I worked with Francisco Madriz. I had to bring my blind friend to get her phone checked and the service was excellent the store was neat and clean. And everyone was busy with customers. I was greeted immediately.

It is the worst location I have ever been to. Talia was useless and the manager hid in the back room. Had to call customer and order over the phone. It was a total waste of time.

Petty fast service
Went in store looking to purchase iPhones for my children for Christmas. I told the rep which phones I wanted, I already knew how much they were because I checked all the information & pricing online beforehand. The rep was rude & asked to see my ID card & bank card. I asked why & he said to make sure my name on ID matched my bank card. I told him no & once he presented the phones I would give him my Bank card & ID, not a minute before. I feel like I was stereotyped because I am a young black woman, I guess I can’t have money to purchase multiple phones at once. I did not go in looking for credit or to finance, I just wanted to pay for the phones in full. The phones were going to be Christmas gifts. After all of this the store manager tells me they dont even have the iPhones I wanted in stock. I ended up having to go online to Apple buy the phones & I just picked them up in store with no problem. I would not recommend this T-Mobile to anyone. Representatives need to be retrained properly on how to handle customers the correct way. It’s to close to Christmas for bad customer service, trying to shop in this pandemic is already stressful enough! I am aware that scammers are everywhere but you dont treat paying customers this way.
I went to the park lane store and they didnt fix my issue, I came to this store and Rudy helped me rich away.
I recommend everyone to be helped out by Michelle Milan! She helped me and my family out a lot by thinking outside the box and willing to take her time to provide a well thought out solution! She is also very friendly and nice! Recommend her and T-Mobile 10000% percent!

By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. People need to learn there plans, cost of devices, and most important what they don’t have in stock. Save yourself the time and go to a location where they can actually help.

He is always professional, polite,, and helpful. I think he should be over their customer service training as he is the absolute best.
Best customer service ever, I would admit, the lady was extremely beautiful😍 and was really helpful and also the dude was really cool too. When they attended to me, we all did some brainstorming and they were able to help me in a way I couldnt even imagine even with making the best decision. I recommend you to go there if you have any issues with your mobile phone or want to switch. You have to be patient with them because they get a lot of customers, but asides that they are really great. Keep it up guys🙏🤗 A🌟
I had the worst experience that a person can possibly have in a store. The customer service provider name was girum, he was so unprofessional. I went to the store to upgrade my phone and he picked up my phone from the table without even asking and remove the cover. I told him that I wanted to upgrade a different phone. And he told me not to upgrade instead to pay off my current bill. I told him that I want to upgrade and he started to argue with me that either I shouldve payoff or buy a new one. So I left the store without buying or upgrading. He was disrespectful and rude. If I were a guy I know he wouldnt treat me this way. I dont recommend going to this store at all.

When I went there to add a my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier smartwatch from AT&T to my already open line, I was told they guarantee they could do it without any issues. They tried to delete my current open line and open a new one. Along with that, I waited there for an hour and an half looking at them being confused on what to do. Long story short I didnt get my watch added and I was upset leaving the place that promise to get things done.

Sooooo, I have to be a breath of fresh air to the reviews!! My experience on today was A+ service!! My sales rep Anwar was awesome! Anybody going through anything with your current provider a recommend you go talk to him! He took out the time to make sure my needs were met and that I didnt leave the way I came inside...PISSED!! My decision to leave Sprint for them is the best thing I feel I could have done for myself! Thanks again Anwar and I will be sending people your way :-)
The worsts store I ever seen I been with T-Mobile for 3 years I want today to get my replacement phone I stay there with my wife 4 to 5 hours until they close and they told me sorry we Going to close a I have to go tomorrow Stating 6 to 7 hours this is the worst astore I ever seen in forest lane I dont recommend anybody to go to the store or to go with t-mobile
