I really love the people here and their selections are great. I have many pieces in my house bought from here. They should be at 5 stars. They have quality furniture, inspired art, unique lighting fixtures and they make custom flower designs and more
I’m sure I would’ve love the place but it is not open it appears to be closed for good.
This store has lots of really nice seating, artwork, and unique decor. The ladies that own and operate this store are professional interior designers and they can help you design your home style. I really enjoy going to their weekly estate sales, they sell out of some of the most beautiful homes in Frisco, Plano, and Park Cities.
Rude people! They were so mean at their estate sales. Very racist. They spoke nicely to all the white people except to other races or unless you dress like you have money. We were carrying out our stuffs that we PAID for, and the lady suspected that we were stealing it! Stay away from C2 estate state sale. Their “deal” is not really a deal, they marked it up. Because if they can’t sale something, they would buy it for a cheap price to sell it at their store.
The easiest place I have ever consigned my furniture! Lovely people, some great bargains, and new stuff every time I visit. They offer discounts to the design trade.
The ladies that run the Estate Sales are very rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect, will take my business somewhere else. My experience was that I misunderstood and thought all clothing was 50% off. It turned out the price tag was final price, so I nicely asked the cashier if I could put some items back and just take 2 jeans. The lady responded in a rude arrogant matter “No I can’t go back, it’s all or nothing”. I didn’t appreciate her tone and her lack of patience. This is a business and all customers should be treated with respect.
Store is nicely put together and located in a nice upper middle class North Dallas neighborhood. However, if you desire to consign with them the process is arduous and finally futile. After sending multiple emails with photos that were never answered, I followed up with phone calls. Eventually I spoke with two different individuals around consigning my items. I received verbal commitment of acceptance. Also, deadlines to have furniture out of my property were clearly stated in the email communication. Upon going into the store to firm up having items delivered, I was given the run around on the acceptance, due to an unforeseen arrival of a moving truck full of furniture and storage being full. NOTE: If they are unable to keep up with a moving truck arrival, its highly doubtful they will carefully handle your transaction and your experience will mirror my own. While the employee did attempt to put me in touch with another local consignment shop, the timing is now highly difficult all due to their not meeting their original commitment. My advise to others is look elsewhere and take your beautiful, gently loved pieces elsewhere. Signed~ a designer in the business
This consignment shop has amazing stuff inside with fair pricing. The staff is very nice I will be back to shop here again!
Best place
Can we say “Classy” !The best of the best in Far North Dallas
Went to an estate sale (3301 Sandy Trail Lane Plano, Texas) and there was an awful woman with the worst customer service running it. She was a taller, built a little bigger, with blonde teased hair. She was very rude to some customers who were needing to translate and purchase some items. And she hurried me and my family out the door after we made a purchase. I wouldnt recommend using this company for your estate sales if this is the type of person running it.
The workers are really rude and un friendly. Really sad the merchandise is nice.
Upscale furnishings. Luxury estate sales also.
I’m giving my experience with the staff and the owner of this store a one star review. The first time I visited this consignment store the one sales person in the store was on the phone bragging about a recent sell she made and never greeted or acknowledged my presence. Today I visited the warehouse sale with an even greater negative experience. The ladies that work there, and the owner, suck the air out of the room with their arrogance and off putting attitude as I walk through and look. Despite that, I did find an item I wanted to purchase but learned at the register unless you’re marking a purchase of $250 or more one cannot use a credit card to pay. I offered to pay an additional fee to use my credit card and the owners response was “if I do that for you, I’d have to do that for everybody else in here”. She continued to repeat “you can pay cash or check” and listed all the banks in the area in a condacending voice. In frustration I tossed the tags on the table and walked out. The owner came chasing me out the door yelling “you’re not going to act that way in here”! Unbelievable
Wow! Wonderful shopping and great finds! Love that place!
I always enjoy shopping there.
Believe the rude reviews. Perhaps some introspection will happen with more people posting. So many options people... go elsewhere.
Such a beautiful store with so many amazing pieces— I check in every week because there is something new all the time! High-quality furniture, accessories, and much more! Now they have Christmas decor!
