I stopped by the Rally House at Old Town the other day. I was looking for some sports apparel for my boyfriend but was completely overwhelmed by the choices. I think given the number of sports franchises in the area, this is an understandable dilemma. Thank goodness, I encountered Angela. She was a calming and knowledgeable force in the confusion of my shopping experience. She showed me around, all the while asking the right questions, getting to know just what my sports loving boyfriend would appreciate. She made several suggestions, and I made my purchases... She was not wrong!!! He loved everything I gave him. I will definitely be back for my own sports jersey when the ballpark opens!!! Thank you for having team members like Angela!!!

I went to Rally House yesterday because I have a, Northern visiting Texas for the first time. I spoke with Gavin who held two Texas Shaped Shotglasses for me. When I arrived I was greeted by Vanessa and Gavin wasnt too far away. Great Service by both and Rally House Old Town is the closest you will get to a Stadium Store without the Stadium Pricing.

It’s not hard to update the hours for your store. If you have changed your hours for COVID, change them on your website and Google so customers don’t waste their time! A notice on the door is just plain lazy.

A bit too pricey, but they have lots of options. The “SALE” sign in the front is lowkey a lie. I’ve been there lots of times and there’s never any discounts- at least not in the UT Austin section. But they do have clearance options online.

Stopped by to pick up some college stuff for my classroom, and was very pleasantly surprised. I picked a few things out then a young man (Desmond I believe) took his time to show me around the store to talk to me about a few items and help me out. A wonderful experience!

This is not a review for the store but for the company. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service department supervisors are either liars or the companys return policy is complete BS. They claim they have no way to reimburse shipping so if the wrong item is sent by the company the customer is forced to eat the shipping cost because of the companys mistake.Update: After being reached out to by the company the company apologized for the confusion and shipping was refunded. Jan 26 2019-Today my boyfriend and I decided to stop here to buy some OU stuff for a friend. As we pulled up it look like they was closed. He got out to make sure of closing time. They said they close at 9pm. By this time a Police or Sheriff walked up to my boyfriend.He asked her Officer M Titus was the place closed because the door was locked. She told him he was not allowed in and to leave the property. I got out the car also. Im on oxygen so I had my tank with me. I went to the door and it was locked. The officer told me they was closed. This was at 5:45 on a Saturday. She said I couldnt come in with my tank. He and I got in the car and called the store to see why we couldnt come in and they hung up on us. Out all the 54 yrs of my life, Ive never been discriminated against for being black and handicap. Your corporate office will here from me and my boyfriend Sunday morning. And Officer Titus will be getting a complaint filed on her too.

I came to Rally House Old Town to get a few of the collegiate decanters for groomsman gifts. Unfortunately this location did not have any of the Baylor ones. For over 30 minutes, McKayla tried to contact different stores to try and locate them for me, until she finally ended up ordering them because she felt that it would be best given the time frame I needed them by. McKayla was extremely helpful in this buying process, and showed great professionalism and patience with me. The order was placed on Sunday the 22nd of August, and with 3-5 day shipping, I received them on Tuesday the 24th. If you are in the market for anything sports related, I would highly recommend the Rally House Old Town, and working with McKayla.

On January 26 2019 my girlfriend and I was out shopping for an Oklahoma University shirt we decided to shop at the Greenville store we pulled up into the handicap parking because my girlfriend is handicap I got out the car and walked toward the store to look in the window and I seen a Oklahoma University shirt I turned around gave my girlfriend the thumbs up and walked towards the car when I turned around to start walking toward the store an employee locked the door this was at 5:40 p.m. I stood by the door hoping they would open the door 3 Hispanic female employees acted as if I wasnt their I looked at opening and closing of the store it said close at 9 p.m. a female Dallas sheriff walked up and said she is going in but Im not allowed in I asked what was the problem she said get off the property I went back to the car and told my handicap girlfriend what happened so she tried and they told her no we left I called the store and ask what time they close the lady said 9 I told her I was just their and you locked the door as I was walking up to your store they hung up so I called the store near the galleria a lady by the name of Amanda I explained to her what happened she apologized and said come to her store so we did Amanda was truly wonderful I will be getting in touch with corporate tomorrow and Monday morning I will be obtaining a discrimination lawyer Im a 55 year old black man grandfather of 5 Ive never ever been treated so unfairly and as the officer M Titus I shall be contacting your superiors Monday and by the way the shirt is to little and I shall be returning it tomorrow at the Greenville store after I contact corporate about this matter

The women in the store was rude and following me around the store as if I were going to steal something. When i asked if they had spurs gear she replied this isnt San Antonio. Rude

Since the nearest mall doesnt have a sports apparel store, this is where I go. And one of the managers is super nice, so thats a thing.
