Every time I go here to print their customer service is disappointing. The lady serving at the Print station said she was “over” on her hours and then said it takes 24 hours to print 5 pages because there is a line…Looks like I’ll have to buy my own printer.

Very helpful and prompt service at printing counter

They have no idea of what they have in store, where is it or anything at all. For that matter, they leave the customer on the counter for 10 minutes at a stretch and it’s just totally unacceptable.

I had a great experience with the print and copy center. The associate Sami was very kind and courteous. She even found an extra discount for me!

Great customer service! Manager Mark was very understanding about my return with Co-Vid 19 & the stay at home in place I had lost my receipt for my item which was a pretty big deal, thank GOD Mark allowed this one time under these circumstances to return my item. Thank you Mark your doing an awesome job. Your staff are all very friendly and helpful also!!!

Very clean and organized. And the employees are very friendly and honest.. we forgot our USB 2 weeks ago and they kept it and gave it to us when we went to the store again

The print shop manager at this Staples was outstanding. I had a last minute need for a brochure and it was as if I had a swat team on my project and got it done a day before I needed. Great job!

Came here the other day to make some business cards with my husband for our land services. The place is clean and well put together. The lady Jennyfer was really helpful with some of our questions about the format of making the cards. Keep up the good work over there.

Understaffed. I usually do business with Staples. Out of town & in a hurry, I was sluffed off to the self-service copier where I paid 64 cents for the email for which I forwarded the document to be copied instead of the actual document. Glad I decided to just experiment with one copy and not all 500 double sided color copies I needed. The one employee behind the counter even told another customer that he needed help and that whoever was in charge wouldnt allocate the labor.

Suzi is very accommodating and helped me find exactly what I needed she took me right to the headphones I was looking for then when I had trouble getting them to pair and connect to my phone she took the time to help me figure it out....Wonderful service will most definitely return

They usually have what i need, but the staff, especially the manager, is rude at this location. If you need help, you have to go in search of a worker - they dont care if you need assistance. They are not nice or helpful.

Salesman Ray was extremely helpful. Found the item I needed, returned an item I purchased wrongly and matched prices on the new transaction. Wonderful !!

Had a really good experience here ordering a desk chair. The rep explained the process, had my desk chair ordered and assisted me through the whole process. Really made everything easy. Would definitely buy from here again.

Was completely ignored by three associates while looking for a printer cartridge. One had ear buds in and was listening to his phone. When i approached the cashier to ask a question, she didnt know anything about what I was asking, and just walked away. The other cashier I approached was more interested in finding someone to bring his drink from the back, than helping me. I wont be back to this location.

Online ordering copies and prints was fantastic. Paid to have a rush done, and they did even a bit before. They were very busy, but professional and thorough. Ive never had them mess up a copy order...cant say the same for their competitors. Ill be back!

Great experience! Just needed to print my resume from my phone. Even though the directions were right beside the machine on how to do it, I accidently passed them and went straight to the help desk. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful. She walked me step by step and she also went a bit above with putting her personal code into the machine so I could pay with cash since it only had card option. I really enjoyed my visit!!

Sadly disappointed in the staff at this location. I called to get donated boxes to place free thanksgiving dinners for our custodial staff, and there was no communication to the staff. The staff that was working, Instead of really helping me or even TRYING to look, they stood around basically looking at me like I was crazy for asking. I had to ask them to call the manager to get answers.(Which one of them didn’t even have their number)Long story short, I received NO boxes and instead had to purchase $20 worth of boxes instead of using that for the dinners. 😓I get that maybe they didn’t know about it, but ATLEAST humor me in trying. (Thank you to the man working the copy center for atleast texting the manager)

Most unfriendly store Ive visited. Didnt have what was online. Nobody spoke..not even the cashier. Walked by a manager maybe, nothing.

My experience with the printer itself was not horrible. Unfortunately it just wasn’t the right system for what I needed to do. It was when I decided to return it to the store I got hassled and the general manager tried very hard to sell me another printer because he was very upset about the return. I know this because the store employee he had take over my return transaction told me that. I said no several times and my fiancé had to step in to tell this man/manager no, we just want to return it. I would have bought the Epson eco tank when I exchanged but the customer service was horrible.

Horrible staff. The printing area is never organized, very inefficient in fulfilling orders in a timely manner, and consistently makes printing mistakes.

This would have been a ONE star review but Shawn the manager and Connor an employee helped me out at the Print Center when Melani wasnt taking care of in store customers. I kept watching her push customers away saying she had a backed up online order. Then the customers would look helpless and walk out. She wouldnt even give them alternatives as to where else they could get their job printed. Customer service should always be number one, especially if the customer is standing right in front of you. Special thanks to Shawn and Connor for stepping up to help out because had it not been for them Staples would have lost me along with the others that day.

I found most of what I was looking for there. What they did have had a huge selection, but when I couldnt find the school supplies that I needed I also couldnt find any employees to help me.

I waited in line for twenty-five minutes, was harassed by another angry customer, and in the end was told that their machinery was broken, so they couldnt bind my booklet for me. When I asked where another Staples was so that I could still get my assignment done, they said they didnt know.

Terrible customer service. Store manager is of no help at all.
