Like everyone I’m heavily dependent on my phone. When I cracked the screen I was really worried about the replacement process. These guys were friendly, professional and reassuring. Great service!

They did good. I had a battery replaced and it was handled well. Since this was my first time I will wait and hopefully come back again on my next battery replacement and maybe give 5 stars then. I do wish them well.

I was very pleased with the screen replacement on my Android. The quality of the replacement screen is excellent. I was told that it would take a couple of days, and in all acuality it took a week. Good things take time!

The repair to my iPod was superb but a disconnect with a correct telephone number on which to alert me of its completion was not forthcoming. Fortunately, I only reside several blocks from the store and a call to the store announced that the repair was complete.The intake process was easy as was the pickup segment. Overall I have little to complain about and much to recommend the vendor to others.

I went to CPR to get my water damaged phone(screen showing green lines) fixed. After cleaning and diagnostics, I was told that it needs screen replacement, costing abount $200+, but I bought this phone brand new for $280, so I thought its not worth it and accepted the fate, took my phone back. Mind it, they charge diagnostic fee before even opening the phone, so I had already paid $60. No complaint about it though, it must be their business model.Till here my story was neutral and I thought its fair that they charged for diagnostics and it just didnt work out for me. However, I observed that volume was a lot lower than the usual and mic seemed to be not working. After doing some research, figured out that the speaker unit is completely missing. Either they deliberately removed it for reasons unknown to me or they totally forgot to put it back.I spent entire night thinking that I was cheated. Next day, I went to store and they told that it was not positioned correctly. Im no expert to tell for sure if that is true or if it was really not put in my phone at all. Im more inclined to the thought that it wasnt put in at all as there is not much space in there to misplace it. I peeped thru speaker holes and could see internal circuitry, this gives me fair benefit of doubt that the speaker unit was not put in phone at all..I leave it to the best judgment of the review reader to decide on what might have actually happened. 2 stars are for a sleepless night I spent thinking that I was cheated. Never going back to CPR.

My experience with CPR in University Park was excellent. I have an iPhone 7 that required an audio chip fix as well as a MacBook Pro needing a screen/lid replacement. Each device was ready for pickup within hours the days I dropped them off. Both repairs went smoothly; my phone & computer work like new. The customer service was outstanding. My camera on iPhone 8 was cracked. I took it to my cellphone provider and they told me they didn’t have the parts they needed to fix it and would only be able to order the parts if I had insurance, which I didn’t. They recommended that I go to CPR down the street. It was fast and the gentleman was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

My phone had its 3 layers of screen glass broken and CPR told me that it could be fixed. This place saved me money on having to buy a brand new phone. I would definitely use them again if I had to but hope I wont need to again.

I have an iphone 8 plus that got water damaged. After about a day of me letting it dry, it started turning on and off by itself so I assumed it was completely dry. Unfortunately it was stuck in recovery mode and nothing I did worked. I took it to them and the next day my phone was completely fine! Thank you guys so much!

I went to CPR on Greenville with a broken iPhone 8 Plus screen and non functioning call sensor about half an hour before the business closed thinking I would make an appointment for the following day. They immediately did a ten point check on my phone and started working on it. The gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly and before I knew it my phone was fixed. The screen I received was the same if not better than Apple screens and functioned better than before. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely come back if I break my phone again which unfortunately is very likely. I highly recommend this business.

Went there to see about my charging port on my phone I was told that it needed to be replaced. The gentleman told me they would first clean it to see if that would just be the problem. Thank goodness thats all it was it saved me $60. thank you very much and well highly recommend you.

Just got my iPhone XR fixed at this place not even a week ago and my phone is already malfunctioning. Not only was it very expensive to fix, my phone for example will be on 100% and it will suddenly shut off, turn back on, and say its at 1%. Its getting to the point where it is not even working anymore. This is ridiculous, dont go here.

CPR fixed my crack screen in a timely manner and sold me a screen cover, which protected my screen the next time I dropped it. The screen cover was under warranty and I was able to replace it for $10.

I paid nearly $400 to get my screen fixed early January and the lcd is already messed up. I went back and got quoted $300 to fix again. This has never happened to me before and I am good at taking care of my phones so I know it wasn’t my fault. If I would have known I would have just went to the Apple store and paid less or bought a brand new phone.

The part had to be ordered, and I drove to drop my phone off when they received the part. Got back to my apt and got a call saying it was the wrong part and to come back to get my phone. It would have been nice for them to have checked that before they called me to drop off the phone for repair or before I left. So I didnt have to keep driving out. But once we got the right part, the service was quick and they fitted the new screen on perfectly. So 4 out of 5!

CPR Cell Phone Repair Dallas - University Park is awesome! I thought my iPhone X screen was cracked. Turns out it was the protective glass placed on top of the iPhone screen. The gentleman replaced protective glass screen at no charge. Great customer service!

I needed to get my Galaxy S10 screen replaced and this was the one of the few places that will replace it. Customer service was great! Price was fair and turnaround time was outstanding! CPR was the only place about to get it repaired same day. When I went to pick it up everything was set up and ready for me and the phone worked just like it did when i first got it! I will definitely be coming back for any more repair I may need in the future.

My iPhone XR had water damage, I took it somewhere else and they told me they couldn’t fix it. Because CPR had such awesome reviews I decided it was worth a shot since the alternative was to buy a new phone. They were able to dry out my phone and have it up and running again overnight (I dropped it off in the late afternoon). I am so glad I took the time to come here, they were professional, way cheaper than a new phone, and were able to fix my “unrepairable” phone.

I arrived an hour before closing, and was in and out within 20 minutes, a new battery in my iPhone at a great price. On the eve of a citywide shutdown, CPR University Park was in the process of preparing for the new restrictions, cleaning and insuring customer safety, yet they accommodated me without hesitation. These guys are awesome. Went by to see about unlocking one phone and restoring another and getting screen replaced. They answered all my questions and took the time to take the phone and restore it without charging me, and to come back to replace screen once I confirmed the phone was compatible for my provider. Fun place to get a drink. 3 levels. Pool table upstairs. Dance floor on the 1st level. Drinks were pricey. $8 for draft beer. But overall fun spot.

All reps that I interacted with were super friendly. The service turnaround was quick and Im happy I was able to trade in an older phone to go towards my repair costs. I additionally received a screen protector with my trade in money and free installation as well. Ill definitely be back for future repairs and recommend them to others as well!
