LG Networks is the best IT company in Dallas!! I’ve had many experiences with IT companies and by far LG has provided the best customer service experience! It really helps that they are a local IT company and offer a variety of on-site and remote IT services, super convenient!!

Convenient 24/7 IT Services – Their round the clock helpdesk support was crucial to getting us up and running in the dead of the night. They were quick and respondent with any status updates and clearly communication as to the best way to resolve our networking issues.

They are best in disaster recovery! We had ransom ware issues and with the increased importance of cybersecurity nowadays LG Networks has been able to keep our company safe and secure! Highly recommend them.

Techs are smart and really patient. When they say that their helpdesk runs 24/7, boy do they mean it! Part of our office operates from overseas, so we sometimes have the need to call for IT support at 3 or 4 in the morning. We decided to outsource our IT support after much debate knowing some of the disadvantages however with LG networks we gain significantly more advanatges! We do not regret this decision and shouldve done it sooner.

Lou uses tools to revaldate MS Office trials, doesnt use legitimate licenses, he doesnt pay employees, refuses to give bereavement time. The more employees, the more paranoid he. He was going to reset his whole pc over a virus that was easily fixed by me in 5 clicks, a full scan and no issues. It started out great. I had health issues beginning and he was digging in my private information. I worked 15 hours over Saturday which he was there while I worked with the electrician to wire our helpdesk pods, under me, he moved in a client. The other two days, I was removed in to the clients portal through our software that shows the log in time and log out time where, sick the same weekend I went to work for the electrician with fever. Our client a medical clinic needed their software patched Nd had to be done after five. I fixed it and all desk tops, there was an issue for the software from the update, I had to call, get the patch and install it Monday. All which could be proven by our client portal, his being there Saturday, and Sundays remote sessions with fates and times of l9g in and puts. Hes cheap and lacks integrity. Dont risk your career or business on this fraudulent hack and con man liar. Find a business that invests, trusts and is appreciates their employees. He is a liar, theif and hack. Even our network engineer told him a major client was going to loose a server due to hardware issues and he ignored that among many other things @shaddockhomes.

Most outsourcing IT companies aren’t going to really know your name but the people at LG Networks feel like we’re partners more than just service providers. They are personable, smart, and don’t waste your time. I know I’m in good hands whenever I call them.
