The Store here is awesome. Big variety and never disappoints me for my school needs. The employee Justin here is great he helped me find all my things fast and with no problems. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there was another employee (Steve) who kept following us around the store like if we were stealing something. It made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. Overall great store though.

The manager here is very nice. We came in and needed to park for a few hours while I worked and thry allowed us to park when the restaurant we ate at next door would not. This is the kindness the world needs more of!

Its sad that this Store is closing. I always enjoyed shopping for the things I needed. This location never disappointed me...

Tori and the Hispanic Young lady in the Fed Ex Section are really awesome. Very helpful very resourceful,I have a small business and they accommodated me in every way possible To make sure everything runs smooth, even my new ideas they bring them to life with their expert Vinyl cutting.

The cashier & management don’t know how their app. works. I had the barcode out for them to scan to earn my reward points, yet, they don’t know how to scan it but asked me for my phone number instead. Presenting the bar code is quicker than giving you my phone number. This store needs more training on how to do apps. and online ordering.

This place is awesome! You get quality products for WAY CHEAP PRICE. I have bought most of my school supplies here and man.... I had some of them cost 1 penny and others less than a dollar + some coupons they gave me. Love it !

To manager Jessica THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS LOCATION GREAT AGAIN!! Shes really well trained and looking to help you from the time you enter the store. She dont seem annoyed with helping you look for the product that is going to work for you.She also knows about the differences in prices and quality. Ive had a previous bad experience at this store but she earned back my business. She also helped me with a water cooler that was damage and no one seemed to know what to do. shes a rockstar:)

We have used this Office Depot when we were living in the area, it is huge place and find several deals everytime we visited here. Highly recommended.

Here youll find the ruins of what was once a great and prosperous retailer. Now left to slowly rot like a carcass sitting in the Saharan sun. Youll aimlessly walk down the lowly isles wondering where to find what youve gone looking for. Help, youll find none, other people? There are none. Youll eventually stumble upon what it is that youve been looking for. Now youll make youre way to the front counter where youll encounter what seems to be the partly empty shell of a gatekeeper. Their saddened and muffled words asking do you have a Office Depot account seem to struggle to come out. As if there were no motivation found in their life. Once you leave, youll feel relieved, and saddened seemingly all at once. Sad to be witnessing and participating in the end of an era, but relieved that you no longer need to wander aimlessly like one of the lost spirits bound inside.

Your average Office Depot.Its pretty clean and well organized.The shipping center is great. Just be sure to drop off before 12 if mailing thru USPS.

I liked the visit but I hate when I deal with people that dont know the business. How do you work somewhere and not know anything towards the question you should basically know. Also to put that person on the cash register even worse.

The customer service was excellent. Both the store manager and Anthony went well above and beyond what I would expect. And normally I wouldnt write a review on a retail store.

I liks this place cuz its a fully stocked with all kinds of office needs.

NOT to happy with this store period! I was trying to get some bussiness cards done right now. The office in irving sent me to this location hoping to get this bussiness cards printed today. Sadly I couldnt THANK YOU to the charge. 5 minutes is free after 5 mins they charge $1.25 per minute to use the computers. I know plp can take there sweet time but hunny not in 5 mins. I hope corporate can fix this. If my irving office depot dont charge why in the world would i even come make bussiness with this ediots.

All I can say is you will be racially profiled by manager Jawed Jangda. Went to office depot to purchase tablet case for my new ipad probably spent about 6 minutes looking over the cases until I found one. Next I headed over to see the selection of all in one desktops which the selection meek and outdated but being in this area I wasnt surprised, what did surprise me 2 minutes later after checking out the desktop the .manager Jawed Jangda approached me telling me you cant use the computers for personal use. I said Ive only been over here for a couple of minutes and Im deciding on if I want to purchase the computer. Also asked out of all the people in the store why did you decided to run off the register in the front of the store to come harsas me about these outdated desktops. He replied I was the the only one in the store... which was a complete lie because after checked out 6 customers jumped in line behind me. I said listen your racist attitude should be left at home, this isnt my first time in the store and I always make a purchase. He replied Im not racist then called security because I was on the desktop.. I got off the desktop and asked him for his store manager or his GMs information, the face he made was priceless as if he thought I didnt know the correct channels to deal with him. Most people no matter the color would have went off on this guy without hesitation. The staff knows how he treats customers so Im sure this wont be the first time the general manager has heard of the nonsense he starts. Ill never go to the store again because my patience has worn thin at this point of having to deal with this guys hopefully something is done about it.

This particular location right off of 35 and Empire Central is probably one of the most negative places Ive been in in a long time you cannot go in this place and look at something very long because I believe they think youre trying to steal it I experience that several times and to tell you the truth I dont go in this place very much all the requirements in regards to handicap accessible and things like that and they have security guards right in the place that is the only place in this complex that I have seen security card yet with the exception of the hotels and I was speaking to the the one Office Depot off of Lovers Lane and 75 and their selection of tablets computers are really poor and sometimes they put stuff out on the Shelf thats not even sell it so they used to have a really talented manager I dont think hes here anymore because of the poor management that they have on staff right now before this was the only place that I would buy tablets from but they have a young aggressive manager or I dont know if hes really a manager or not that really doesnt have a handle on retail and I know since the merger of Office Depot there has been a concentrated effort from the Senior Management to change the vision with inside of the stores but you want when you go in this store you always seem like theyre just looking to catch the next Thief and unfortunately everybody gets categorize like that if you have a really nice personable lady that works over in the in the Geeks area and theyre so cautious about money I went in there one day to in that area to use one of their computers just to go check something out and this manager came by and told this lady that I was on the computer longer than 5 minutes then my Visa card would be charged well unfortunately into losing a $279 sale because I was going to buy the new Android Samsung tablet do they need a serious effort on how they handle things because the restaurants around here dont function like that Candlewood Suites in town suites operate their operation like a business but at the same time they put their customers first so I was writing this one just because I hit the location button by accident but I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody but however you can go to the store on Lovers Lane and 75 and the one in uptown and the two I mean one in Lewisville and one in Carrollton and they are completely different they let all our customers browse I know this might be an area where they think theres major saastr high crime area but still theyve got to be able to handle different nationalities and different races in a different way if the other stores in this area McDonalds little chicken Candlewood Suites in town suites Budget Suites Burger King if all of these locations or hotels can do it then Office Depot should be able to do it I talked to the senior vice president of their operations probably a year ago and he acknowledged that there was an issue but he wouldnt go into it very much but thats all I got I would Beware of the store if I was shopping
