Do not waste your time. They actually told me to take my phone that wouldnt work across the street to a cell phone repair store. BEFORE I EVER HAD SERVICE CONNECTED
Me and a few more customers had to stand and wait at least 45 minutes before our names were called and they had no place where you can sit down and wait. Now thats just wrong. 😡

Friendly staff that seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with my phone not charging adequately. After checking it out, removing some apps that were slowing it down the problem persisted. They promptly ordered a new/refurbished phone to be sent to me at no charge. I came away satisfied.

I have been trying to update my data for several days on cellphones couldnt get it done. I went to the store for assistance got the update and new password. Customer service was great and friendly.
My guy was nice but the info he was able to pull on my account was limited. Not his fault. Spent more than 4 hours today trying to dispute a 2 month, $51.23 dollar charge. Back and forth. Record phone convos. They do, so can you.
Bad service and people that just want to exert their managerial dominance and not actually help someone. I was a new customer moving over 6 lines from 2 sprint accounts. I Had a order hung up from a mistake at a store in Coppell. Its a long story, but I then tried to call THIS STORE WITH THE NUMBER ON GOOGLE MAPS, to check the inventory before I came for the Iphone 12 pros. But the telesales person it sent me to sold me on everything to do another order and go pick it up.I get there and its hung up. I come home and talk to 4 people and after headaches I finally get fraud prevention to release my order. I get a new email that is complete and to pick up. I go to pick it up and its not ready. Instead of helping, the first rep told me they cannot do anything until their screen showed complete but it was in a sent status.Instead of trying to figure out what it is that is still wrong, they want to tell me to just leave and wait. Then the manager came and instead of trying to help, he tried to pick my story apart by telling me that the Coppell store could not have gave away my phone because the IMEI would be tied to my order so it was impossible. But then I picked apart his story and said if that is the case then the order I have with their address and store location and 4 phones should be ready for me to get and assigned to only me. And then he said its not how it works.I proceeded to tell him that he should have just apologized for the issues, empathized that the processes are not as thorough as they could have been and tried to see what he can do even to follow up to help me and call me back until that stupid little SENT button changed to a COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!

I call this the My Verizon Store . Every time that I have come here, I am immediately helped. All of the employees are very helpful and have always been able to answer all of my questions. They are very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The store is also very well kept. Theyre is nothing to complain about here. I definitely recommend coming to this store.

Warning: won’t let you in without a mask even though know if their employees didn’t have one on. Claim this is at all Verizon stores but I don’t see it anywhere posted online. What a waste of time. I get the policy but that needs to be advertised appropriately. Go somewhere else; other places let you in without one if you don’t have one.
I went to this Verizon store today as a new customer looking to sign up for their service with the new Motorola Razr. My mother came with me, as she wanted to see the phone as well. I was greeted by a young lady whose only facial expression was annoyance. She didnt seem to really understand what I was trying to do, and seemed annoyed at having to figure it out. My mother tried to ask her a question at one point, and her response was Im getting to that in the most condescending tone possible. My mother was aghast and immediately walked out. I almost went off on her for her attitude, but I decided to tersely end the conversation and left promptly. I didnt get her name, but shes short with long brown hair and a permanent scower.I went to another Verizon location in the area and thankfully received FAR better service. The staff there were also aghast when I told them what happened and apologized profusely, even though it wasnt their fault. Far more friendly and professional. I will NEVER step foot in this location again.

No one offered to help me set up my phone. They acted like I was a criminal. Went outside and could not get phone to work. So I went back in and ZAC helped me out. He was very professional and went way out of his way to help me out. Thank you ZAC and keep up the good work you are great at doing what you do!!! This location is where I will go from now on.

We arrived 40 minutes till closing time,waiting until last 15 min and went from different agents switing back n forth just to get a paper with the 1-800#. and was shown to the door since they were closed. Seems like they could use a customer service refresher class and this was a corporate store! Talk to 1-800# number the next day and was taken care of with 5-10 minutes!

We had great service from an employee at this location. The plan prices seem to be quite a bit better than AT&Ts. Prices for accessories are quite high, but thats to be expected at these types of stores. I recommend getting accessories online if possible.
My phone’s data stopped working and the associate didn’t even attempt to fix my phone or put notes on my account. They just tried to sell me a new phone. Honestly I switch to AT&T and my phone data works fine now

Kind of confusing check in experience but theres someone that walks around with a check in tablet, if theyre with a customer, they may not see you. Cant they just leave a kiosk open and have people check in? Other than that, the staff was nice and pickup was a breeze.
Very poor customer service, not even sure the employees understand basic technical aspects of cell phones. Ive been having an issue with my Google pixel and told staff that I had contacted Google, performed a factory reset of the phone, and was told to speak to Verizon. The response to this was to ask if I had tried turning the phone on and off (really guys?). I was then told I had to pay a $200 deductible to have the phone replaced. When I said this was not acceptable, they said they would try to do a work around with the insurance provider. Five minutes after this they tell me that the work around will cost more than $200. Not sure on what planet a more expensive solution would be more acceptable, but quickly learning this is par for the course with Verizon.

I highly suggest AT&T, better service and better price. I have been in over 10k business stores as im a business owner and congratulations on being the #1 and #2 rudest and most incompetent business locations I have ever been to(Oak Lawn and West Village) Use AT&T!
Last year I finally convinced my wife to join me and switch to Verizon. Their network is hands down the best in the market. Not one of their competitors can match the Verizon network. My spouse dropped her phone and cracked the screen last week and so this weekend, yesterday, we went to Verizon ( a store different than this one) and discovered that we had insured only one of the two Samsung Galaxy Note 9s - mine. I am upset with myself for not combing through the details to ensure everything was in good order with the application/contract and for trusting that that service provider also did his due process. A lesson well learned. Check your application/contract before you finalize everything.The cost to fix a cracked screen on the Verizon Samsung Note 9 without insurance, $240. My wife was upset and decided to go back to sorry old Sprint/T-Mobile and guess who followed her...me. So thats the fallout. I hope to be back in a couple of years (with my spouse).

Dropped by to pick up my pre-ordered phone. Sales person said I was a day late, and ordered had been canceled.I showed her my confirm, stating my pick up deadline, which I had not missed.She could not have cared less.Kept insisting I was too late.Could not even sell me a different phone. Said my “cancelled” order was not really cancelled on her computer, so it showed I had the new phone.She failed to see the irony in this, and NOT ONCE said she was sorry.After an hour of her trying to figure out how to sell me a phone, I gave up and left empty handed.Went home, ordered one, and had it shipped.Pathetic customer service! She was actually rude about the whole thing!
The store is brand new and very cozy inside however the person who sold me my phone wasnt very kind and another person ended up stepping in to assist me when my representative lost interest after he made his sale and moved on. Id look for another corporate store in the area or just be careful about who you engage with here.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and was told to sit down and wait for the next available person to attend to us. We sat and were passed up 3 times as other people came in and were attended immediately. All we were doing there was picking up a phone that was preordered inline. I will not be going back to that location.

Called store was told when asking about a particular phone being in stock in the store inventory that I needed to go online to check if they had phone in store. Very unhelpful cant understand why employee couldnt check stock inventory with computer while Im on phone and physically make sure computer was accurate. Will use another carrier.
SKIP IT! Food very overpriced and mediocre. Unlimited margaritas means 2, and no more!! Wait staff is misleading, letting you think paying overUS$35 gets you blah enchiladas with unlimited margaritas, but manager cuts it off at 2 margaritas, and what he ignorantly says, goes. Horrific customer service. SKIP, SKIP, SKIP. Have never had a manager not even discuss, and turn his back on you and walk away!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Will tell you anything to get your business, then screw you over with fees. My wife was told by their employee that her iPhone 7 would transfer from ATT to Verizon, so naturally I believed them since they are the professionals. Her iPhone ended up not transferring and they basically told me it was my fault. Their manager Perla hates her life there because shes incapable of smiling.She ended up offering me a credit but then tried charging me Upgrade Fees even though the phone we were trading in was the exact same phone we wanted. When I questioned her on it, she tucked her tail between her legs and ran to her back office. Fantastic customer service experience. She wouldnt take ownership of her workers mistake and fix the situation. She even agreed with me that if she were in my shoes, shed feel the same way. Yet, shes so focused on creating a profitable store that she fails to create a great customer experience, therefore, shes an idiot. Id be extremely embarassed if she was my store manager as she scares people away with her incredibly terrible approach in treating customers. If she was truly focused on doing what was right for Verizon and driving profitability, she wouldve done a cost-benefit analysis and realized that annually I wouldve spent $2,200 on my phone/services. Instead, she lost my business completely over $30. I hope her GM/DM sees this post and questions her on the lifetime earning potential she just lost from this experience. Guess someone forgot how to do math....GO ELSEWHERE. Their corporate store on Northwest Hwy is FAR superior. Guess theres a reason why their lot is completely empty every time Ive been there. PERLA IS THERE!
