We are from out of town showed up at the time they say they are open and waited 10 mins past and still no sign of any one! The store from out side looking looked empty and run down I do not recommend this place and if you do decide to go there who knows if they will actually be there I also tried calling the phone number given and no answer along with no voicemail terrible way to run a business

Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to answer even the most ridiculously noob questions. I just got into vaping and they have helped me find the right mod and flavors. The flavors available are endless. They make all the juices to order and you can even make your own. Wont ever go anywhere else.

The first time I went in the owner seemed like a nice guy and helped me with replacing the glass on my tank. But this last time was just bad. There was a kid string on the couch drinking a beer, my juice took forever and came to me looking like it was not mixed properly, and it didnt even taste anything like it is supposed to. This business needs to be run less like a frat house and more like a business.

One of my favorite vape shops. The owner is nice and most the staff is curious and helpful. But today the guy working was more into talking to his friends about video games then help. I asked for help and I was made to wait till he was done talking with his friends. There where 8 people there and I couldnt tell if it was a club house or buisness I was going to talk to them about repairing my vape but I dont know anymore it sad but if this is how things will be Ill have to go else whereUpdate: Talked to the owner and he fixed the issue, I feel much better about the shop.

I went here a year or so ago not long after they opened up and they werent super professional or organized, but theyd just opened up so I figured whatever. I got some house made juice and it wasnt great. I went in tonight, needing ejuice and found not much had changed. Theres hardly anything stocked, the only vape juice they have is house made, which wouldnt be bad if they didnt charge premium prices. I got a 60ml bottle for 20 bucks.There was a bunch of guys sitting around vaping it up which I dont mind in a private setting, but in a place of business I dont think it has a place. Someone had a baby in a carrier, waiting for her order, and the guys just kept going.Overall (TL;DR): not very professional, not great prices, juice was okay, and very limited in products in general. The service was decent but nothing worth noting stuck out about it.

Only when I have to. Spent 50 bucks on a money back product only to have the product creator refuse to refund when it didnt work and the shop owner still carries the product & will still tell you that its a money back guarantee.

Kinda unprofessional, they also make the juice in front of you (???) So it takes a long time and you arent getting very good juice (unless you want to wait 2 weeks for it to thicken and steep)
