Bad customer service and manager definitely not going again.

We got to the shop and they were closed even though the sign indicated it was within open hours. I called and they denied closing early but wanted to say it was only a few minutes. Giggled and said only 10 minutes.

I loved there clothes! Great material.However, the staff or shall i say ONE LADY made me feel uncomfortable.Wasnt helpful and no music was playing so it felt even weird at the same time. I felt like I was being watched. I even put an outfit back (IN ITS RIGHT PLACE) and no thank u from her instead she goes to check to see if I put it back in the right spot. WHAT THE HECK?!?

Everytime I have a special occasion or date night I come here for my outfit! Very reasonable prices! I give it a 4 star because you wont get the greatest service but I dont mind as long as they arent rude which theyve never been to me.

Terrible place. I walked in at 7:47 pm. And was immediately greeted with a “hi, we close in 5 minutes..” I looked super speedy for something, asked if I could try it on quickly and was told no, there’s no time, even though it was still store hours. Horrendous customer service. Such a shame they have cute cheap clothes.

I went shopping for a birthday dress yesterday. I had multiple items in my hand and asked if they would start a fitting room for me and the Asian lady working said, “ you can take your own clothes to the fitting room” I kinda brushed it off... but as I asked politely for a size in a dress as I’m trying on she told me I can go get it myself is that moment I realize I’d never come back. Bad customer service.

Horrible management

My three daughters and I shop here all the time. We love the selections and the prices are great! I don’t like to be bothered while shopping, this place is perfect for us. They leave you alone to browse. If you need help they will help you. What more can you ask for.

I went there today with my son and found so many cute tops and dresses! Im only giving 4 stars because:1) not entirely their fault, but they dont have a public bathroom. The closest one is across the parking lot. So thats an inconvenience with kids.2) the store has a lot of clothes and is really big. I wish the girls working their would ask to start a dressing room. That would make it much easier and more likely for me to buy something.Other than that, great clothes and great prices! I found stuff between $8 and $24.

After today I will never step foot in this establishment AGAIN! I literally ship here every week for my daughter and I spending at least 300+. Every time I go typically the manager speaks and will put my clothes to the side or in a fitting room if I have a lot on my arm so that I can continue to shop comfortably Well today there was a young Asian girl working who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her very politely if she could start a fitting room for me since I had so many items or if she could place the clothes on the outside of the rack so I could shop. She stated it was against their policy. What? Every retail store I have been to has always offered to start a fitting room if they see you are struggling with multiple items. She insisted that she couldn’t and that there were multiple people in the store in which there was only 1 other person shipping. At this point I asked for a manager and she lied saying she didn’t have one so I walked to the cashier where the manager was and explained what had happened. She was very apologetic and wanted to help. The same girl walked over and decided she wanted to continue going back and fourth with me after I no longer wanted to deal with her. I asked her multiple times to move away from me and to stop speaking to me as the manager is taking care of me, at this point she wouldn’t even listen to the manager! I walked away and said I would never purchase from them again, the manager followed me to continue apologizing to make things better but the employee continued pointing, laughing and speaking against her co worker about the situation. If it wasn’t for the horrible customer service I dealt with today and disrespect given I am a 35 year old woman and this child was maybe 18 and the most I would have still been a customer. If this is who styles for less is allowing to represent their brand I will never spend another dime with them

Love the styles they offer. Great place to go if you need a dressy outfit.

Im here all of the time and the staff is ways friendly. New shipments come in weekly I think and everything is so trendy and cute. The store is relatively large for one of its type and is affordable to say the least. Nice place, always clean and organized.

Absolutely, hands down my favorite place to shop for anything and everything. I travel all the way from Burleson to buy my clothes only from this store. Im there to shop and thats it. The staff is great about not hounding me like they do in the mall. I also have my now 3year old son with me when I come and when I try on clothes they also make sure to give me the largest dressing room. Customer service is on point! Keep up the great work!

The clothes were actually nice, but pricey. All of the employees were nice except 1, the older Chinese lady. She was extremely cold and has zero customer service skills. I will take my coins somewhere else. I will not shop there again.

I was in a bind looking for a very specific dress. I had already gone to 17 stores the day before. I called and gave the girl my size and specifications. She pulled the dresses for me and I was literally in and out in less then 5 mins! Total life safer for me.

I really love the store but I really think everyone needs to be replaced, for one they do not greet you when you come into the store nor do they provide customer service my friend wanted to know where their bodysuits were located the answer she was given was somewhere over there when she found the bodysuit she wanted the lady couldnt get the sensor off. Another incident happened today same friend her son had to go to the bathroom and the lady said no public restrooms and took her time checking her out she took so long to come ring her up that her son had an accident. I understand no public restrooms but there should be an exception for children. Something really needs to be done about the customer service I have been a fashion stylist for 5 years and. great customer service is key if you want people to continue to support your business.

I like this place in the fact they usually have cute stuff.. but they are sooo overpriced for the quality of the clothes. Its clearly mass produced and cheap materials. I would compare it to Forever 21, but with lower quality stuff and higher prices. That is the reason for the low stars.

I like the selection. But I bought a dress about a month ago and tried to return it a few days later 5 or so mins before closing because I work business hours and they close at 6... thats early for a retail store. She turned me away saying that they were closed. I understand what its like to want to leave so I left. Then I go back to try to return it again but its been a month later. Dress never worn and the lady told me its passed the 14 day return policy. I let her know I tried returning it before, she asked if it was recently and I told her it was a few days after the purchase and I was turned away because they were closing. She reiterated that its past the 14 day return policy. Its my fault of course for not knowing the return policy even though I wasnt told at the counter on the purchase date so I left with my dress that Im not going to wear because theyre store hours are not normal and the return policy is insanely too early. A normal retail store is open til 8-9pm and return policys normally 90 days. I will not return even though I like the selection. Im not going to give my money to bad business decisions.

Love the clothing but the fact that they do not allow exchanges or returns even with a receipt is unheard of. There is no reason to refuse to accept returns or exchanges especially if the tags are on and you have a receipt. They toldMe the reason is because they have dressing rooms. They need to be a little more in tune with the modern world in that no all people are able, comfortable or have the time to try on things, especially those with disabilities, women with small children etc. They could accumulate a lot more business by being more customer friendly and reasonable in their business practices.

Absolutely awful. Worst customer service ever. Saw a cute black blouse on a mannequin, but the manager refused to take it off for me. She said it was too late. They close at 8, it was 7:30. Because then we have to find another shirt to put on it.She told me I would have to come back tomorrow. Safe to say I wont be returning.UPDATE: I went back this afternoon (4 hours before close) and asked for the same top. Was told they could only take it off if I was BUYING it. I wasnt allowed to try it on. This place is a joke.

The current employees were very helpful today. The clothing is AMAZING, it looks like stuff you would see on pintrest. I was seriously in heaven. So many cute outfits and it was so much cheaper than what I was expecting. I was sad to see so many poor reviews because of the employees. It seems like they took care of that problem. If you are looking for a dress you would find on Pintrest for a really good price, go here! I will be returning.

Dont miss out on this place solely on the not so great customer service. They have amazing clothes. Its the only place Ive bought my dresses for the last few years, & I wont go anywhere else. Ive recommended this store to my sister and a few friends & they loved it.

Customer service is horrible. No body greets you when you walk in. They do not ask if you need any help finding anything. And when you do ask they say its over there somewhere. I have been shopping here for over 5 years. New employees same problems. I blame management. Which honestly they are the worse. Very rude. Besides them. The clothes are super cute. Only reason I still shop there. They need to replace everyone with self check-out. At least the machine says thank you.

Im giving this joint 3 stars because one, Ive never been in here. But one of my girlfriends has a lot of tops from here and they are all adorable. I cant wait to get some stuff. I find it halarious how everyone is complaining about the Chinese lady NA. Makes me want to go there even more so I can come back and write my own little story know here about her. Haha.

2 star ONLY because the clothes are cute. let me tell you LADIES IF YOU HAVE KIDS...be prepared to be watched like a damn HAWK!! mind you, i feel like my children are very respectful and dont ruin stores. i was told to watch my child when she was clear as day standing next to me not knocking any clothes down... nothing! ! they make you feel very uncomfortable. not welcoming at all. constantly starring you down like youre going to steal. its ridiculous. the clothes arent very great quality. way over priced even for a CAMI. youre better off going to windsor if you want quality and about the same price. plus Windsor has great sales anyway! rude rude rude.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The Asian lady that claims to be the manager is rude, nasty, and unhappy. My friend and I were going to make purchases today, but left empty handed because she was so rude to us. She approached me in the store and said I had seven items so I had to stop shopping and go into the dressing room. If I wanted to continue shopping after that then I would have to get completely dressed and come back out, shop for seven more items then go back in. I wasnt even half way through the store when she basically told me to stop shopping.

I made a purchase on 7-22-15 and returned the item I recived store credit for that item which is $39.79 I still have the receipt can I still use It just dont want to show up there and it be able too, I live about 45 min away

Talk about ignorance, went in today and when I went to try on a few items as I enter the fitting room the young Asian girl tells me i can not take the stroller in with me my I mention i have a newborn, could you be any more ignorant to think I will leave my baby out by herself. Gave her her items back and took my business elsewhere will not be returning which is sad since i have been going there for years. Never have I heard such stupidity.

I went shopping here with my fiance for an engagement party dress and after shopping at 15 different places this store had the largest selection for a reasonable price. There are no benches and no public restrooms which is a pain but to be expected with agora style shopping.

Walked in at 730p, girl walked to the front to tell me theyre closed even though sign says theyre open til 8p. Said theyre closed early to clean, asked to speak to manager, said she was the manager. Asked who I can I dress my complaint to. She responded with I guess no one. Dont know if she was the manager or not but would not waste my money at that store with type of customer service.

Worst management ever!👲I actually worked there for a week on my 1st day there was 2 young girls were shopping there, left & came back with one of their moms who asked for the manager. she confronted her saying, Why did you tell my daughter that she was taking to long in the fitting room?! I will take my money else where, not to mention the average cost for a simple nice blouse is about $30. ANOTHER THING is when I applied they said okay come in Friday which I thought was going to be a interview..NO..so unprofessional. they just told me set my stuff in the back and go to work on the floor, wasnt even asked to sign Any W2 paperwork. I was told I would be training for a week & if they liked me they would keep me. It didnt work out for me because they were upset I couldnt be on time the week we had a flood of rain and some one crashed into me & a other time I even came with a dr. note because of the crash. They said I was late too much. the 2 managers are Kim (shorter hair shorter person) and Na. the first couple of days 2 different times i was told to watch the fitting room and Nah shoved me from behind to tell me to go out and go fix clothes. by the end of the week they made the decision not to keep me & asked at the very end of the week (about 9 days later from start date) for my social so they can take taxes out WHEN I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING0, I was very upset because thats illegal and should be reported. all the other workers are nice. not to mention the application is wroten in pencil with just 3 columns - name, number, and when available. and there way of clocking in is on a traditional calendar. working for this place is a joke & worst management I have ever worked for. there clothes are pricey &I would find a lot to be torn or ripped.

This place has got to have the WORST customer service. One of the girls butt hangs out with everything she wears, so unprofessional. No one greets you when you walk in or ask if you need help with anything.

Had two items picked out to purchase but after, hands down, the worst customer service I ever received from the older Asian lady, Ms Na I believe, I will not be spending my money at Upscale. Too many cute boutique shops in DFW to be accepting terrible service from a store like Upscale. Franchescas, Swanky Shack, Charming Charlies, ect...way better.

About a month ago, Me and my bestfriend got told to leave at 7:45 because they close at 8pm one of the employees came up to my bestfriend and said my boss told me to come say leave so that we can start cleaning and shutting down, Im so sorry I feel so terrible we left, but it was completely unprofessional. Do they not want to make money? We were ready to put down some money but now Im not sure ill go back
