Tito is the man! I tried about 20 places and was just a number, when I met Tito he was happy to help. He showed the best customer service and made me feel most comfortable. Definitely come see him if youre looking for a new vehicle.

Within a week of purchasing my car I had to replace the battery which was told to me by Tito the sales guy that I would be reimbursed but never did. Also Within a month the starter went out in the car and I was without a car for three weeks after constantly calling the main office and the car lot with no one answering my calls or messages that where left. I asked for another car four times because I was willing to give them a chance but still couldnt get an answer. Finally feed up voluntarily giving the car back and they expecting me to pay on a car I didnt even drive for a month. They are very unprofessional and only contact you when threatening with a lawyer. Very disappointing would not recommend them at all. Could not get down payment back or nothing but received a letter stating I have to pay the remaining balance on a car I dont have and only drove for a month.

Buying my vehicle from them was a great choice they were very professional and polite and in no way were they trying to pressure me into buying a car that was not my choice my time there was not long in and out within an hour thank you so much to the sales team! Update… within not even 2 weeks the check engine light came on! We were informed it was the catalyst converter. We were assured that it was a 1 day fix and that they would have the car back to us. 1 day after my husband dropped his car off they are now telling him it will not be ready and that he will have to wait an addition 4 days and still are not sure that it will even be available. They are not offering to let him use a loaner either. This company is fraud! Their own employee informed my husband that a lot of vehicles sold have to get in the shop! Please go somewhere else do not go to this company! Complete disappointment after my being assured their vehicles were excellent and full checks were done.Tito at VAMOS AUTO is the person to go see when u need awesome customer service and someone having your best interest in mind. He took amazing care of getting us into a vehicle and made it such an easy experience. Don’t waste your time going to other places. ONE STOP HERE AND YOUR DONE!!! Thank you Tito and VAMOS Auto!!

I feel for anyone who is uneducated enough or in the position financially or otherwise (like not having a DL) to have to purchase a vehicle here. I contacted them about a base trim Honda Odyssey with over 100k miles on it. Since there are several dealers in the area selling the same vehicle with the highest trim (leather, DVD player, sunroof, etc.) for under $9k, I thought they would have an awesome deal. Theyre wanting $19,500 for it! LMAO. 《《For reference, I have a 2013 Nissan Rogue SL (highest trim level) with 12k miles that I bought for $16,500》》 I used to work in the auto industry and was able to give this specific vehicles VIN to some old connections, as well as looking it up on Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book myself. According to EVERY database, theyre asking anywhere from $7k to $10k too much. When I pointed this out, they tried to tell me sorry this is out of your price range.This place takes advantage of people who are not documented and are forced to buy here. DO NOT DO IT
