Took my phone to Apple and after 2 hours they said they couldn’t get it to work so I brought it here and Brianna fixed it in 20 min. She’s the best.

Great customer service, fast work. Willing to work with customers time requests at best to ability. What may seem high priced for certain work, you definitely get moneys worth. If needed, would definitely go again. And I recommend them for their great work.

I’m don’t like to mean but the way they left my PlayStation was horrible the staff is really nice and I hate being mean the price they charged was a lot I had to buy a new PlayStation because of that. They forgot to put pieces back on it and it’s breaking down. I think they put a different power supply on it because it’s not working properly and it’s not turning off I would really like for them to just fix it I bought with my own money and as 13 year old it’s hard to get money

I love these guys! 💕❤️💕 I have a 2009 iMac computer that I bought from a pawn shop in good condition. I took my computer to non Stop Repair Group and had it cleaned, fixed and added programs. I was even able to buy an Apple wireless mouse and keyboard from them. They tech guy that fixed the computer did such a good job that he added extra thing that can be useful for me in the future. Thank you again for a great experience after I searched everywhere for a good Tech.

As I walked in I was greeted by all the staff, the guy which I don’t remember his name with long hair was very helpful. He was helping a customer but he asked me if I needed help and I told him I needed to get my iPhone screen repair. He then looked at Melissa and asked her to help me. She approached me with a smile and said, ‘how can I help you.’ I told her I needed to get a screen repaired and she said she can help me. She explained the process and price. And told me it was going to take less than 30 mins. And sure enough she was able to fix my screen in no time. And offered me a screen protector so my phone can be protected. I was so happy, and I will definitely recommend this place for their phone.. etc repair. Thank you Melissa and all your staff for helping me. You guys are awesome!

Staff was very friendly and respectful. All my questions were answered, they were very knowledgeable & more than anything they saved me a lot time, I was in and out in no time since they knew exactly what I was looking for prior phone conversations... making my experience 10000xxx times more wonderful. I cant get anyone to answer the door or the phone. I stopped by and the sign indicated that they were open but the door was locked. I knocked but no one answered. I called but no one answered. The answering machine does not have a message recorded. This may have been someones personal phone but I didnt feel comfortable leaving a message without knowing who I was leaving a message with. (If the number is wrong in Google Maps, please update this.) The place is clearly in business because there are vehicles marked with logos outside and advertisements are on the exterior walls. This may be a great place with great employees. But that is not what I encountered today. I will change my review if someone will reach out to me.

Raul and Jacob actually take the time to talk and listen. They reinstalled an operating system on an old computer in just a matter of hours. It is up and running like new, while the sound is vastly improved. I might get another 100,000 miles on this machine. Thanks guys!

First of all I want to start out by saying that I do not like to leave bad reviews, but this one is an exception. First I spoke to the owner on Offer Up he said he would replace the screen on my S8 plus and S7 Edge for $515, which was fine. He said he opened at 9 am, drove 30 min from my house over to the store only to be close. I waited until 9:20 no one got there I left. A few minutes later he tells me that they are open now and I can come back, I get there I tell the guy that I need the screens on both of my phones replaced. He starts working on them he finishes one and I noticed the screen has burn marks. When I tell the girl that was there she said that the screens are used with a little bit of burn marks on them thats why the price was cheap, am like what the heck? at least you guys shouldve warned me, I cancelled my order of brand new screens that I had ordered (which was $100 cheaper for NEW!!! Screens) just to get some used screens for way more money. So I got ripped off $515. I had no choice but to pay, the guy had finished replacing both of my LCD screens which both of them have burned marks. And finally the glue or tape they used to reseal the phone back is coming off, so I got my phone with the screen raised because of it. They really did a good job besides from the fact that they did not warn me that the screens where used before starting to work on them. And for that I give them 1 star because I couldve just replaced them myself with new screens for $100 less If I had just keep my online order and not cancel it. My tip to non-stop repair is please be honest to youre customers and let them know the parts you guys are using to replace the phones are used (if they are) before you guys start working on them.

I came in and the staff was attentive and they speak both English and Spanish. Had my phone ready in an hour as promised!! Will definitely be coming back!! Kudos!!

My first 2 experiences with this group was excellent (5 stars) in 2019. Now, not so good. There is a lack of communication, promises to call you back but failed to do so. After speaking to 3 different employees over a period of time, I have been unsuccessful in getting the professional service as before. Unable to talk to the owner as before and still waiting for my laptop to be repaired after paying a deposit for a part that was ordered last year. Very disappointed in the service today compared to 2 years ago. :(

Extremely disappointed in the less than stellar glass used to replace screen. Immediately felt as though the quality was less than promised but did not go back before the new glass cracked. Was told they do iPhone X repair in an hour however, when I went to get this done same day as I called to inquire, they did not have any in store & would have to “go pick one up” this made my instincts jump a bit, as I thought if this was something they regularly do, there wld likely be some on hand, but what do I know? So I pressed on. Took longer to get part, & longer to fix than promised. What went from 1 hour errand turned Into a 3+ back n forth checking in to see if it was done yet. Not a big deal at all and hardly worth mentioning except I felt as a customer I’d been understanding of the fact that that’s just how it goes sometimes. Once phone was received, I could tell, or so my hunch tells me, the glass used to replace was not of the “OEM” quality I was sold & paid extra for. Colors were off, as are pressed reactions to certain letters/cam & flashlight flick. But I pressed on, not wanting to accuse the guy of selling me one thing & delivering another. As a business owner myself, I know how insulting such accusations can be. Now 3 wks later, Inside of the 30 day warranty, the same underlying original issues I had are there, along with a diagonal crack right down the middle of the phone. Not caused from a drop, but rather, maybe the frame around the glass is too tight, or pressure from a back pocket? Again, what do I know? But, rest assured, not a drop. $10 off full price to fix again was offered. I walked out. Commendable if outside of 30 day ”warranty” but in this case, I do feel more could have been done to remedy the situation. I don’t think anyone should work for free & was not expecting such, but $10 off another $200 seemed a little out of touch. Really wanted to support the locals vs franchise but would make sure to get what you are promised & pay for.
