I stopped into galleria wireless to look for a new phone since I had cracked my old phone I did not have a lot of money to spend on a newer nicer phone. they were very helpful and knowledgeable of all their products they help me find a phone that was comparable to the one that I broke. and they found one that was within my budget and I was very pleased with the phone that I purchased from them. they went out of their way to help me transfer all of the data from one phone to the other which most stores Ive been to didnt take the time to do that for me. Their prices were extremely reasonable and like I said the employees were very friendly and very helpful. I bought an iPhone 6 at this store that did not last for a day. When I went back to return the phone, they told me they dont accept returns. Be careful when you visit this store they are really SHADY. They will do everything it takes to sell to you but, once you give them your money, you cant get it back if you dont like the item. Really nice staff and they have good accessories. No one could beat their prices but when I got my phone it was dying a percent in less then a minute so I went back in for a new battery and she gave me one that was even worse it would shut off when the percent wasnt even close to dying so I had to order a new battery otherwise I couldnt use the phone for anything. I also had to do alot of updates myself but the phone is working good now.

They are now called RS Wireless. They professionally replaced my cracked screen glass with a brand new glass and digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for $120. They completed the service in 45 minutes. I very happy the service and savings. Everyone else was quoting me $249-$279. It was crazy.

Took my phone to replace the screen but they messed up the home button but didnt want to take responsability so after arguing about the price they replaced the old screen and I was given my phone now with a nonworking home button and on top of it they wanted to charge me for labor$25 which of course I didnt pay and they gave me tha phone back. But was told by the rudest store manager to never ever come back to her store.( I wasnt going to, anyways.) Please stay away from this place if possible.

Dont buy threre !!! They sell damaged phones repaired using cheap non original parts, but they will tell you that the phone is as new, never repaired. I bought such like new iphone 7 plus but then had to replace touch screen because it stopped working after ios upgrade. Stay away from this gallery.

Bad place to buy cell phones. You can get the same phones at Walmart for less money and get a money back return policy. These people are SHADY and will screw you out of your money quickly! If you have too much money and want to support foreigners and their families, bring your cash here and say bye bye to your dollars.Some kind of front for terrorist funding or activity. I was there for an hour and I was the only customer.Harry Hines Blvd is a place to get ripped off. If there was a place to buy phone cheap, there would be a really long line. These foreigners have control over the phone business and you ARE NOT one of them.

Horrible experience ok so heres how it started I was browsing on the 5miles app looking for a good price on a good pre-owned phone when I happen across a galleria wireless post it stated that they had a Samsung galaxy s7 edge for $300 I thought that was a great deal so I messaged them to confirm the price and the availability of the color and location everything checked out and was excellent until I arrived at the store where I was greeted by 3 female associates who were all very nice and respectful until the boss walked out when mentioning the post I had spoke to someone about he refused to honor the price stating the the blue colored phone I wanted was going to be $399 because it was blue even though i had the messages right there on my current phone with our conversation about how the BLUE Samsung galaxy s7 edge was the one I would be getting for $300 as I tried to reason with him he began yelling and screaming at me that he will sell his phones for what he wants And you dont go into Wal-Mart and decide the prices no I dont go into Wal-Mart and decide the prices but if Wal-Mart posts an add for something on sale and I were to call them and confirm the price I would expect them to hold their word regardless I settled for a phone that wasnt the one I wanted and will never return to this store horrible people and horrible customer service if you want to be screamed at by a guy who cant keep his world of highly suggest this place otherwise dont go.
