It has a terrible and unwelcoming feeling. I went in and looked around but wont go back. I truly understand that there needs to be security but this security person made me feel unwelcomed. Bought a candle and left. Most likely will not return...

I had to stop by a couple of times and the store is not open. Im coming from Fort Worth to that part of Dallas and the store was not open and it just ruined my whole shopping experience. But thats okay I still bought me some Tom Ford over at the Neiman Marcus

Quite frankly I am a bit disappointed in this specific location. I take Tom Fords line very seriously and so should the employees. With great pride, hard work, and deep interest, I have become financially successful to where I can invest in my very first Tom Ford suit. I reached out to this location due to the location being of nearest to my home. A gentleman picked up the phone and with great dissatisfaction, his lack of interest, monotone, I felt he was not fit for such a high position. His urgency to get off the phone was anything but pleasing. To my best memory I will quote our conversation (my self being A and the gentleman being B).B: Tom Ford.A: Good day sir, I would like to set an appointment for a fitting.B: Yeah? Well Im about to enter an appointment....do you need ummm...uh.....something I can do for you?A: perhaps there is, I would like to set a fitting for a specific suit, watch, fragrance, shoes, pants (or undergarments as some may call it), and a few other products. I can call back later if you wish?B: okay....*long exhale filling silence*A: .....are you able to check your schedule or when would be a more suitable time or shall we speak later? *Long silence*...hello sir...?B: yeah, I have an appointment I need to meet. Can you call back later?Tom Ford is a gentlemans brand; if you can not hold yourself to the highest honour, intellect and pride with modesty you should not work for such a company. Let me make this clear and more simplistic, if you are a ghetto, can not speak in a form of high respect in sociological culture where class over financial value is key, I urge you to find other work because you will not last.I have contacted a branch out of state and I most certainly will be doing business with them. Tom Ford is my role model and I aspire to be in similarity. If it was not for his knowledge, passion and having the greatest clothing in existence, I would never associate myself with such a brand that has the lowest of attitudes coming from an employee.Good day to all whom is reading.

Visited this store for an upcoming trip and needed to get my husband some essential items. Everyone in the store was extremely pleasant and helpful. Ricardo did an AMAZING job with helping my husband think outside the box to pick some items that he may have never considered but cant stop raving about how much he LOVES his new items! Ricardo has great style but also keeps the customer in mind when making suggestions, to ensure they are staying true to their own style and not just going with what is trendy. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable. Cant wait for our next visit.

Love this store

This is one of the most awesome boutiques in Dallas, not just because Ford is a ridiculously talented designer, but because the Dallas store has a laser focus on customer service. They are not just nice to their customers, they bend over backwards for them. I purchased a pair of Tom Fords gold leaf glasses in the fall and four months later sat on them. I was devastated. I called around the country to see if they could be repaired but no luck. I was told to call the store, but dont tell them I sat on them. I called the store here and told them exactly that.The manager, without a moments hesitation, said she would replace them if they had a pair. She had one of the last pairs in the country and she replaced them for mine. I was absolutely stunned. They obviously didnt have to do that, but they did and now they have a customer for life.

Great environment, very friendly and nice staff, got my fav sunglasses there and will go back for sure.
