I have been a part of the Young Chevrolet family for 6 years and have purchased 4 trucks now. I had a HORRENDOUS adventure this weekend trying to find JUST the right car to make my Forever car. I was lured in with promises of units they didnt have, just to have them try to switch me to something I didnt want... well, Saturday night David and I were browsing the GM website to see if we could find the car I wanted at a dealership near us. It was just an oil change. But the guys in the shop did a little extra for me. I had a flat tire earlier and had to use the jack stand and the tire tool. I didn’t know how to put it back in the mounts under the back seat. They took the time to properly replace it for me. They were so nice!

Don’t buy no cars from “Big T” (Thomas). He ran my credit and did the motions for a deal and couldn’t even get me in a car. How are you a car salesman for over 20 years and bamboozled me into running my credit when the car was never there in the first place? That was the first or second question I asked when I got there. He ain’t suggest another vehicle or anything. He didn’t do anything I asked him to do. The other salesmen seem alright but it’s a no for big T. I was so disappointed because I purchased the car insurance for the vehicle and everything. Now I have all these inquires on my credit with no vehicles.

I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware!! Such a waste of time. We knew exactly what we wanted and drove over an hour to get there. our credit is excellent and we already had approval from our credit union. but when we told the sales manager that we will be financing with the credit union we were told they dont accept outside financing. What dealership is willing to walk away from the deal because of this??There are way too many dealerships and way too many options to be railroaded into taking a deal that doesnt make sense just because it was the exact truck we wanted. Pretty sure there are always other trucks - this isnt the only one! Would never recommend this place.(Just an update....we did find our truck at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. So if you are reading this to decide where to buy...go to Classic and ask for Sarge. Without a doubt a better experience!!)

This place has really gone down, I purchase a 2015 Silverado new, trade that in for a 2017 Silverado also new, and now a 2020 Silverado also new, never had issues with this place until now, for me to buy 3 different vehicles clearly tells you there was never issues, but now, my new 2020 Silverado had a loud humming sounds coming from the windows, so I took the truck up there for service, only to be told sorry we could not duplicate the sound and sent me on my way, I was on the highway and made 2 different videos one with the truck making the sound and another with me doing a temporary fix, I sent it to GM, and they were kind enough to reach out to me and they called the dealership to make them call me to bring my truck back, they had my truck for two weeks to fix/replace the weatherstrip on the passenger door I had also told them it was on the driver side door but they chose to only fix one so we have to make another video and bring it back up there and leave it again. I emailed the service advisor twice asking for an update on my truck I never got anything back I had to drive to the dealership in person and ask about my truck when an email would’ve been much quicker, When I got my truck back I noticed the oil Life had been reset but there were no notes on the invoice of an oil change and the sticker on the windshield was still the old one so I reached out to the service advisor through email and I never got an email back, today the nice lady from GM called to check on me and I explain to her the situation about the oil life being reset she reaches out to the dealership and guess what I get an email back from the service advisor telling me that they had not done and oil change, I would have been under the impression that the oil has been changed and drove on it with old oil had I not asked. Long story short from the moment I pull into the service, experience was bad the lack of communication was bad, I feel like they weren’t really trying to help me fix my wind noise issue when I first dropped it off the first time, this is a Clay Cooley dealership and I had purchased a 2014 white Silverado from the Irving location and had issues with the paint and I’ve got all those emails and pictures still saved, based on my experience I would recommend stay away from Clay Cooley dealerships, Because of the General Motors nice lady that call me and how nice and attentive she was I will continue to buy Chevrolet products Just not from Clay Cooley dealerships. I included pictures of the trucks have a purchase there, and I also included screenshots of the emails between me and the advisor where I made attempts to communicate but they failed

I recently went in to trade in my truck and I got this guy who was really doubting me on getting a brand new truck, I look young but I work and I’m for sure able to pay off a new vehicle but he didn’t want to do business with me on a brand new truck he was trying to put me in a truck that I didn’t want

Very bad experience!!! Bought a Silverado on 4/12 and broke down a week after!! How dare they sell something defective! We took it to the sales man and we were told they would put it first in line on Monday to get service.... well now it’s Wednesday 4/28 and now the service department is telling us there are 5 cars in front of us!! I expect this vehicle to be ready by this weekend because I don’t buy something just to be broken a week later!

This was a very, VERY disappointing visit! Their service department can no longer be trusted. I came here because they do a 22 point inspection of my Suburban when they change the oil. But when I read the results from the inspection, there were things that didnt make sense. I was told that my brake system needed to be serviced immediately, as well as my engine & cabin air filter. Well I just had all 4 brake pads, AND air filters, replaced in May. When I asked the lead tech (a guy named Chris) about it, he simply said that the recommendation came based on my mileage. Based on my mileage? So your guys didnt actually check but just based it on mileage! Hell no, I will NOT be returning to Young Chevrolet! Now, I have to go have my vehicle thoroughly inspected because I cant believe ANYTHING that Young Chevrolets service says

My experience was good, except for the wait time, which wasnt too long. I would say that it took about. 4 hours for me to drive off in my new 🚗, which wasnt too bad, but always let your potential customer know why theyre waiting, and whats taking so long. Keep them informed while theyre waiting. My overall experience was good. God used you to make my day. Hallelujah!!!😀😀😀 Continue to be a Blessing!

My husband bought a new traverse for me for Christmas as a surprise. I was to be getting floor mats, the Chevy first aid kit and new black license plate holders but 4 1/2 months later we still have not received them. After several calls inquiring about the items no one has an answer as to why they have not arrived. Now when I call I am sent to a voicemail and never a return call.After sale customer service is HORRIBLE.Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Never will i come here again brought my 2017 2500 in for service like ive done before after i paid and got to my vehicle my truck is white so it was clear as day greasy hand prints all over my door inside on the inside my door panel had oil so did my too console went inside to tell the girl that had given me my recipe and they took the truck looks like they took a paper towel and just smudged it truck smelled like oil and they messed with my radio looked under the truck to make sure my drain plug wasnt loose it wasnt loose but they didnt care enough to clean the oil under my truck now i have drips of oil on my drive way very bad experience here will not be bringing any of my vehicles here ever again horrible this dealership use to be good sad to say its going down hill
