I was running late to HotBox because online it says they close at 11 pm on weekdays. I called them at around 10:55 and asked if theyd stay open until 11:05 according to my GPS. Eddie was so awesome and said hed wait for me until I arrived and got what I needed. I arrived there and got the best deal in town on a premium quality Kratom.Im all about customer service as I work with customers all day. The simple act of staying open for an extra 5 minutes means a lot to me and I can see these guys care about their customers. I will be spending my money here instead of the other smoke shops in the area. Thanks guys🙏

With so many smoke shops in Dallas, the owners at HotBox really had to do something a little different.. and thats their customer service! Not only do you have a shop that has probably the greatest selection of Delta 8 products right now (delta 8 cake brand is whats pictured) but the owners are also the friendliest people around.

This goes hard no atomizer comes close to this and no smoke shop can beat this place in Dallas they got the best stuff and they have the nicest people behind the counter down to earth people. Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough for this place. Y’all gotta come here.

Went in to look for CBD for joint pain and their selection and prices were the lowest I have seen around Dallas! They also introduced me to delta8 and delta10 along with THCV so more choices to help my anxiety and insomnia :) people working here are very knowledgeable and kind. I LOVE this place!!!!! I bought my first hooka here and its absolutely beautiful! Nikki and her husband were so helpful with teaching me how to properly take care of my new hooka. They took their time and explained all the accessories and even packed the first bowl up for me! Anytime I come in they are happy too explain or go over any questions I have about products. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows!
