contract with Fiat. I had never had any interaction with these guys before. I had a simple tire repair. My car was washed and vacuumed! My service advisor made sure that I made it to work and was picked up from work to retrieve the vehicle. I was highly impressed. He communicated with me completely throughout the process. What a great experience! I recommend this service department and will not go anywhere else for my Fiat service!
Awesome service center!!! I recommend this dealership service, my Charger went in for almost a complete rebuild came out running like a CHAMP. TJ White took care of all the warranty stuff left me in a much better place than I was!! TJ rocks and he is an asset to Dodge!!!
Ive been here several times in the service department for routine maintenance and warranty related service issues. There are few service managers that make you feel important and cared about and Elvis in service is one of them. I cant speak to the sales department or the rest of service, but Ill continue to be a customer as long as Elvis can take care of me.
I dont have words to describe how unhappy we are with the service department. There is ZERO communication or response from the service department. My husband kept calling because no one from the service department would answer or return his calls. When we were on day 3 of calling to get a status, the receptionist was not happy he was calling again and when my husband asked to please be transferred to someone that would actually answer because he had called several times already, the receptionist annoyingly responded I know! You keep calling every five minutes! Wow! Great job customer service! Once we were able to pick up our vehicle, its damaged! There are dents and deep scratches all over the vehicle that were not there prior, along with the white paint from whatever other vehicle they had next to ours. Such a horrible experience every time we bring our vehicle here. After this gets resolved, it is definitely the last time. We should have taken other customers complaints more seriously. Please beware of this horrible place!
This is the worst ram dealership I have ever dealt with. I called to setup an appointment and asked so many personal questions that had nothing to do with my van. I let them know I was just bringing it in to change fluids and i needed it back the same day. Oh no problem we will get you taken care of. So I GPS and go to the dealership. Im driving around looking for the service department. Tried asking several employees until one told me there wasnt a service department here and needed to drive to another location. So I drive over to the other location and almost no one is there. You would think they would quickly have me on my way. It was very painful to watch service writer attempting to do his job. So my van was there from 11- close for oil change and do i get a call that my van is ready? Nope nothing now its the next day and has anyone contacted me nope. The most unprofessional shop I have been too and will gladly drive 100 miles not to go back there
We had a wonderful experience here with Chris and Joey! We have bought and sold many cars at other dealerships, and this one is hands down the best we worked with so far. My husband and I continue to talk about how pleasant of an experience it was. Imagine that - buying a car can actually be enjoyable! :)

If you want an absolutely perfect car buying experience head here and ask for Steve Roeder. I never (literally never before this one) write reviews. But I just bought a new Ram 1500 at Metroplex over by Love Field and it was the best service Ive ever gotten by a mile. This was almost entirely thanks to the fact that Steve was so great to work with. Normally I dread salesmen but he was awesome from start to finish. He asked me what I wanted and actually listened, efficiently walked me through the options, gave me thorough and accurate info on any questions/concerns (including via text on his day off) - and it didnt hurt that he got me an AWESOME DEAL on my new truck. For some reason it didnt have floor mats, and Steve even insisted I take his high end mats FREE from his own truck (same model). Crazy! As long as he works there Ill be returning.
Went there today and it cost me $178 exact to just wait then come out and tell me after a hour and a half i would have to pay a additional $450 NOT even including the price of the so-called part for my engine without even seeing my check engine light on. So i got ripped off of $178 to just wait and they tried to make me come back for even more possible so-called service. So i would be paying shy of $700 at the end of everything.WARNING please dont go here folks you will just be baited to come back and get tricked to spend more money every hour they still dont do anything.
Nice, funny, helpful is how I can describe Christina. I was able to get the car I wanted plus a bonus. I am happy with what I got. I definitely recommend this dealership. The manager was also nice. They close at 7 and even though we got there 10 mins before they stayed open to help!!! Thanks so much....
I must say, I had the BEST customer service at this place. Thomas Woodard was very attentive, and made sure all the work and recalls were performed on my vehicle, and in a timely manner. Jeremiah Chavana was also extremely helpful with body work info and scheduling. They actually made me feel as if I was getting service at a luxury dealership. Thanks guys!
This place is a nightmare!! People never have an answer and when you have problems they barely try to resolve it. Been there a few times and EVERY SINGLE time something happens. I had called one time as our thermostat went out and wanted to know if it was covered under my warranty, NOBODY answered the phone and when I FINALLY got someone they didnt know and said they would call me back.... never received a call, took the car in a little after that to have an oil change just to find out it WAS covered under my warranty and STILL NOTHING WAS DONE TO RECTIFY THIS!! One time got the oil changed and they left a bungee cord attached to the inside tire, thankfully we heard it or could have cost us more, another time went in for an oil change was told this filter and that filter needs to be changed was quoted about $250.00 for all of the services, got the bill $500.00!!! Was NOT happy about that at all and not one person cared to rectify that situation. Same time had them check out why the low tire light was on, when we left we were told everything is good. Drive 2 ft and the light comes right back on. I guess the sensor was broke but wasnt told that until I had to go get rude with someone. Still nothing was rectified... Skip to recent just went and got an oil change and the change oil light comes on a day later.. Save your time, your money and the stress this place will cause you!!!

Referred someone who bought a car in June. They will hustle you in a way to think your getting a better deal when in reality your not . I was told I would get $100 referral after few weeks it’s been 4 months later I called spoke to couple sales managers WILL, SHANE. left message for Roger in finance spoke with front desk the GM was suppose to call me over a week later still no ones called . I left a message for Tiffany in customer relations still no call back.I been trying to find a number to get a hold of corporate but I just keep getting the mockingbird location . Once they sell you the car they dont care about the customer service afterwards. Would Never go back nor recommend someone. I been to Don Davis in Arlington for my own car they have excellent customer service and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there!

Brooks upped me, knew I was a old car guy/buyer and got with it. He did everything right, including vehicle selection and attitude. Brooks along with the manager respected my wants, and delivered. This was exactly what I never thought I would get when buying a vehicle from an unknown dealership. I have to give props to the team at Metroplex CJDR as they were upfront and honest, and were surprisingly fast with the deal. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Jeep or another Chrysler brand as they do it the right way. If I wouldve left a review the day I purchased our truck it probably wouldve been 5 stars. However, the experience after the fact has been less than ideal. The purchasing experience was great, our salesman Michael was great and even stayed late to complete the purchase. Hes the only reason Im not leaving only 1 star. When we picked up our truck the next day we noticed on the way home that there was a vibration/humming to the truck. We had already noticed that the two rear tires were brand new while the two front were not. So we assumed that was the cause of the vibration. No big deal since we were planning on putting all new tires that following Monday. After the new tires were on, the vibration continued and after further investigation we noticed a large dent in the drive shaft. We immediately called the dealership and scheduled to bring it in. The service manager then tries to tell us that it was our fault and he was incredibly rude. When we walk in and ask to speak to a sales manager everyone looks at each other and then gives us the new guy who has no idea what is going on. I almost feel bad for the guy. We are now weeks along and our problem STILL has NOT been resolved. They keep giving us the run around, telling us we have to pay for it, then saying they are going to order a part, then saying theyll take care of it, stalling to call us back, then saying we have to pay again, etc. The vibration has continued and we are becoming more and more concerned with the other pieces of our truck. All we want is for this to be fixed. We should not be held responsible for an oversight in their service department and for the service manager to try and turn it on us is incredibly unprofessional. All that being said...DO NOT use their service department and you should be VERY leery of purchasing anything used from them. Clearly their sales managers are also cowardice as they do not want to communicate with us and are very much giving the impression of them just wanting us to go away.UPDATE: After speaking with customer relations they were able to get the appropriate people involved and our situation was resolved the following Monday of my review. We now have a very smooth riding truck thanks to the new drive shaft. Thank you Tiffany for reaching out and helping to get us taken care of!
Go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle!! Purchased a new car from this location and inquired about an additional warranty I purchased at the time of sale. Elvis told me warranty is no longer available because they switched computer systems and it can not be looked up. Why would anyone purchase any extra warranties only to be told yeah we are to lazy to look it up?!! LAZY STAFF!
I just wanted to share my amazing experience I had at the Metroplex Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Service Department. I recently was stuck on the highway, helpless, in a hail storm. I received hail damage all over my new Cadillac. I was looking for a place to fix the damage since Cadillac dealerships do not service hail damage. With my husband living out of town for work I was nervous about getting taken advantage of...Luckily I found Metroplex!! I spoke with Richard Robles and Bobby Huggins in the service department at Metroplex and they took me under their wing. I have never experienced such efficient service! Richard and Bobby were very attentive, respectful and professional and I will now be coming back for all of my vehicle needs! Thank you again Metroplex for being there for me when I truly needed some help!
My name is Jim Wilson. I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Love Field Jeep. The dealership had it for roughly 24 hours to make repairs to the tires, a dampener, other service - $1500 price tag. When I picked up the car, the windshield had a crack in it that was not there when the car was dropped off. The service tech acknowledged it wasnt there. The window repair folks who always look for cracks to repair when cars are dropped off in the service bay, they didnt notice it. The service manager would not take any responsibility, and the liability is all my responsibility. I am still stunned by this response. To take in a vehicle from a customer, and then return it to the customer with new damage seems unconscionable to me. But not to the folks at Love Field Jeep. I will never return.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Dropped off our vehicle for a repair and was quoted $2200 total for the job. After we picked up the vehicle we realized that we were charged closer to $3000. The following day, the problem with the vehicle reoccurred, and the car went back to the service department. We called multiple times to speak to someone about the charge, but no one would return our calls. Two weeks later, they eventually fixed the problem with the car but refused to refund the $800 because we could not prove that that was the original quote. They did not even offer an apology for their mistake. That is a lot of money for a young family to be out of pocket. Not to mention finding alternative means for transportation while the car was there for almost three weeks total. The next time we need a Jeep serviced, we will be looking elsewhere with better customer service and a trustworthy service department.

I couldnt wait to get home and tell everyone about the excellent experience I had today with the service department thanks to Richard Robles! I was concerned about a previous service I received and he took the time to listen, didnt talk over me, and was very accommodating. Other service departments could learn from him because this is very important to us women! I often feel like Im not heard when Im at a car dealership/ service department. Richard made sure all my issues were resolved in a timely manner, and even washed my car without me asking! Much appreciated. I will be back and I will be asking for Richard!

Worst service department at a car dealership Ive experienced in my whole life. Unprofessional staff, no acceptance of responsibility by anyone there and blatant incompetence by whole team. Left dirt marks all over my headliner and seats when they repaired my sunroof - which I had to facilitate the ordering of with their parts department, just bizarre. Service department actually makes you call every week to see if an ordered part came in - they cant even coordinate with their parts people! They cant even get my name right on my account. Go elsewhere

I purchased my vehicle brand new from here and was only given 1 key. I called several times to inquire where my spare key was, they kept promising to mail it. My key ended up getting stolen and they made me pay the full price for a replacement, even though they only ever gave me 1 key to start with. Absolutely terrible customer service. There are many other dealerships to go to than this one.

Kris in the service department is AMAZING!!! Had to have work performed on my Jeep and he kept in constant communication with me the entire time to ensure I was aware of where they were at in the process. When I asked about a rental car he literally SPRINTED over to Enterprise as they were about to close and he wanted to be sure I got one! Will always come here whenever I need an oil change or any work done!!
Bought my Jeep here, the service was great for two years. Then my service tech Christina left. The tech they gave me didn’t know anything about jeeps or cars or how to look up my service records in the computer. I had my Jeep towed to Christina’s new dealership across town. Never looked back.
